I received a beautiful edible arrangement for Mother’s Day. Very disappointed in the size of the strawberries which were not even chocolate covered, it was barely covered with some type of strawberry frosting. The overall taste of the cantaloupe, honeydew and strawberries was like eating a plastic fruit arrangement like you see in a model home. Only the pineapple was sweet. If you guys know that it is not fruit season or that the quality of your fruit Is not edible then perhaps you shouldn’t be charging so much or accommodating orders. I would have rather my girls save their money than to have purchased this over priced less than mediocre arrangement. One star for eye appeal

Awesome experience!! DAVID is the best !!! I live all the way in Las Vegas and David helped me with my every need this Mother’s Day. I know I am very last minute and they were practically fully booked but David went above and beyond for me to bless my mom who lives in Oahu. She will be so happy when she gets her Mother’s Day Treats thanks to David! He was very attentive and super nice and patient with me I can’t thank him enough ! A piece of love from me to my mom even though I can’t be there with her physically Becasue I’m in the mainland thanks to him my mom will be so emotional. Mahalo to you David and keep up the great work, customer service is spectacular and I know David needs a raise or promotion !!! Amazing job !!! Luckily we had a 40% off coupon so we were able to afford this. The fruit was so fresh! Better than any grocery store. The chocolate was delicious, it stayed fresh for a long time. We were impressed!

The fruit and veggies you guys use in your products are consistently fresh and delicious. The smoothies are awesome. When kids between the ages of 2 - 13 are first given a green smoothie and look at it like youre offering them a cup of dirt, but they end up trying it and finish it without complaint; thats a win. Love the smoothies, and theyre eating/drinking kale.Delicious products, no problems when Ive used delivery, and wonderful customer service (in-store and over the phone).

I put in an order online for a friend who was in the hospital. She ended up being discharged before the delivery date, and I had called to update the location. The employee I talked to was very accommodating and was able to square everything away for me. I appreciate the great customer service.

Terrible customer service. Made my fiancé go pick up his birthday gift that I paid extra for to be delivered on his birthday. They refused to deliver it anytime after 3:00, when he would be home from work. Instead of getting a nice birthday surprise at his door, he had to drive out of his way to go pick it up. Never ordering from them again and dont recommend it unless you know that person is sitting at home all day.
