I bought a Carnelian bracelet here, and just a few days later the red paint washed off. When I brought it back to them only a week later she said there was nothing they could do without a receipt. They obviously don’t vet the authenticity of their products, so I ended up paying for a gemstone which in fact was painted garbage. So disappointed.
