One of the best kept secrets in the Kankakee area.If you have an issue with an appliance in your home, I’d strongly recommend Solutions and their skilled tech Guillermo.I bought a new refrigerator from Best Buy. When it was installed, they broke a water line and made a huge mess. We didn’t notice the damage until the next day when a water puddle was found on the kitchen floor.Guillermo was there in a very short time, told me how to cut the water supply on the phone and had a new line installed very nicely.It was literally a fraction of the price that BB wanted and much cheaper than the two high priced guys in Bradley.Don’t think this place only serves one minority ethnic group. It doesn’t.They are easy to work with, hassle free, very knowledgeable and experienced, but what I like best is; they’re MUCH less expensive than their so-called competitors.I’ve also had them work on other appliances and have had maintenance done by them. Always top notch.Highly recommend Solutions.Guillermo gets 7 stars out of 5.

What can I say? They have these beautiful young and muscular boys that make everything easy to install. That young man Emmanuel is such a sweetheart as he installed my washer all by himself. His sweaty body made for an exhilarating experience. Ladies these are your boys! Alexis did absolutely nothing but he was there for encouragement and you don’t see that these days. I highly recommend this dynamic duo for your appliance needs!

Started out years ago with them always a great price and service ! Now they have employees, cant talk to the owners. Little discount on prices. Little higher then expected! Hope they refind there roots!

I would have taken my own life if it wasn’t for solutions, for years I have struggled to cope with the loss of my washer and dryers, but solutions answered my questions .
