They never leave a mess and always do a great Job. I have rentals and I manage other properties. I love the maintenance plan for getting all the furnaces inspected every year. It was the first part of July back in 2010 and, as I recall, it was hot outside and even hotter inside the house. We needed help and were looking for first responders that could get our house to cool down...fast! When I called the service department at Home Furniture and explained our situation they came out to inspect our central air unit. As luck would have it, our 25+ year old system was coming to the end of its life cycle. Repairing it was going to become a never ending cycle.We sat down with the Home Furniture experts and discussed our options. As we endured a few more days of blistering heat inside the house, the folks at Home did their best to rush our order for an updated and more efficient replacement central air unit. Within a few days the technicians showed up and cleaned our duct work and replaced the old ac unit. Within a few hours our house began to cool down and life was good again.Since that day back in 2010, we have relied on the services of Home Furniture for regularly scheduled inspections and cleaning. As temperatures hovered in the 90s last week, we were happy our house was not. Our experiences with the technicians have been pleasant and professional.Thank you Home Furniture!

I recently had a new heating and AC put in along with removing all boiler heat registers and put in duct work for the entire house. The job was a big job at a costly price. This was paid for 2 weeks before work began. When the work began, it was said to take a week. It then ended up taking another week. This was rough due to having to take another week off of work. I will say the gentleman working at the house was always friendly and always working hard. I just think it was way to big of a job for one person and then every once in awhile another would show up to help him. Again, he was very nice and respectful. I spoke with the owner due to the extra time and in order to compensate me for my time he agreed to do some plumbing work when I was ready, charging only for the parts. He did provide this and that job was done great. We were in the middle of a remodel so it was a little hard to see exactly all that had been done, as well as it was December/January so hard to test out the new AC. As the remodel progressed, we finished all except our upstairs bathroom. Because of this we do not use it right now. As my 4 year old Grandson was over we began to hear noises in the wall. Turns out they left a HUGE hole in the wall and didn’t even save the piece to patch up. He was throwing his toys down there. Thankfully he didn’t decide to jump down there because he would be stuck in the wall. If this review allows me, I will post a picture. Then the vents they installed in my living room are very noticeably uneven. When asked why they were doing that we were told because they hit a joist. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t just move over then to make the vents still straight. If allowed, I will also attach that picture. Apparently throughout the removal of the pipes going to the registers, they also got tired as many still have the piece of pipe hanging out. Now the part that is the worst to me is that once it became warm and I turned the AC on, the upstairs does not get cool. I understand heat rises and it is usually different however this is extreme. A few nights ago while the AC was set to 68, the upstairs was 84. So bad that I asked my husband to install a window unit. We called and someone came out and said oh well we should probably get an attic fan! That was in no way what I was told when I was given a $14,000 quote to get the work done. I will give 2 stars as the workers were friendly and respectful as well as the owner did compensate me for my time of the week. I paid my bill with them and am very disappointed in the work.

Home Furniture was contacted to install a new pressure water tank for our well system. While here the tech also fixed the drain stopper in our bath tub.The techs name was Anthony. He was very courteous and knowleagable about his job. He explained to us what and why he was doing different aspects of his work. He was quick and very efficient and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left.We would recommend the Company and especially Anthony for future services.

I bought a washer and dryer that was supposedly new but the washer was making a loud noise like something was scrubbing underneath it. I called and they sent out a service guy that said something had to be replaced that was causing the scrubbing. I decided to return the washer and dryer cause I was doing rent to own and it cost to much to supposedly be brand new and already need serviced. I keep calling them because no one will close out my rent to own account. They keep saying someone will call me but I never get a call so I keep calling them. I called and left them a message that something was wrong with the washer the very first day I got it so they knew from day one and I didnt get any use out of the machine except for that cycle on the first day which I didnt let finish,had to go to laundry mat, and the test load the service guy did. I just want the account closed out so they wont try to say I owe anything or didnt return them because they never gave me any paperwork or have me sign anything saying they picked up the washer and dryer. I dont understand.

Very positive experience from beginning to end. Setting up the appointment was fast and easy over the phone. The plumber showed up on time and was very professional. He explained all repairs needed and installed my new kitchen faucet in about an hour and replaced all the old plumbing under the kitchen sink as well. Will definitely call them for future repairs, highly recommended.

I called them and they were out to try to fix my appliance within 36 hrs. They were professional and pleasant. I decided to replace my refrigerator and have purchased my new one through them. They are keeping me up to date on anything and everything going on during this COVID-19 situation. I would recommend them to everyone. We have been dealing with them for over 20 years.

We had our laundry sink, washer, and dryer moved away from the walls so the basement could be waterproofed. Then the three items were put back into place after Perma Seal finished their work. We also had a new cut off valve for the water installed. All of the work was done very well and Anthony was very helpful and we appreciated his professionalism so very much!

Our shallow well pump quit working and we tried to install one ourselves, unsuccessfully. We called Home Furniture at my dads suggestion and they came out the very same day. The service man was very nice and polite. He quickly got to work and found that the pump we had purchased elsewhere was defective. Upon exchanging the pump the same serviceman came back and installed it for us. Turns out we have a difficult well to prime and our service man had to call for back up. He came back on Saturday with Mike Ader in tow and between the two of them using all the tricks up their sleeves got the pump running. Despite the length of time it took them to get it going they didnt give up and charged a very reasonable fee. I will always call them first from now on and will highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for help.

Ive used their services several times, always fast and friendly. When I needed them in a pinch they came within a couple of hours and called and let me know when they was on their way. We keep a yearly service contract with them as well.

I’ve had several things break down or go wrong and they’re right there to help. Shortly after five in the afternoon of a very hot June day, we realized that our air conditioner wasnt working properly. Having had previous top service from Home Furniture technicians, I phoned them in hopes that they could send out a technician to straighten things out. Before very long at all, a technician, Anthony, called us to confirm that hed be over shortly to make any necessary repairs, and he did. Not 2.5 hours after I had contacted Home Furniture, the work was finished, and our air conditioner was running perfectly. We really could not have asked for any better service than that which Anthony, a very professional young man, provided.

The three service calls made by Home Furniture, Plumbing, Heating & Electrical for two plumbing issues and a new furnace/AC over the last three years have been very positive. The repair/installation people showed up as scheduled and the jobs were completed in a timely manner. All of the jobs they did were professionally done and very well done.

Our old furnace quit working on a cold day in March a few years ago, and Home Appliance was able to come out and install a new one the next day.They installed the air conditioning unit that same June. We have them do maintenance on both units. A couple of years ago, the AC unit began leaking Freon, and they worked with the warranty and were able to repair it. Thank you!

I had no idea this place sold quality furniture until someone told me to check it out. I was happily surprised to see such a nice selection.
