My take on the service center, they are a good & helpful crew, every time I go. And especially the last time. I do not know why I could not get any 3 people to help me activate my new phone ., Over the phone. But the lady at the desk & my my daughter worked hard at it & the lady at the desk got it done. They refuse to send their contractors out here to fix our lines that their contractors damaged in the first place! They basically flat out told us unless WE the customers get our whole block to complain about it They wont send anyone to fix it! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! its not OUR job to make sure that your other customers internet is working..DO YOUR JOB AND FIX THE LINES

More than 15 minutes for each of the first three customers after opening at 10:00. For the first time ever, clerk could not lower my bill. She was polite, the only pleasant aspect of the visit.
This place is a joke, theres one decent Rep in the entire place, They lied to me multiple time, both there assistant store supervisor and there store supervisor are extremely dishonest people. about 3 weeks ago my internet went out for 4 hours (this has happened on multiple occasions,) I went to there location i was assured by a represenitive that a credit would be applied to my account, Today when the credit was not on my bill I returned and was lied to multiple times again, at this point I have reached out to comcast, they are working diligently to fix the issue, Save your time and Energy dont deal with this place.

I gave it a 5 star rating because their service is excellent and their staff is very friendly and very helpful. The prices are high tho and often the wait in line is long also but I seldom have the need to stand in line. I love using the kiosk for payments, so super quick!
They have customer service there today. When I went there was 3 and very helpful today. They also had shields there from the customer service desk and in between the customer themselves at the desk for customers
I was only returning some old equipment so they would stop charging me but they were quick and efficient taking it back. Both ladies at the counter were nice and pleasant despite the fact I came in close to closing time. Im very thankful to have this office nearby so we dont need to drive very far too get to a physical Comcast location.

Comcast tech came to my house to repair a wire & in the process he ended-up messing up my tv. When I said something to him about this he replied ITs NOT MY PROBLEM.
I have never left reviews for anything before. With that being said, I had a great experience here today. Everything was thoroughly explained about services. Janice was amazing and patient and took her time explaining the packages and prices for us.

The customer service is great l, very friendly and helpful. The customers that go in there on the other hand are horrible. I went in and a woman was cussing out the clerk in front of my child and me and everyone else. Other than that they are very nice and helpful and welcoming.

With all the horror stories Ive heard about Comcast, I was pleasantly surprised on how nice the women were!!! No tension, no stress, no pushiness, just pleasant professionalism! In and out in about ten minutes!!!
They lie we signed up for a 90 internet bundle and our bill is definitely double that!

Staff at location were pleasant. My bill was doubled. Spoke with staff and they lowered it so the increase was 35%. Sorry Xfinity, a 35% increase for same services from one year to next is unacceptable!

I love the quality of our service when it is working accurately but I hate the customer service call center very very rude and impatient customer service representatives. I always have a representative that states they cant hear me and end my call, no one calls me back after Ive waited on hold for 30 minutes, thank goodness I do not have to speak to customer service representatives very often worst experience I have ever had with someones call center. Again love the quality of the cable and internet services.

We stopped in to discuss installing internet only since we have a different provider for our tv. The sales person was really nice. He explained everything in detail for us, much better than using the phone to get information. We did purchase the internet only contract and we are pleased.
The kankake office was very kind seem to know what they are doing, just when you call corp/customer service they dont know what the hell to do. Thank goodness for the actual location.
