Our rental car ended up with a screw in the tire. The rental car company sent us to this Firestone. We were in and out in less than an hour. Employees were very friendly and helpful. We were happy not to lose time on our vacation because of a flat tire. Thank You!!!

Awesome service! They were the only ones who could do an oil change for my vehicle other than the dealership that had no openings till like 3 months out. Everywhere else I was calling told me they did not not have the filter. Honest inspection and quick service. Has my baby running like she just came right off the lot again. Thank you!

I scheduled my appointment with Clint and met him in the shop a few days later. So sweet & friendly and I never felt pressured to fix/pay for anything extra besides what I went in to fix. Great customer service on his part 😊

Came in with a flat on a warrantied tire, it was a screw in a patch, they even brought the tire to show me. Replaced it with the same type pro-rated for the warranty.Good people and much more timely and pleasant than the Firestone on MCBH.

Brought my clunker to them - they were very generous and thorough in pointing out its many foibles without pressuring us into fixing any of them, and gave good advice on the most cost effective and safe way to keep it running. They spent a lot of time and went above and beyond. Thank you!

Theyre taking care the military and civilian citizens with their cars care. They do not have anyone to do safety check and they dont know when it will be before they hire someone. Everything they do excellent services and they explain if something is wrong or should be check out. Theyre excellent taking care of emergencies situation.

We dropped our car off at 10am for new tires. they politely asked if it’s okay that we leave the car with them all day until they close, just in case they need that time. We agreed as we did not have plans until 6pm. 6pm comes around, they call saying sorry it’ll be around 6:15. We arrive at 6:15, they say sorry, I’m working on it. It’s currently 6:45, and there still is not a single tire on my car. I had one thing to do today, and I can’t do it because I left my car with you guys for 9 whole hours, and it STILL is not done. Also was getting a sense of frustration from the mechanics when we came and checked in, as if I was the person in the wrong for showing a little bit of concern that it has been all day and my car is still in the air. They offered no compensation or any sort of apology. I am VERY frustrated to say the least.

The guys who work there are very friendly! They never tried to talk me into additional work, I like that. They are busy so an appt even for a safety check is recommended.

I’ve never truly dealt with awful customer service until I came to this establishment. I cannot even begin to describe how rude the front desk was. I don’t know his name, but it was the older Caucasian gentleman that provided inadequate service. After just asking simple questions, he brushed me off and wouldn’t even look in my direction while I was speaking directly to him. While I was clearly frustrated with the service and it was known that there was an issue, not once didn’t anyone offer an apology for the service even in the slightest. Please just go to absolutely any other auto care center, or you’ll honestly regret it.I’d also like to mention this gentleman was the only person that was rude. I’ve been to this location before and I haven’t had any issues with any other employee.

I had to have my car towed to Firestone at night because of 2 burst tires (curb) ...at 7am i called them and let them know and the guy, Roland, went and checked my tire size- let me know they had them and assured me that my car would be done by Noon (they had a lot full) it was complteded by 1145 and they helped me with several other things and done a general check on my car. I had a great experience overall

Just went there for an appointment scheduled for 4pm but arrived early at 330pm for a tire patch, at the reasonable price of $20. But I didnt get out till 5pm closing time, and the worker said they were short staffed. Im happy that my tire is patched but hope they hire more people soon. Tire patches should never take longer than 30 minutes from personal experience.

The price for the oil change/filter was below average. I had a coupon. Yeah! The agent David was excellent. Fast service. Everything was excellent. Of course they give you extras when you service your car there. Mahalo!!!#

Excellent service from cashier to technician ....squeezed me in after the busy closure for the hurricane. Now I can drive in safety and that is very important to me. Fast and dedicated service...Good Job!

Bryce is a great employee that they have working there hes very knowledgeable and his skills in the field automobiles is great does a bang-up job hes quick efficient and he is careful he is the only ones that I allowed to touch my vehicles besides myself

In Kailua, noted my left drivers side tire going flat and was en route home. It was 4 pm on a FRIDAY. I live in Kahaluu and would never make it home... ended up first at the Midas store in Kailua. Sure enough, it was bubbling at the rim side, an Unfixable area... they didnt have tires my size and he recommended a couple places. The air lasted until I made it finally to Firestone in Kaneohe--who took me in and said YES, fixed me up FAST (after Lex Brodies wanted 50.00 more and a LONG overtime wait in the rain). I made it to Kaneohe and a decent priced tire! YAY! The guy at the counter was bubbly, the waiting room congenial, Kaneohe style talk story, and I was able to get a new tire on a Friday close to 5pm!!! Yay!FIVE STARSUnfortunately, problems followed, something amiss. when I took it back in for balancing or whatever was wrong (shaking), the tech broke off the hood release and then denied it, saying it was already broken. So now I could no longer even open the hood. The part he broke off was on the floor of drivers side--where Id just cleaned up before taking it back in (was NOT there already) so instead of honesty fixing the broken cable and part, he denied it and the manager backed the employee as well. I had to fix that myself at the MCBH shop. I had to fight to get them to pay for the $50 part too. I made three trips to speak to the manager who told me to come in--and he was NEVER there. WASTED time and money and I no longer consider this an HONEST business. No thanks! So now its 3 from 5 stars and I hope they change, as many other reviews say their cars were also damaged there. Now? I believe them and no longer think bad reviewers are just wimpy whiners!

