Absolutely the scariest expirence Ive ever had in a Bucks anytime anywhere. Customers were almost coming to blows. Definitely cursing! Why in the world doesnt the management establish rope lines and pickup stations. DONT GO HERE!!!

This is my grandkids & my favorite drinking (& eating) place! Our favorite coffee & lemonade drinks are from here & egg bites, bacon, cheese sandwiches & pumpkin breads are also yummy, too! The Starbucks people that man the drive thru window & counter are always helpful & sweet to their customers, so were always happy to go to Starbucks & were happy leaving Starbucks with our goodies! 💚🤗❣

The drive through lady was cheerful and very competent. She seemed to be able to do many things at once. She got our order right and maintained a positive and friendly attitude even though she had to handle many tasks at once. Our drinks were excellent and were ready quickly .

The place looked great, BUSY, still happy workers ... The only thing to note is that I mobile ordered and didnt hear my name and you dont see all the cups lined up, so I waited longer than I had to. Coffee was great!

I will absolutely rate this place 5 stars due to the varaity of the drinks, and just how good they are! Im not really a coffee person but I would absolutely recommend this to anyone, my personal favorite drink has to be the White Hot choocolate

Cant go wrong with their strong coffee. Surely put hair on your chest...whether you like it or not. Guess the buck stops there.

Bought 2 boxes of coffee for my grandsons drive by helpers. They gave us cups, covers, half & half, sugar, stir sticks & nakins all neatly packed for carry & serve.Yet another reason to love. Starbucks.

Drive thru line can get very long. Service is always great though.

This Starbucks is good and bad. Its drive thru so thats super convenient, but also its downfall. The line for this drive thru is usually loooooong. Which makes it hard to navigate and move in the shopping center parking lot. The Starbucks itself is usually on it.

They have a drive-through window. They open early (3:30am) and close late (10pm)

This Starbucks is very popular with their drive thru. However the placement of the drive-thru path is awkward and throws off the flow of traffic in the parking lot. My favorite drink is the Java Chip.

In case you havent heard. Covid is nocturnal, that is why you cant get coffee later in the day. Im being sarcastic people. Really? You started to believe that. Dont worry just put a plastic bag on your head... it is 100% effective. Your fear of death will then go away.

They have a Clover machine which makes them the best spot in Kaneohe for a solid cup of joe. Otherwise, pretty standard Starbucks.

Mobile orders on weekdays around 8AM will be super late. You might as well order at the counter or in the drive through. Nice staff, just overwhelmed.

I was going through the drive-through and I was pleasantly impressed at how quickly they were able to Get the orders out! These people have a great system going and it doesnt eat your precious time.

The windward Starbucks nestles itself across the street from the Windward mall. It hustles and bustles with customers walking in to the store and with the drive thru. It is constantly and fairly busy with very high points.The quality of the coffee and drinks provided is made very well and the customer service is good as well. I had ordered a double smoke bacon croissant and then got a caramel macchiato. It was made and ready within 3-5 minutes of purchasing. They are fast and effecient and well push your order through at a decent rate despite their busy schedule. This is very good especially as a customer who wants and expects their order to be of quality and to have it as fast as possible.My only issue is there is so much foot traffic that at certain times it is hard to find a decent seat and one that is open as well as clean. They are almost so busy that there is not much of a need or a time to clean the tables and chairs after a lot of very messy customers until later. Even the outside seating area is also not very pleasant to sit outside. Two factors is the exiting of the drive thru cars and the second is gross tables and chairs.

The baristas are so friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable! Theres ample parking and the establishment is always clean.

Its okay. It is a drive through, so theres that. The staff is not particularly friendly or customer oriented. Iced green tea is never made correctly and they are often out.

Love Starbucks. It’s always busy unless you go at the perfect time. My order is usually correct and great. They never sell out of what I want so that’s good.

I was/am eternally grateful that this place was open on Christmas last year. That may sound like sacrilege but many different people traverse the same road for many reasons. The bathroom was open on this weather-deary day. The line was long. But the snowman cookies with blue scarves or red were there to have with coffee!

It wouldve been nice if they brought my drinks outside to me.

Your drive thru line is a serious safety hazard. From people not paying attention to me walking to my car, to blocking the spots and blocking exits out of the parking lot. Find solutions

Everyone has been super friendly at this location, the quality of my beverages were top notch, and the service was super fast! Interior is clean, well stocked, and the outdoor seating was nice too.

Fastest service I’ve ever had at any Starbucks. Only place I can be in and out in the mornings on the way to work. Never understaffed like all other locations.

Bad experience, screwed up my coffee at drive through and found out too late. $5.00 wasted. Those kids should pay attention to what the customs is saying instead of yapping behind the counter.

Ive been here 3 times and each time the drink was just... off. Hopefully it was a fluke, and I will definitely give them another shot. That said, the Starbucks in the mall is absolutely worth the extra steps.

Best coffee in Kaneohe.

The staff seems more focused on the drive thru, but they helped us quick enough. My drink was perfect. We sat outside to talk story, very clean. Bathroom was clean also.

Everytime I go through the drive through my coffee always taste like warm flavored milk. Taste like there is zero coffee or anything in it. And thats just a regular caramel latte.

They always accommodate my drink preferences with an additional price; but it is so satisfying, worth the price and hits the spot.

This Starbucks has a lot to offer. A great selective menu that always has everything in stock when you want. A fast service drive up window is very handy when you have limited time and the staff is top notch! Always a friendly smile when you need one! 😁 Out of all the Starbucks in the area, this one is my favorite.

