Sharren, the manager, Lief and his crew were professional and efficient. My pick up truck serviced right after I arrived. Lief explained the oil change service options including types of oil available and the pros and cons of each. I was informed that they were out of the oil filter for my truck, but they could order one and have it delivered within 30 minutes if I was willing to wait. I did and I was happy I did.

I have came to this location many of times. Primarily for their convenience in location and availability. It has always been okay, nothing too special or exciting to rave about. However, today was far from an ordinary visit. I was serviced primarily by ‘Sheran’, not too sure how to spell her name. She was super professional, polite, and detailed oriented. While observing her with the team you could tell that she was the boss. She gave direction, constructive criticism, and boosted team morale all while being busy doing her own work (changing my oil). As one who does not know much about cars, she made me feel like I made the right choice to come here. I know it was a simple oil change, but I for certain know that I will be coming back here every time because I feel like Sheran has my best interest at hand. I would recommend this location every single time!

Eventhough it says they open at 7 and they opened closer to 730....the one guy working was awesome! Friendly and did not feel rushed. Poor guy could use at least one more helper. Would be cool if they checked all the fluids while you get an oil change......

I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and efficient Jiffy Lube handled my safety check. I usually go to Good year, but they were all booked up till the middle of next month. I found Jiffy Lube through Yelp and after 5 other places told me they were also booked up, I was shocked when they said sure, we can get you in today! This is the first time I felt hassle free, there was no line, and they got me in and out in no more than 20 minutes. All the techs were very friendly (thanks Christina!) and look like they love their jobs. I will definitely return for any other service issues I might have in the future.

Have not experienced such fantastic service like da kine these guys give! Called the day before, they actually answer their phone and give solid answers to questions. Went in and received awesome service from Ray C. and Christina P. They were both friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient with someone who gets nervous when dealing with car stuff. Enjoyed Rays karaoke while he worked :)

Before I came to the Kaneohe Jiffy Lube I called around to other Auto Shops to see if I could get my oil changed and almost all of them told me that they were booked for the next 2-3 days and that I had to make an appointment. A friend of mine suggested going to this Jiffy Lube location, so I woke up early the next morning and tried to get there before they opened to see if they could squeeze me in. I arrived too early and the mechanic told me that they opened in an hour and to come back and they could take care of me.An hour later, I pulled in and the mechanic I saw earlier greeted me with, “Good Morning! Welcome back!” He confirmed that I wanted an oil change asked some simple questions and then had my pull into the auto bay. It was my first time there, so I was surprised when they started working on my car with me still seated inside. As one checked under the hood, the other mechanic was giving me my oil options and pricing. At no point did he ever make me feel that I needed to go with the more pricier oil products or that I was dumb for having some questions. During this time the other mechanic (that was working under the hood) came by and showed me my air filter and explained that I could change it, however it was still clean enough to last until the next oil change at which he advised I should do it then. They checked my tire pressure and confirmed with me the PSI, did a battery check as well as other quick maintenance and checks. The whole time the mechanics were informative, professional and not pushy.In 10 minutes or so, they were done and I was ready to be back on the road. The Crew that I had today, seemed to enjoy their jobs and even had a good chemistry as they were laughing, joking and singing as they went through the different tasks. In the end when I received my bill, the initial mechanic went over the bill with me and even offered a small discount (which nowadays every little penny helps) which I was grateful for to receive. I didn’t get their names, however all three were top notch mechanics and employees of the Kaneohe Jiffy Lube! I hope they continue to exceed customer’s expectations and standards and wish this business great success in the Windward area.

This is where I take our cars to have oil changes. I have always had great service. My husband realized that he was very late on getting an oil change so I was hoping they were ope . Drove up today. Only Chris the manager was working. She was very upfront and honest about the wait. They had safety precautions in place to protect both her and myself. She was very patient and nice through the whole process and gave excellent service. I am so thankful that Jiffy Lube was open and offering wonderful service. I will definitely be back here with my cars!

Fast, courteous serviceChanges with Covid, - you dont leave your car, and you do wear your mask the whole time. I miss the vacuuming and window cleaning, but it was very very fast. One odd thing to note-- $5 charge to top off coolant. I remember that being part of the package, but again- fast, polite and I never had to leave the car.

This literally happened 5 minutes ago. I went in for an oil change. Apparently there was some miscommunication on the service I wanted and they topped of my oil instead of the full change and charged my card $12. No big deal, simple miscommunication. Out of nowhere the very intimidating person who serviced my vehicle came up to my window and REPEATEDLY berated me with WHY WOULD YOU TELL ME TO TOP IT OFF IF YOU WANTED AN OIL CHANGE, WHY?!? THATS $12!!! I was completely taken aback and tried to say woah, dude, sorry for the miscommunication, just need an oil change man, no big deal. Yet the berating continued... As soon as I had my card back in hand I got the eff out of there.... with no oil change. Who berates their clients in a threatening manner over $12, seriously?

Just ok, over 2 hour wait for a safety check

There are not many places that I trust with my vehicles I have had, and Jiffy Lube has serviced several of my cars. I feel respected as a customer from the moment I call to make an appointment to service my vehicle, up to the moment I leave the place of service. I am treated very professionally by these employees in the sense that they enjoy their service they provide. They are highly qualified in their field, and great customer service.

Ive been trying to reach them all month to ask if they do safety checks and no one has answered the phone at multiple locations. Guess Ill take my business else where.

