I ADVISE ANYONE WITH A OPTION TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!! CLEARLY PRICE GOUGING DUE TO THE ECONOMIC AND HEALTH CRISIS GOING ON !!!!!My primary phone was stolen so I stopped by to grab a phone I saw online for $120.00. I been a Boost customer for over 10 yrs now, and I have purchased numerous phones (always on discount). The clerk stated to me that I do not qualify for any discounts and I must pay FULL PRICE for any phone I purchase from them (clearly a SCAM !)

Bought a phone there on the 7th I found out I cannot use in my area after getting it home. Tried to return it on the 10th they would not take it back. Called cooperate who told me to exchange it today (13th) and they said they are not a cooperate store and they cannot help me. Will never go here again and may change phone carriers!

Paid bill and reactivated phone, obviously they gave somebody else the exact number and account, phone would be off after 20 minutes after speaking to customer care, so I obviously went back into the store and the guy told me I would have to make another payment, because it was nothing he could do, my account had been deleted, been trying to fix the issue everyday, still nothing, worse experience ever

Boost place of business is really a young persons dream, your in & out quick. But I must say though out of the ones I been to the one on KINZIE & 5the Avenue are my faves.
