First of all let me say, I love GameStop. The cashier there was extremely rude to me, I simply asked when was your last PS5 restock. He continued to look at his phone and say never. I felt like there was a miscommunication so I replied, I mean online. He continued to gaze at his phone and reply uh never. I excused myself from the store and will never go back to this location. How impersonal this individual was should never work in customer service. This was Sunday 8 August at approx 11:30. I wish I would have gotten his name.

We get great gaming advice

I felt very welcomed while shopping at GameStop! Even the workers there are amazing. I had to give 5 stars and also the employee James was incredibly amazing!!! If anyone was there I’d pick James :)

GameStop.... The guys in Windward Mall are knowledgeable that I spoke to gave me good advice on gaming... with the amount of money I spent at least I saved $5 every month by being a member to GameStop.. So when I buy game cards for Google or Xbox it saves me $5 a month.... Its not much but it adds up its like paying $45 for Xbox card instead of paying $50 so it saves you a little bit money... At least hes really honest.... Thanks guys

My experience was great, found the employees name badge and asked quickly if they knew of a WiFi Router that could suit my gaming/ online college class needs as well as support multiple users... friendly staff... Quick to the point, provided me with a decent feeling about the purchase without just being pointed to an item on a shelf

EXCELLENT variety of game to choose from

Good selections of games both new and used. The staff are hangers so if you have questions they are a great sources of information. If you didnt already know they buy used games too.

My 6th purchase at this store the past year. Every time I have received excellent service. Every single staff member I have worked with has been kind, eager to help and offered me great advice in addition to answering all my questions. I highly recommend this store. Matt or Mike was of extreme help to me.

Scammers. At first they seem really helpful. Bought a PS4 from them for about 300$. Turns out its defective. I turn it over to sony for repair along with 99$. I find out that they scammed me by selling me a super old console that they had me pay nearly double for what it should cost. Btw, I did call the store first before turning it over to Sony about the defect, and they immediately said there was nothing they could do, that it was totally out of their hands. Really disappointing. Go to a different store or order online, these guys dont care about customer service only sales.

If I could give this store ZERO STARS I would. They have bad customer service! Not only did they NOT give me the games that I purchased and had to go all the way back BUT didnt include my rewards I asked to used even when they scanned the rewards code. Glad we dont live that side and have to use this location as a home store its the worst GameStop location weve ever been to.

I like this GameStop.I think its the best in HI, because its never crowded compared to the one in Mililani & the customer service is always great.FINAL VERDICT:Great customer service, everything youll need, not too crowded

Looking for games this is the place I just picked up a copy of the hitman and it is great.

Im not too big on gaming, but I enjoy browsing through stores like Game Stop every once in a while. The day I went, the store reeked of B.O. Seriously, the moment I stepped into the store, it hit me. I took 1 lap around the store and I couldnt figure out if it was 1 person, couldnt figure out if it was an employee or a customer, I couldnt tell if it was from 1 or multiple people. It was bad, though.