I called twice and phone rang 6 times and went to busy signal. That signaled me to go elsewhere. I gave them one star for having a phone and website.

They broke my brake light and have yet to replace it after I had to ask them to. I talked to a friend who was willing to hop to a wrecking yard and get one but ever since I left this store, they conveniently never answer my phone calls. I drove from Kaimuki just to go to this store because theyve always been prompt and friendly, but I wont be going back to them again if they wont even take responsibility and replace what they broke.

Getting a safety check every year use to be a hassle. Some places I visited I had to leave my vehicle for anywhere from 2 hours to the whole day. Jiffy Lube was fast. convenient, and professional! I hope they stay in business for many years to come! Good service these days is hard to find!

Before, I would dislike going to jiffy lube because from my past experiences, jiffy lube has always been slow and somewhere you want to avoid. Needing an oil change and not having time to make an appointment at the dealership, I decided to give this jiffy lube a try and oh my gosh... I am so glad I did! They are so fast (even when it was a busy Saturday) and friendly. They are there to answer any questions and give you suggestions. I will definitely be coming here from now on.

So grateful for their Sunday hrs, they fit me in and let me know what was going on with my car. I had an appt to fix my emergency brake and the price quote in less than an hour. Good guys!

Brought my car here after the Firestone on base tried to rip me off. Great service, in and out. They were even taking the time to give mechanical advice to a non-customer and still got me out quick! Will be bringing my business back here.

Be aware. While the techs perform safety checks. They remove your air filter and incabin filter to show your filth. They will ask you if you want to purchase new filters. Tip; drive your car out of the lot. If your car sounds different then pull over and open your hood..inspect your air filter box. They may have left it open. You will hear a loud exhaust sounding noise. Just secure the tabs and the noise will go away. Shame on the company.

I’d give zero stars if I could because that’s exactly what we got for our money... nothing. Two workers informed both my husband and me (separately) that they had a mechanic there that could fix our truck. This shocked me because I had no idea Jiffy Lube had mechanics. They didn’t explain that their mechanic only fixes some things, which we only found out AFTER they charged us $62 to give us a diagnosis code... a code that we already knew we could get for FREE just down the street at O’Reilly Auto Parts.After my husband was shocked that he had to pay for the car to NOT get fixed, he went and asked why he was charged if they weren’t going to fix it. We did not go in looking for a code, he never even asked for a code. They performed something that we did not ask for and charged us. We wanted our truck fixed and were told we’d have to pay the diagnostic fee as part of the charges to the mechanic. I asked them to show me anywhere that they indicated the mechanic would possibly be unable to fix the car. There is no place this is communicated in this shop. Jiffy Lube took no ownership in the situation and after both my husband and I spoke with them, it became clear that it is their intention to deceive their customers. So buyer beware. Find a more reputable shop... there are plenty in Kaneohe.The REAL mechanic we ended up taking our vehicle to after paying Jiffy Lube to waste 2 hours of our time said the code Jiffy Lube gave us was useless. He then re-diagnosed our car for free and charged us ZERO dollars to leave with a car that was actually fixed. The issue that was apparently too complicated for the Jiffy Lube mechanic to fix? Cleaning some dirt out of one area. I’m floored that the Jiffy Lube ‘mechanic’ could not do something so simple, further demonstrating their scheme to get money from customers and give nothing in return. I would have been completely fine paying for the diagnosis and labor to clean the part if they’d just taken care of it. We had limited time which was the only reason my husband inquired there in the first place.We had some concerning conversations with a couple employees: the ‘mechanic’ actually told my husband it would have cost him $200 to get that diagnosis anywhere else. Another employee said that the $62 is just what they charge for this ‘service’. I asked, “even for one minute of work and without explaining that your mechanic can’t do much with the codes?” She replied, yes.Conclusion: this Jiffy Lube has a strategy of deceiving for money rather than performing a service. I love giving my money to places that are up front and honest... which Jiffy Lube is not. Learn from our experience rather than wasting your money here too.Another thing to note, they charge about $20 more here than other places I’ve gone to change your oil. Unfortunately I willingly paid it so both our cars could be worked on at the same time.

Ok hear me out. I actually despised Jiffy Lube because I do think its overpriced! Now with that said. I get it! I have four vehicles and have zero problem getting an oil change same day via the dealerships on three of them.I recently purchased a new Honda Accord from a local dealer (Thinking) wow its a few minutes from my house this will be so much more convenient then going downtown where The dealer is for two of my other vehicles. Nope! My maintenance light came on. My thoughts. No big deal, I will just go to the fast lube that the dealer has to offer? Again thats a big no! The Honda dealer is appointment only! And the gentleman I spoke to made sure to belittle me and act quite annoyed I did not know that!Ok, plan B. Call all the local places like Firestone, Goodyear, Lex Brodys, Hell even the Honda dealer downtown. They ALL said the same thing. All appointments are a week or more out AND they say they need the car for two to four hours?!?!For the last four years I have been spoiled by BMW of Honolulu and the Hyundai dealer where I NEVER had to wait for an oil change or that long for an appointment!So I go to Jiffy Lube where I thought I guess I will pay a premium for an oil change. But I see coupons on their website and Im the only one there! The guys were Awesome!! And I only ended up paying $15 more than the dealer. And was out in 20 minutes same day. I would definitely recommend this place.
