Great customer service and fast helping everyone. Keola was friendly and knowledgeable. They also had an employee wiping down stuff with Clorox wipes. Which was nice in this time of uncertainty.

Tried to print pictures from my phone and technician was marina. I am 80 years old and not very technology smart. However tried to get Marina to help me print 8 pictures. She was very inpatient and not sincere as she rushed through an explanation. .... which She knew I didn’t understand yet walked away.If I owned this business I would not put her on the front desk to help customers but in back. Hire people friendly techies who smile and are sincere about helping your costumers.Bottom line... ... I was not successful so will take my business elsewhere. She was absolutely not helpful in generating business/profits for this store.Aloha walt

I totally understand about whats going on at this moment, the pandemic. I wanted to give them my business but I was turned away because Im not a kupuna. They was not busy and I thought why not? What happened to customer service here?Discrimination is what it is!!!SMH

This review is about Stacy and the team at the Kaneohe FedEx Office, Print, & Ship Center.I’ve been an independent salesman for over 30 years and hold both a Master of Organizational Change and Doctor of Business Administration. My only reason for stating that is to convey to, you the reader, the level of print perfection my presentations must have; In order to engage my customers who are medical specialists, (both surgeons and administrative principals). My visuals must be vibrant and engaging in order to meet customer expectation. Add to that need, the surprise call from a surgeon who simply wants an additional (and unexpected) copy.Case in point from a recent example.Because I pay for my own expenses, printing “just in time” is a valuable service. This is what Stacy did.Two weeks ago upon arriving to open the store at 7:A.M. Stacy read my late-night email, she noted the particular requirements of a certain weight paper, color-printed and bound with a specific cover. I apologized for the ambush but closed my email stating that I would arrive at 7:15 (and would wait my turn for my order to be finished).When I arrived … SHE HAD IT DONE and WAITING! (Now you do the math for the time/motion study and you’ll conclude as I have; Stacy and the Kaneohe store …“There’s never better!”Mark in Hauula

This is a great place to get stuff done. Free internet works good, and you can produce, print and ship to the level of your dreams in a relatively mellow space. Staff are super helpful and nice. I especially like to come in the evening, when few people are around (not as late as the town store, but still decent hours). They have lots of supplies you can buy to organize your stuff. You might even run into Kāne’ohe’s legendary sovereignty prophet, Unko Eugene, making giant copies of his flags.It is my favorite FedEx in Hawaii.If i had one wish, it would be that they not blast the A/C so much when it is cold and rainy, because it is freezing! I will admit that this is really nice on hot days though.Overall, I am just so glad this store is in Kāneʻohe. There are a lot of things we don’t have, but we have this. Thank you FedEx Kāneʻohe for saving me the trip to town!

I didnt know what I was doing but when I asked for help the person who was helping me came off a bit rude and when I printed my file it came without color.

Staff was very helpfull showing me how to process the files I needed to print off my cell phone.

This evening I went by to pick a package and the only employee on the floor acted like she doesn’t work there! I was standing at the counter for over 2minutes. She noticed I was there with eyes contact, but never asked if I needed assistance! Very poor service on her part.
