Prices are very reasonable. Mr. Culp is very personable. Hes very willing to go above and beyond to ensure his work is top notch! I highly recommend this shop for all you mechanical issues and for routine maintenance. I will always bring my vehicles here. Best shop Ive found in the area!!

I am the owner of a local business who considered Paul Culp a friend. Not any longer. He screwed me over on this car repair: took 2 months, raised prices, car now wreaks like cigarettes and has a horrible antifreeze leak after. Not only did he lie to me about the engine he was getting having a warranty that could be serviced where I live but he had the nerve to act like it was no big deal when asked today. The side quarter panel was knocked out somehow while in his possession also. I paid $1350 to have no car for 2 months and then end up with a car with engine problems... STAY AWAY. Do not use this shop. It’s worth paying a little more and going to a shop that prides themselves in their work. I can’t believe this man considers himself a Christian. They set this used engine they installed at a 1500 rpm idle most likely because it doesn’t run right. I am shocked after referring so many customers and knowing him for 10 years he would treat my repair this way. I should have listened to the many family, friends, and business owners who discontinued doing business with him over similar incidents. I hope this review can save someone the headaches that Culp Automotive will cause them if you choose to have them do repairs. They will ask for a deposit upfront then delay the work with excuses and deadlines they don’t meet. Horrible way to run a business and I have no clue how he stays in business treating his friends like s***. I wish this had an option for 0 stars. 😡
