I really enjoyed speaking to the woman on the phone about window needs, she was extremely knowledgeable and polite but timing constraints led me to go in a different direction due to back orders on window servicing.

My garage doors were rattling, and sounding rough and in need of a tune up. The technician Steve showed up and got the job done so speedy and efficiently. His work ethic is very impressive. I will be using this company again for my home repair needs.

They did a fast, good job a couple years ago replacing all the windows on my old house. My second experience was not as good. We had to wait more than a year for them to put one window in. And the new one isnt entirely workable. We cant really pull it out to clean it like we are supposed to be able to. They did end up giving us a discounted price because of the situation of having to wait. There had been issues with sickness and death among family members -- we were told. I do believe that. But heres what I didnt like: when I asked after about 10 months whether the window was in their storage (which we had paid half of the money for already), they checked and realized it wasnt. And they couldnt get it for several more weeks! Also they were not good about communicating with us about all the delays. The job must have taken an hour to do in the end! Why we had to wait..... and have it done in early December?? I felt neglected. If it was too much for them, I wish they would have been up front about that and returned our money long ago. I wish them well, but they must be overwhelmed. Thats me giving them the benefit of the doubt.
