I’ve been eyeing their home gym sets for months, but was unsure what to get, as I’m a beginner when it comes to working out. I choose the Kai package, some accessories and an adjustable bench. Justin called a few days prior and confirmed my pick up time, and everything was ready day of. He walked me through how to set up the racks and showed me how it should all look once set up. Customer service was top notch! They loaded my van quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be buying from here again!

I really wanted one of the squat rack packages from Hele, but the 100-inch tall squat racks were a bit too tall for my garage. Because of this, I ordered a shorter rack from Total Fitness and just a Kanaka Package from Hele. When I got to Hele, Justinn was very friendly and I told him about my problem. Luckily, they had some shorter racks shipped to them on accident, and he showed me an example of what they would look like. The shorter height worked perfectly, and I got the rack from them and cancelled my order from Total Fitness.Justinn had great communication from the time I ordered, and was there at the warehouse to greet me. The build quality of the gear is excellent. Very happy with the equipment, and saved quite a bit of money compared to other brand name equipment. For a home gym, this setup is perfect for me. Will definitely visit Hele again!

I am not super gym-savvy but I was trying to get something for my husband for his birthday/Father’s Day, so I called and talked to Justinn. He helped me figure out what I was looking for, and even had the availability for me to come pick it up same-day. The warehouse was very easy to find, just turn in and drive until you get to the long Hele flags. I backed my car in and Justinn loaded everything in for me! Highly recommend! Super great customer service, ask for Justin. I called early in the morning to get some gym mats for our office’s new workout room. He worked with me to get our mats today instead of waiting until Saturday when they normally do pick ups. Mats were great quality as well, and had plenty of other equipment in the warehouse as well it seemed.

Husband and I briefly met owner/CEO Gus through some very good friends. We listened to just a part of his testimony, and it moved us to want to support his business.We purchased a home gym set (Nui home gym) plus some upgrades. Before confirming our purchase, we asked questions through the Hele Fitness email, and Paul was very quick to respond! He answered all of our questions (we had a lot), but he was very patient with us and helpful. He ended up calling us through their cell phone, which I later learned was shared with their warehouse manager Justinn. A couple days before pick up, we had more questions and Justinn was also very helpful! Come pick up day - we meet Justinn at the warehouse and he was very informative and helped us load up all of our equipment. He had all of our equipment put together and ready to go. Our Crossfit gym purchased a few of the soft plyo boxes and once I tested the them, it was the best boxes that I’ve used for box jumps. These boxes are soft yet durable and are much firmer than other soft boxes on the market. The price was very reasonable and I couldn’t have asked for a better product.Justinn is a true professional and all the members of the Hele team. Hele is the best on the Island! They’re always so helpful in getting gym equipment. The people that work there are so kind and pleasant to deal with. They helped us get a rig that would fit our oddly shaped gym! Even better, we were able to pick it up the same day we purchased it! Their prices are fair and they even offer a military discount (which they didn’t take away as soon as we went into lockdown like other fitness places on island). They have recently been having sales on certain items - unheard of in this post-Covid world. I really appreciate how they text you when your stuff comes in so there is an almost immediate response- Gus is great about being flexible with pick up coordination! We won’t but fitness gear anywhere else!

Hele Fitness has the HIGHEST quality gym equipment at the BEST wholesale prices! I am an instructor and fitness professional and I’ve worked in tons of gyms, been a member of many boxes and have probably worked with most of the brands out there and I can tell you this equipment is the highest quality you can buy! I can’t believe Hawai’i is so lucky to have this home grown brand right here in our back yard. They’re literally a mile from my house! UFC Gym Kailua has some of their equipment and I immediately noticed the drastic difference in the quality of the Hele brand equipment. The look, feel, stitching (where applicable) materials of all of the products are ALL top notch. They skimp on nothing and use only the best. I feel confident my equipment will hold up in the saltiest of air at my home, although I’m trying to keep it away from all of that as best I can. Mahalo Hele for being here for us!!!!

After over a year of working out at home, I FINALLY decided to upgrade my home gym with some real equipment. Hele is paving the way for making quality gym equipment accessible to Hawaii and not only their products, but their customer service is incredible. Justinn Harris (warehouse manager) has helped me a lot through the process from purchase to pick up. I had my equipment for about 2 weeks. Last week I noticed a small crack on one of my 25lb colored bumper plates and brought it to Justinn’s and Hele’s attention. They heard what happened and sent me a replacement (I live on the BI) and it was in my hand in no more than 2 DAYS (obviously it took one day for it to ship so even better, right?) This experience does not change my opinion on the quality I view their equipment having which is top notch. Bumper plates are made to take beatings, you would know by watching videos of hundreds of people using and dropping them repeatedly and them staying intact. I only have 1/2 inch foam mats at home which isn’t ideal for deadlifts (the crack likely wasn’t even from the deadlifts, I believe it was always there and I just didn’t know because I used that 25lb plate and dropped it from barely a foot ONCE before realizing the crack, and even my mats would be able to absorb that shock), and I just ordered 3/4 inch thick rubber mats off Amazon to ENSURE even BETTER protection so I can drop at will (within reason of course)! Overall, Justinn, his assistant Paul who sent me the plate (he even suffered a flat tire and went out of his way to let me know yet he still got it out by when he said he would) and the Hele team are truly the best in Hawaii for your gym equipment needs and you’re supporting local at the same time. Will be buying more in the future (when I save some money lol.) LET’S WORK.
