The clerks were very helpful. I love this Bath and Body shop.

We had a meeting at Valley of the Temple and ended up at Windward mall. We had such amazing customer service it started at the door and got better as we moved through the store. Coco was so attentive and knowledgeable. We will always remember our experience here and remember to stop by every time we end up on the Windward side.

They have very helpful staff. Show them your coupons and they will tell you all about the deals! If your nice they are even nicer, and thats how I got on the mailing list for coupons (not an email, actual postal mail) those coupon are better! Dont forget to bring your big strong bags to carry all your goodies! My daughter loves spraying and smelling the wonderful new and classic fragrance that bath & body work creates!

Good place for Christmas/holiday gifts, but can be pricey. Wait for coupons or sales to purchase items; deals are found pretty frequently.

Limited supply of pocket sanitizer and spray sanitizer. The store was clean and staff were helpful as well as friendly. There were arrows on the floor that was confusing, wasnt sure if it was directional for customers to follow or if it was for the check out line. I also didnt like that I was offered a bag before entering the store but wasnt told that you had to pay for it (paid at check out) which to me implied that it was complimentary. Bad form, at least have a sign visible for customers instead of saying heres a bag for you to use.

Had a lot of great deals but they were out of a few of the items I had gone there to specifically purchase. Could have ordered it online, but the shipping was 20.00. Kinda steep for 6 tubes of lotion

I love the Kaneohe Bath and Body because its has more space and less crowded than Ala Moana. Even though I live in town, B&B Kaneohe is better. Very friendly staff always, easy access, get in and out fast, more space to maneuver around. But dont get me wrong both stores are great. Ala Moana is just hard to move around at times especially when its busy.
