Had an appointment for a flu shot at 2:45. 1 hour later and still waiting. Staff is nice though

I went to this place with an eye infection that was so bad the eye was swollen shut. First they debated cash (they wanted my credit card) as payment and then refused to treat me because I could not find my ID. They told me it’s illegal to help me without an ID.That is a complete lie. Why does a cash paying patient need ID to be treated for a infection? These people are unethical liars and a disgrace to the medical profession. I am a retired RN with 35 years of service in an ER . I went to Castle hospital and they had no problem taking care of everything. Minute Clinic is disgusting.

Why did the website indicate your store had nine (9) Oximeters in stock when you have ZERO in stock. Either your management or your inventory software needs to be improved. I drove 12 miles for nothing! I did find one at CVS/Longs in the same shopping center.

Went for a box of gloves that it showed in stock that i was unable to purchase online.Price showed online $7.49. When I went to the register, it scanned at $24.99 same box of gloves. I asked to see a manager and was told the price difference was too extreme they couldnt give it to me at the posted cost on their own website and that it was because the location was Hawaii. I returned the box of gloves. Talk about false advertisement.

Really rude employees

Rude staff and products not ready. I went in the evening to pick up a photo order and it wasn’t ready. Even though, I got an email hours before saying it be ready for pick up around the afternoon. When we called the store and walked in, the lady at the counter was rude. She was unapologetic and had no sympathy for the time strain it put us in by not having it ready. Will not be going there after this.

I found Walgreens Nice! Deluxe Mixed Nuts today on sale. It is perfect because it seems a bit over done. Whenever I am scared of sugar candies, I got to their nut section.

I waited a long time in line at the pharmacy and I finally was at the front and they called for a customer that was waiting. I let them go first since they were waiting longer. But when it was finally time to help me. The girl just went into the back and didn’t even help me. She made me wait even longer when I told her all I wanted was an over the counter.

Pharmacy is slow. I think I should change my moms scripts to Longs. Update 8/06/2021 4 cars in line. So I go into store, 3 people in line. 4 walgreens employees working. Only 1 at counter. Poor customer service.

I would not shop here anymore... Human feces on the property... Transient people and only one EFFECTIVE security guard (caucasian male) on sight. The rest of the guards do nothing and are not available when needed.I have pictures to prove it

They are the most unfriendly staff & to fill a prescription takes so long. It wasn’t even busy. The only reason why I went here & not CVS is because CVS didn’t have my meds in stock. The pharmacist moves like a sloth & the staff behind the desk are snickety like you’re bothering them. They took so long & no wonder no one is in the store because their services suck.

Avoid this place. Im furious. My family of four had $40 dollars worth of products on the counter waiting for a cashier to check us out and 2 overweight men who worked behind the counter were literally engaging in casual conversation with each other while looking directly at us. We stood there in disbelief for 17 minutes. We just left the items on the counter and walked out. We will never go back there. I will help them out, if they dont want money, I wont give it to them.

Rude staff. Was told I had to wait 2 hours to get a prescription filled for my son. I dont have 2 hours to wait and cant come back this evening. He will be in bed by then.
