Great customer service. I walked in told him what I needed and was out in 11 minutes. They had a huge supply of furniture and had exactly what I needed. They were able to deliver the next day. Would recommend again.

I visited Vaughn Furniture Outlet for a mattress. I had the pleasure of Jeff assisting me with their variety of mattresses. He was very knowledgeable as well. I felt like I was at home, not just because of the mattress, but because of the individualized care I received! Thanks, Jeff!

I bought a couch about a month ago and a mattress just last week. The service at the store and the delivery were both excellent. I live a good distance from the store, but I got both items a week after buying them, no problem. Any furniture purchases in the future will be from this store.

The service wasnt to bad. Their practices were false and misleading. They didnt mention that there is no refunds or exchanges on their items until they wrote it on the receipt.I would not recommend shopping with them. I only gave three stars because they were nice.The furniture was slightly damaged upon arrival.

As of right now the furniture that i put on layaway and paid in full is no longer in stock. I have not heard any new updates on my furniture nor have i been offered any other information other that “waiting on a restock date”They have no clue when my couch will be back in and they are not offering my money back to shop somewhere else. I would not recommend you putting anything on layaway from them. And i paid 30% of the total from the initial payment. Here is is a month later. I’ve called 7 times today alone someone answered the phone and hung up in my face and never answers the phone afterwards. I’ll be contacting the BBB about this matter and the refund of my money. This is ridiculous!

Great friendly service.. wonderful selection

Very friendly and helpful and the prices are great, but we have been waiting 4 months for our furniture to come in now when we were told 6-8 weeks. We called the week before last and were told “we see it loading on the truck should be here around the 18th or 19th when it gets here we will call you”. Then we called a week later and got the exact same response expecting it to be there by the end of the week and still no call. It’s getting frustrating.

Recently purchased a recliner for a family member. They were extremely helpful in finding the right one for an amazing price. Delivery was scheduled and I was set. Then plans changed and I had to change the delivery at the last minute. Even though they were busy, the folks at Vaughns were able to accommodate the change. Outstanding customer service before and after the sale. Thats why you should shop at this family owned local business.

For the best customer service in the Kankakee area, you have to go to Vaughns. They are willing to accommodate your ever need. Just ask them for what you need and they will have it to you are quickly as they can. No better people to work with.

We have had nothing but GREAT service and experience here! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They are great about working with your needs! There are always sales and deals going on and you would be hard pressed to find those elsewhere! They have a better selection and better prices than Turk hands down! Our family will never get furniture any where else!

After 11 years, we needed a new couch. My husband can be a little picky so I looked online at Vaughn’s before we went into the store. We picked out a couch in about 10 minutes. It came in earlier than expected! We paid to have them take our old couches out of the house. The delivery guys were prompt and very careful while moving the furniture. We went back the next week to order the matching recliner. They were super friendly and helpful. Support your local businesses!!!

Terrible customer service. Destroyed my mom’s brand new couch while they carried it in. She told them they ruined it, they took pictures. She called the manager and he said, “I need to see the pictures, and I’ll get back to you.” She hasn’t heard from them. It’s been a week.
