Wonderful service!! Brad fixed several issues we had with a hitch that was poorly installed at a different U-Haul location upstate. Him and the manager Dana stayed after closing on a Friday night to make sure our hitch was working properly. They were friendly, knowledgable, and did not charge us a cent even when we asked to pay for their services. Sadly we don’t live near Kankakee, otherwise we would go to them for all future needs. Amazing customer service.

The people were great, the truck was in pretty good condition. (We rented a 21 foot box truck) however, the Interior could have been a little cleaner. There were cigarettes in the ash trey and they kinda smelled. Other than that the truck drove very smooth and it was easy to load and unload what we where moving!

I had a hitch put on my 2020 Chevy Express van. The people there are friendly, professional and quick!

This store is fairly new, but it is off to a great start with helpful and friendly staff! Their equipment was really clean! Never had I gone to a U- Haul store that gave me such a clean truck! The manager Steve Garcia was quite pleasant and knowledgeable. He helped me with my needs as a first time mover. I would highly recommend using their services.

My favorite place to do business. Helped my grandma move from Arkansas with no hassle towing.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!! THEY ARE SOO NEW AND THEY ARE ALREADY ON IT. THEY HAVE A GREAT MANAGER. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL. HE ANTICIPATED MY EVERY NEED DOWN THE MOVING HELP SINCE I HAD JUST RECENTLY HAD SURGERY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

A bit early to review, but it was a good experience buying some boxes to move stuff. The place is still under construction but will have indoor climate controlled storage units. It already has truck rentals and the usual UHaul business stuff.

I rented a Uhaul, before I brought back in i threw in $15 in gas thinking this would get me to a 1/4 tank they requested. Apparently, it didnt so they threw in another $30 at $4.50 a gallon. $2 more than it costs and hit me with a $35 service fee. So $65 because i was off by a gallon or 2. Great price gauging and horrible customer service. Never even contacted me either to inform me
