Honolulu and windward will offer you a lower price on your trade in value and currently will not make a deal with you. Windward let me walk away with 46K on the table for a deal and Honolulu let me walk away with 54K on the table for a deal. If you have no trade in you might get away with $500-$1000 off MSRP. Dont recommend to go in there currently to haggle a deal. Wait it out a bit.

I appreciate that the sales associates are helpful, honest, and not pushy. Like many people I hate the typical dealership experience with the haggling back and forth and manager involvement but at Servco Toyota I have never had that negative experience. Horrible experience staff never greeted me. Sales representatives greeting was “hey come here” I walked to him while he was on the computer and he says “what are you looking for?” Then has me at the computer to look at cars. Completely wasted my time I asked to go look at cars he said they were a little too busy for me. Which is understandable but the lack of customer service is not. Ended up buying a car right next door at the Honda. Honda has great customer service highly recommend it.

Definitely check this location out. Being from the opposite end of the island I say it was worth the drive. Everyone is laid back and helpful. My salesman was Mackenzie “Mackey” Young. I was referred to him by a bunch of people. Solid guy, from beginning to end he made my car buying experience as smooth as it could be. He wasn’t pushy like most salesman. I will be recommending my family and friends to go to him if they are ever looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank again Mackenzie 🤙🏼

As we have 2 Toyota - 4Runner and a hybrid Camry, we regularly take them in for service. We get reminder emails and then schedule appointments so it makes for quick drop off and can continue on with rest of our day, scheduling one st a time. They do provide a courtesy shuttle ride home as well as pick up when its time to pick up our vehicle once done. Fresh coffee and pastry in the waiting room.

The sales guy couldve told us that he was busy when we asked if they had time to show us one of the used vehicles on the lot. Instead, he said no problem, took us to the car, gave us the keys, asked us not to drive it anywhere, and left to get the truck he forgot about pulling around to the front. No problem with that. We thought hed only be gone for a moment. We were wrong. We tried to get a good look at the used car. I went to turn it on and heard the car struggle to start. Then, it turns off. I try to turn it again and it stayed on with several warning lights on. Then, again, it shuts off. We waited a little longer for the salesman to come back, but he was still chatting with the other folks, trying to get the bigger sale. I look at nearby cars for a while, look more closely at the first car, and then decide that we have waited long enough. I try to politely interrupt the guy, giving him the keys, and I simply say excuse me sir, the car doesnt turn on. And he replies Oh okay. You have a good night. He continues with the family interested in the truck. We take that as a queue to leave and that they arent interested in selling us any car at all. If you dont have the time, sir, ask us to come again another time. Dont try to shove us to a broken vehicle and waste our time. So, I guess dont come unless youre getting a brand new car. Otherwise, they wont care.

Mr. Bobby Wright at Servco Toyota Windward is courteous, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. He explained major features, and any question I had at the time of purchase which make my worried feeling disappear! Since I am not tech related person, I had many questions, and he answered in clear and concise way that I can understand easily. He works hard to make sure that I am completely satisfied, and always dealt with me with a big smile! Not only for selling a car, but he told me that if I have any question or need any help, that I can contact him or anybody available at the dealership, that for me is good follow-up system they have. Lastnight me and my family went to Servco Toyota Windward to look for a family vehicle. Since we live on the this side it was easy and convenient for us instead of driving to town or to Waipahu. Shockingly upon our arrival to the dealership nobody came to greet me and my family we walked around the dealership lot thinking someone would see us. We walked around for a good 15-20 minutes and nobody came up to us.While we were walking around by the service side the doors were open nobody was in the office or at the front desk the Television was on and it was a ghost town! So we walked back to our car thinking the dealership was closed and as we passed the front of the dealership there was a trailer to the side with its lights on and apparently thats where everyone was. I was so turned off and couldnt believe my eyes that all the salesguys were in there doing their own thing on their phones and PLAYING with GAMBLING CARDS!!!I was so turned off with the service that the dealership has and would never do business with a dealership like this. This is an experience that my family and I will never forget. This isnt a place to bring the family especially kids to experience a car buying atmosphere.

Please be informed that Servco Toyota has informed me that it does not provide ToyotaCare service to new vehicles purchased outside of Hawaii without a charge. For my Toyota Tacoma the charge would be either $150 or $175 plus tax depending upon the number of cylinders. As Toyota recommends such a service every six months or 5,000 miles during the first two years of vehicle ownership this free maintenance expected by most purchasers of Toyota vehicles in the United States would cost a bit more than time if one where to deal with what I believe is the only warranty service provider in Hawaii. Good show Toyota!

What a horrible service department! I took my car there for routine servicing as recommended on time and they were nothing but rude! If I had the choice I never would have continued using them but they are the only Toyota servicing center on the island. I then brought my car back to Colorado only to find out that they (Servco) wasnt actually performing the maintenance they were suppose to! They (Colorado) showed me the records and what they did not do that they were suppose to but still charged me! If you respect you car take it ANYWHERE else other than this place.

