Keith came out the next day after calling him. My garage door quit working and all that was needed was to level the safety catch lights. He fixed it without charge. He was professional, on time, friendly and did not try to sell me any thing. I am remodeling and the garage is next. They will definitely be the company to install my new garage door.

I highly recommend Tri-City Garage, and I am pretty sure I ran them through every scenario possible for a garage install . . .Even before the garage door frame was in place for our renovated garage, they came out to help me understand the options because we had some tricky issues. The pre-install guidance was incredibly helpful, because it informed where we placed electrical lines, whether we framed out one door or two, how wide and high we framed the door, etc. And when I finally narrowed it down to two colors, instead of just getting me a tiny swatch deck they ordered an actual panel so I could really hold it up and see what it would look like!They were great about communicating any delivery delays (not their fault, all due to pandemic and manufacturing / shipping delays) and unfailingly polite. The garage door took a while to come in, but as soon as they had it in their hands they got out here right away to install it.During install they recognized that the windows in the top garage panel were slightly off center. Before I even said a word, they brought it to my attention and said they had already contacted the manufacturer and would bring out a replacement panel ASAP. I really appreciated that. Keith immediately flagged the issue and got it fixed.At the end of the install, they gave me a complete tutorial on operation and maintenance. When I couldnt open the door one day (which was my bad - operator error, nothing wrong with the door), they answered the phone immediately and kindly talked me through the process for fixing my error.If this review seems overly glowing, its because I dont bother to write reviews unless something is really good or really bad. And these guys were that good. They do not offer any discount or incentive for writing a review. I just think someone working this hard to do a good job and excel at customer service should be noted. I would absolutely hire them again.

Called Tri City after a spring broke on my garage door. Called them up and scheduled an appointment the next day. Technician Collin showed up on time, made some recommendations, and installed the new spring and cables. This guy knows what he is talking about! After he was done he went over everything that he fixed on the door, and explained how he also fixed the electric door opener/grease/etc. He gave me some solid advice on what to look for in the future to keep it running for years to come. Thanks Collin! When it comes to replacing the door years from now, I know who to call.

I can not say enough good things about this company. I called on a Monday morning and they were here the same afternoon. Our technician Collin said to call if we had any issues. We had some issues with the door today, and not only did Collin show up but so did the owner Keith. There was a part we needed and Keith drove all the way back up to the shop and back (a 60 mile round trip) to make sure our door was fixed today. Keith said Mr. Squires I promise you will be happy with your door tonight. He could of easily said I will be back in the morning, but went the extra mile. Or I should say 60 miles. Great people and amazing customer service.

I’ve never had such excellent service!! They came out on Monday to give me a quote and my door was installed by Wednesday. The person that came out to give me a quote went over every detail, very knowledgeable and pleasant. The installer explain to me the process, estimated the length of installation, and then showed me every feature with the new door. And such a pleasant, happy person. Tri City Garage Doors replaced the board needed to get our garage door back up and running. Bob was on time, very efficient, honest, and professional. He also replaced some hinges and bolts. Called to schedule an appointment. Guy at the shop was extremely friendly and they were able to squeeze me in today a few hours from when I called. Bob the serviceman called me about 10 min afterwards and said he would be by in 20 min. He was super professional and courteous. After a few min of inspection he knew exactly what the problem was and went right to work. He replaced two cables and tightened everything down and before I knew I had a working garage door again! The bill was about half of what I figured it would cost and I was able to pay it right on the spot! In the few short years of home ownership this was the best experience I have had with repair companies! Cant recommend them enough!
