*newest update*The Lc7 was hidden really well lol, the issue has been fixed as far as I can tell.*update*Turns out the issue with the noise is because they either didnt install the Lc7 audio control we left with them OR its been hidden extremely well. We will see tomorrow.Timely installation of my own equipment sub, Amp and 6 chanel audio control. Reasonably priced. Have an issue with a hum and picking up road noise but I called and they said no biggie, theyll handle it. Just have to take the jeep back in

Have some common sense. Do research about what you want and expect. Let your provider/installer know that you know something about what interests you. Haggle for a good fair workmanship. Get them food and/or a cash tip. The end result might just get you the professional result you expect.

Awesome selection of car audio products from budget friendly to super high end like Deaf Bounce and Ground Zero in stock! Dont have to wait for them to order it. Very awesome installers and super nice premade and full custom subwoofer boxes and racks!

The salesman was Kind and considerate. But workmanship of my $400.00 plus install was substandard, found prices of cut wire and ties littered in my truck and interior. Also my Head light switch broken And my dome light inop after they went through the dash to install a phone mic. I give them a A for salesmanship, F for workmanship. I will not recommend this business to anyone.

I’ve used Windward Audio multiple times for different vehicles. They always hook me up with the top of the line items for the best prices. Installation is fast and done with quality. Their expertise helps me select the right items to accommodate my needs. Just give them your budget and they will put together a system that will leave you more then satisfied.

Very unprofessional, the main guy inside just cares about making money. Worst customer service ever, no come here they rip you off. Wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you want to pay triple your money.

If I could give more stars I would. I did some shopping around before I decided to choose Windward Audio last year. I returned again this year due to the fact that I had an AWESOME experience. They have EXCELLENT customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Tim. He helped me out with everything, last year and this year. I dont know much about car stereo systems or radio systems etc. but I put my trust in Tim and his expertise in not only giving me a good deal and something worth my money but also a product that is at its best quality as well.Also, if there is any problem of some sort [like if somethings not working] they will help correct it no questions ask. Even if its just asking a question like for example how do I connect the Bluetooth againor how do I get my remote start to work. Nothing is a stupid or silly question nor do they make you feel that way. They really take care of their customers. I will ALWAYS be getting my vehicle systems from and at Windward Audio & ONLY Windward Audio!!

Honestly this is one of the better audio shops ive been to, my subs went out twice though. The first time because they were just messed up from the factory, the second my fault. The owner took care of me both times with no trouble, I highly recommend!

Bought a double din just recently, install was less then a hour and prices was good. They called too tell me that my dash might crack because it’s been in the sun too long so I was kinda worried but after seen my new deck totally impressed I’ll be back for my other sounds

Bought a used pickup with no Operators Manual for the Pioneer after market radio. No manual for download on internet. Despite decades of driving and a career in the military, couldnt even get the band or station to change, and didnt want to break it trying. Despite no chance for a sale of anything to me, John offered immediately to come out and take a look. Showed me right off new uses for traditional buttons - problem solved, with courtesy and skill.