I can’t say enough about the amazing service I got here today, I had my service done there months ago and wanted to change my own oil this time and when I got to the filter housing it had been over torqued last time and couldn’t get it off to replace the filter. I put oil in and took it in first thing in the morning. Not only did they untorque the filter housing, but they replaced the housing because the filter socket I had cracked it, they put in an oem filter and topped off all my fluids free of charge, Scott also showed me the heavy duty socket they use. I went from having a bad yesterday and morning to being super happy thanks to aislynn kaneta, Scott kaichi, Larissa and all the others at windward Toyota. I have been a lifelong Toyota buyer since my 09 Tacoma, and you’ve kept me happy, great business practices. Thanks, and mahalo.

Unimpressed with the service department. Paid for an oil change and tire rotation two months ago. My wife got a flat tire yesterday. Two lug nuts were improperly screwed on with the power wrench and they wouldnt come off because they were misthreaded. A Good Samaritan stopped to help my wife, but the bolts holding the lug nuts broke. Even with the lug nuts off, the bolt piece is stuck inside the lug it because of them being misthreaded. I contacted the service department asking for them to replace the bolts for free since they were the ones that last touched them and messed them up. This is about $20 in parts. They refused and said a manager would return my call which has not happened. Never returning which is too bad because they are so convenient. I understand people make mistakes, but Im not asking for much for them to back up their work.Update - The manager called back and made everything right. Issue was resolved. Increasing my 1 star rating to 3 stars.

Just bought a new RAV from Windward. I was very impressed with our overall experience at Windward; I found them to be the most honest and straight forward dealership I have ever worked with...and I have dealt with a LOT of less-than-honest car salesmen. This is mainly based off our interactions with our sales consultant, Chad, who was very knowledgable and always seemed to have our best interest in mind. I would highly recommend him and ask for him specifically when you go.

UPDATE***As soon as I got there for my appointment, I got asked if I stole the vehicle because the bottom of the steering wheel was taken off, Ive done my studying in ignition for cars and the only thing I couldnt do was the lock cylinder because I needed a transponder key from them. Talked to me like if I was 18. I knew what I needed in the car. All I wanted was the ignition lock cylinder switched along with a new transponder key. Nothing else yet they need to do a check when I already know whats wrong.So they fixed the whole assembly of the ignition, gave me two new keys, and the car starts like it did before, but now there is a new problem that wasnt there before the repair. The radio wont turn on. I called and they dont answer my calls. I paid over 1G for something so simple and they just gave me a other problem to fix.DONT GO TO THIS SERVCO. NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THEMSELVES UNLESS ITS TO RELAX. As a new Toyota owner, first expierence with the assistance, it was awful.

***UPDATE*** Took my SUV to SERVCO Honolulu, fixed in an hour and half. Turns out the radio needed a software update. Im not contacting SERVCO Windward, after taking my SUV to you and calling after you didnt fix it, you have wasted enough of my time. I just wish you could take the Toyota name off your building. You are tarnishing the company name. STILL ---- the WORST Toyota dealership and service center. (What happed to cause such a low rating)- I have owned a Toyota truck or SUV for 10 plus years. Im in the military and have dealt with Toyota dealerships across the country. Toyota should be ashamed to have their company name on this building. First, when I was shopping for a new truck/SUV the saleman was not helpful. He showed us one car and basically said that is it and we would have to special order when there was three other Highlanders on the lot and they are part of the SERVCO family. Needless to say, Honolulu Toyota had the exact car we needed. There service department is garage. I have taken my SUV there twice to have the radio fixed and both times they said nothing is wrong with it yet it still does not hold programmed stations. Called to talked to a manager and waited two weeks for a call back. My wife took car in for an oil change, waited three hours. When she saw car sitting there for 30 minutes, she asked about the car. They said they just finished. When my wife got in the car, there was paper work, a box, and a laminated sign that said WAITING. I throw their crap away. Avoid this dealership for anything!!!

Today is Saturday and I decided to purchase a toyota part for my Truck. When I arrived to the Kaneohe Toyota dealership, no one greeted me when I walked up the stairs even though there were two people sitting at the table (outside). They were watching something on their electronic device, not even a glance, no hello..no acknowledgment. I was immediately disappointed! It gets worse when I stood near the counter inside the dealership and two men looked at me and walked away, not even can I help you. I just wanted to ask a simple question. It was minutes before someone walked out and asked if I needed help.Its unfortunate that no one wanted to help or greet a 50 year old women. If I had been with my husband perhaps, they would have addressed me since they would immediately see a possible sale??? We actually purchased my Tacoma from them 7 years ago. Please dont forget that many 50 year old women also have purchasing power.Fortunately, the parts department was the highlight of my day!! MANU, was so quick to help me when he saw me walk towards the counter. Additionally, he walked all the way to my car to get the vin number and was truly interested in helping me. He answered my questions about the elevated rates of wheel theft for Tacoma trucks and how I could help protect my wheels from being stolen (wheel locks). He was so willing to help me.Its not hard to sell Toyotas because its a good product. I love Toyotas. The thing that would make the difference of my purchasing a Toyota is the service. I would rather buy a car/truck from Manu in the parts department even though he doesnt sell cars then give my business to someone who may be able to tell me the exact MPG or the fancy features of a Toyota (but is not interested in even a simple hello can I help you?)Manu, if you read this, please keep up the Excellent service!!! You should be sitting at the front of that building because you know how to service customers!!!!