The staff is welcoming and friendly. We go there almost daily and they always get our order right. Cant say the same of other Starbucks on the Windward side.

Ample car parking available. The view of the mountains from the tables outside was good. I got coffee from here before heading back to Waikiki from my trip up north.

This Starbucks has really stepped up their game! I am impressed, for a while there every mobile order I made was wrong. Baristas often started a drink, forgot it on the counter and took forever to remember and finish it. But I have to applaud them all for really paying more attention and taking the time to get drinks right. I truly appreciate it and I know everyone else does as well. FANTASTIC job guys! Thank you for your hard work.

I like this Starbucks. Sometimes its busy but they do provide good customer service and make sure everyone is served.

I usually love visiting Starbucks no matter where I am but this visit left a sour taste in our drinks. The person who took our order was rude and made it feel like we were inconveniencing them by placing our order. First and last visit.

This particular Starbucks has more than your average selection of flavors. Its a great way to try them all. Inside is a ghost town. They decided, instead of fixing the problem of homeless taking advantage of the outlets they would trade the problem to us by talking away the outlets.*no more outlets

Such a long wait in the drive thru

Random thoughts: Have been going here infrequently since they opened… I live in the neighborhood… Always had pleasant experiences with the staff, and never a problem… with regular coffee, or custom order… Music is often a bit too loud for my liking, but thats because Im over 50… LOL… Air-conditioning is always on high, so might be a bit cool/cold for the older set… its a high energy place with a lot of regulars… So dont look for a quiet atmosphere… But I guess thats a good thing… Sitting outside its a little quieter…By the way, for the person who cannot get dark roast after 2:00 PM, ask them to do a pour over… They always gladly do it for me, and its about as fresh as you can get, and its the same price as a regular… Now you know...☕️☕️☕️☕️

Theres several SB locations at the windward side. I prefer this place (Kaneohe Bay) across Zippys and Windwars Mall because of the awesome staff and service.

I havent had Starbucks much, but its way better than I thought it would be. The publicly makes it seem overrated, but its actually very professional and delicious!

They have aromatic and delicious overpriced coffees! The snacks they have are not so great too.

It was September second. The second day of the greatest time of the season. PSL season. So I go to my local Starbucks to order my first Pumpkin Spice Latte, when to my dismay, and they tell me they are out of pumpkin spice! How could the greatest time of year be so heartbreaking. The drive thru worker apologized and used the excuse we are high volume. I dont think she understands that it is PSL season. This is no joke. This isnt a game. This is serious business and when someone comes to the store to get one on the second day of availability, there should be some. If this store is so high volume, they should understand how to manage their stock.

I am a big fan of Starbucks and enjoy going frequently but this specific one is amazingly bad. This is the worst Starbucks i have ever went to. Extra slow service customers will not be acknowledged and after a 40 min wait of being at the register i finally was helped.

The next time I want a warm chocolate flavored water (Java Chip Frap), Ill come to this location.

Had bad smoothies and we tried calling, they never picked up the phone. Called other branch & the lady apologized for this and offered go fix, but she never followed thru by having her boss call us back - they never did. Never buy their overpriced smoothies again!

I really enjoy this location as a layover between North Shore and Kailua or town. I can stop in, grab a beverage and a snack, go shishi or recharge my phone. The location is great situated between the mall and the Safeway and other amenities.Staff has always been friendly, even coming from behind the counter to bring my order to the table.

The girl at the register was very rude. When we asked her if she had change for a $100 she said um no ... This is a coffee shop really I figured Id get open heart surgery while sipping on a $40 latte.

Terrible Customer Service. I waited nearly 5 minutes until a barista asked if I was helped. I counted 6 baristas on duty. I guess everyone was too busy servicing the drive thru instead.

This is the second time this has happened, but I’m wondering what the real hours are of this location. It says it’s open until 11p, but every time I try to go at 10pm, before my graveyard shift at the hospital, it’s been closed. The drive thru lights are off, and I even tried to go up to the door to see if someone would tell me that the drive they is still open, but I was ignored. So what are the real hours?

The last couple of times Ive came to this Starbucks Ive had my drinks messed up by little things. Ill order a Frappe with chocolate walls and theyll forget the chocolate walls, yet charge me for it. But last night around 8pm 11/28/15, was the worst customer service Ive ever witnessed and received. There was two women before me, one women was asking if she could put something on hold and the cashier was just rolling her eyes and giving her attitude and went to talk to her coworker and the coworker was no different making rude comments. The next lady that was before me was waiting on her drink. The same cashier says Mam your drink is ready... Its been ready in a rude tone, and then again rolled her eyes. When it was my turn to talk to the cashier I had a few questions about how we can start a Starbucks rewards card, she vaguely explained it to me and I said Ha-ha, I never did this before and the cashier says obviously NOT in a joking type of voice but a rude one.She didnt even bother to tell me I had to put money on the card in store when I asked if I take it home and register that way or... I then ordered two drinks and she went to go make my drinks with her coworker and they both were rolling their eyes. NEVER have I ever experienced such rudeness! Also they didnt have name tags! Not satisfied at all! I dont recommend this Starbucks to anyone especially, when I ordered a caramel frappe with java chips and it comes out tasting like a mix of chocolate and the gingerbread frappe! /:

I love their coffee but I find it too expensive for me to drink daily. I visit there as a treat to myself.
