The employees are always pleasant, and I most times leave with a purchase.There store is a pleasant place to shop at. I recommend people to shop there.

There has never been a time that I have shopped at Embrace that I have not been pleased with the items that I have bought. They are on the pricer end compared to Goodwill, but I usually find brand name clothing for under $10.00 for most items. I love the household items and furniture. Again, a little on the pricer side but it also depends on what you are looking for. I have been shopping at Embrace for years and will continue to do so.

Very clean store, excellent prices. Most of the employees are wonderful. But today, I encountered two,really rude women. They acted like the customers were bothersome.

RUDE EMPLOYEES!! Employees were very rude and when called to bring situation up to manager MANAGER WAS RUDE AS WELL, completely unapologetic. Will never go here again and I will spread the word to tell others to not go here as well. Very disappointed.

I usually have pretty good luck when shopping here. Since its on consignment, there are lots of name brand offerings. They also have a huge selection of furniture and decor to choose from.

They are always very helpful and the staff are super awesome and friendly

For a consignment store, its a little pricey. Look over clothing carefully for stains or rips as Ive purchased things twice and found stains and holes. They claim to only accept like new clothing without stains, rips, or holes. But it depends upon which staff person is taking in the clothes and how closely she checks for imperfections. However, this place is clean, very organized, clearly marked, and cleverly displayed making it a fun places to shop through. It definitely isnt boring. Their furniture selection is top notch. I love shopping here overall

I appreciate this Consignment. I have used the Consignment for several years. I have benefited from it greatly. Everything has always been explained thoroughly and most of my contributions are always accepted. I appreciate them only accepting quality contributions because I can value my personal purchase from there.

The prices are reasonable, but customer service is lacking. The cash register is not attended because employees are working with clothing throughout the store. It takes them more than a reasonable amount of time to finally arrive at the cash register.

Love Embrace! Can always find something whether its clothing or furniture, and the items are good quality. Staff and management is helpful and polite.

I like going here, but, some of the staff are always rude. Every. Single. Time.Not a fan.

Doesnt really have a great selection and the prices are honestly pretty high for being used clothes. If you want to pay $10-15 for a pair of pants, just go to Ross or Marshalls and get them new. One good thing about here is that they have a decent amount of $1 racks for mostly off-season clothing, so these can be fun to look through.

Most the plus size clothes were over priced and looked dingy but some were decent. Some of the pictures were expensive. The place was messy and cluttered. Over all its priced better than a department store.

Great store prices are a bit crazy on some stuff but it is quality I recommend I usually make a trip once a week to see whats new

One of those places that you just need to stop and take a walk through great consignment shop you never know what youre going to get great selection of furniture and artwork as well as plenty of clothes

30 minutes til closing, get told several times well just be quick to look at the price of something. The lights are turned out on me 20 minutes til closing whilst the cashier made rude comments and stared me down. I get it, you want to go home, youve had a rough day, but dont take it out on me, your customers, who are the reason why you have a job in the first place.

Kankakee locationSeptember 2, 2016 was my first and last time in that store.I was shopping around with my sister and we into Embrace because she was surprised I have never been.I looked around and found a wallet I had actually been looking for from Vera Wang and continued to look around. We found ourselves looking through a stack of art that had just been consigned and stacked. I started to look through and found a 3 piece set of 3D art that was beautiful. Black distressed frame, red back drop, and most importantly wheat, cotton, oat, etc. that would have looked gorgeous in my new house. The lady who worked in that part of the store was not around so I found someone and they informed me she had just returned and her name was Angie. So, I asked Angie if she could give me a price and this is where it took a very poor downward spiral.Angie - Its a 3 piece set so 29.00Me - I will do 25.00 and purchase today....(she interrupts me)Angie - (Tight screwed up face all pinched together) Its going to be 29.00 OKAY?!Me - (appauled) Well you can keep it.I walked right out after that and made NO purchase.Had she let me finish what I would have said was it was just taken in today, there has been no employee time spent on it, there has been no materials spent on it, there has been no floor space utilized for it.Had she just heard me out and put any amount of CUSTOMER SERVICE behind her answer I would have still purchased for 29.00.** update**Sister returned there today with a friend to browse and the largest of the 3 piece set was sold and the 2 smaller pieces remain.I will never shop there again and I can guarantee you that no one I know will shop there again. Customer service matters and your employee Angie has some things to learn.

So yesterday I was there shopping and they had dollar item racks every where.....my eyes arent the best and I wear glasses......so long story short I grab a shirt along with other items off that rack take it to the register to purchase nd once she tells me a price its not what I calculated so I let her know that and she asks an Angie if she could give me my cash back and Angie says no instantly. ...so Im like I havent even left the the store so its not necessarily a refund and its not my fault it was on the wrong rack so going back and forth with rude unfriendly un-understanding Angie for a matter of minutes I dropped it and told the the girl just forget it and put the shirt in the bag which she didnt she actually had to put it in the other pile because maybe she thought Angie was going to be so kind nd give me money cash back.....so I paid for a shirt I dont have in my possession and have to go back to the store in the morning. ....hopefully they are open on Sundays because I didnt leave till closing on saturday. Other Than That I Give THE Second Rate CLOTHING store 5 Stars Its THE CUSTOMER Service And THE Dark Haired Older Wanch Named Angie that sucks......