I made a 9 am appointment for an inspection which takes maybe 30 mins. The guy at the counter told me 1 hour so it is now 11 am and I am still here. What is the point if making an appointment? Will not come back for anything.

If you are going for a safety inspection, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I drive a 2009 and had the safety inspection done in Utah last month before having it shipped over to the island. You can imagine how shocked i was when we didnt pass because the flat tire light is always on. Who cares if it is always on?!?! I like it like that! It would be $55 dollars to get it checked and then they would have to order the new tire sensor and install it in order to get the safety check all squared away, it would be $200+. I called BS on the whole thing. I left without the safety check being completed. My husband took the car to somewhere on north shore later the same day and they passed us without even mentioning the stupid light, and it was cheaper than the safety inspection at Firestone.

I was trying to leave no stars but you have to mark at least one to get this to post.I had set an appointment for an oil change and inspection. I had planned on waiting for the vehicle but then decided to take the kids to the library, 2 small children. I returned to the shop 2 hours later. My car still wasnt done. This isnt the first time this has happened. My car wasnt done until another 45 minutes passed. So it took them 2 hours and 45 minutes to do a 20 minute oil change and 30 minute inspection, which probably could have been done tandem because the inspection person is different from the oil change person.To top it off, I then had to go back to have them fix the inspection sticker because the plate number didnt match the plate number on the car. So another wasted 30 minutes. I decided to let the kids run wild in the shop while they did that. I just didnt care if they were being annoying.I will not be taking my car here for anything else.A friend of mine told me she takes her car to the Honda dealer in Kaneohe and is always in and out. I will try them next time.

I will not do a safety inspection here again. They have tryed and ripe me off. My first appointment for safety inspection failed the front axles were busted, one head light bulb was out and wiper blades. Parts only was 271.00 labor 800.00 so well over 1000.00. I refuse repairs and tookMy van was repaired somewhere else which labor was way less than what was quoted. Brought the van to recheck for safety inspection a few days later . It was check and i was told that all i need now was current registration.... perfect! Registration is done three later.Back to firestone car still not able to pass safety check i am now being told that i need two new front tires and your brakes will need to be check, brakes are sponges.I told the clerk what are u talking about?!? I was told when i left last week that all i needed to pass was the new registration. The clerk tryed to tell me that it just happen... exuse me.... new tires needed just happen and needing new brakes just happen... right!! I ask what did u you guy inspect on my van on the initial safety check ? Clerk tell me that the guy that does safety inspection at firestone is pretty good about going through everything. BS! I told the clerk that i should have been made aware of all what needed to be repaired on the van at one time not going back and forth Needless to say i had to replace two tires . Brakes will be taking somewhere else. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO KANEOHE FIRESTONE IF YOU WANT TO BE INCONVENIENCE AND RIPE OFF!!!! Wish i could put zero stars.......

Come for the safety check, leave with a $1000+ bill. They dont make their money on their safety checks, they make it on all the repairs they say they have to do for you to pass. The guy at the counter said their repair business has boomed since the arrival of their new safety inspector. A former Cali smog inspector. If you know anything about Cali smog inspectors then you know thats all there is to say.

I had my safety check done here. They did a great job but the wait time was a little long.

Safety check:Great service! Their all young but professional. Friendly, pleasant, they always answer the phone and they are a little busy the wait is long but they always look like their working so i dont feel like im waiting for them to finish their conversations. I made my appointment 2 days prior and they squeezed me in. Hope they remain just the way they are because I plan to always choose firestone. PS CHEAP >_

Great staff fast services tired and things

If I could leave negative stars I absolutely would. DO NOT GO HERE. They try to rip you off every chance they get. Went here for a safety inspection and they tried to charge me over $100 to change a head lamp on a 97 celica...no sir...Ill do it myself..that was the first time. The second time we needed a safety inspection we went back (Ill do why) but we did and they pulled the same thing and we brought our other car and they told us they couldnt give us the sticker unless we got new tires..my Camaro did not need new tires. Its really convenient that a tire shop wont give you a sticker unless you buy new tires...also when I told them I wasnt going to do any of that the owner/manager starts yelling and getting ignorant. So dont go here unless you want to get ripped off and treated like crap. Go to lex brodies they have been nothing but amazing since Ive used them for everything and are good people.

I called for an estimate to PATCH the inner wall of my tire and the agent told me they dont do that and I was told to purchase a new tire. HELLO!?. WHAT KIND OF TIRE SHOP IS THIS!!.

They are stupid people who comes in to fix a flat tire takes almost 4 hours is a shame manger is dumb all he has to do is pull some one off fixing a car that takes 6 hours and have him work on a flat tire that takes only 10 minutes im a shame to send my friends and family to a bunch of dummies so be careful who you recamand to fix there cars

Dont get your safety inspection here. They will fail you on really subjective things. I looked up what they failed in the law and wholly disagree with their assessment.

Service was good. Overall expensive.

Was quoted $1000+ to fix something someone else quoted $200. Seems a bit too money hungry for my business.

If you could define poor service this is the place. Slow reception slower service and they dont even clean up.
