SCHEDULE: They were so booked, I had to wait almost 4 weeks.LOCATION: Very convenient location, but work was not so great.SCOPE OF WORK: Got an interior detail done on my Van. Great job on the leather seats. Floor mats were shampooed and look great, but should have done one good vacuum prior to final inspection (Remaining Sand throughout). Front headlight treatment was amazing.As for the rest of the interior. NOT so much. Door panels were clean but lacked attention to detail. (Some residue and sticky remained in several places). Price was $180.Recommend, doing a very clear walk through to set expectations before dropping it off.I will not be coming back for any detailing service here. Not too happy with the discussion when I picked it up.

The first time I ever came here my jaw dropped at how clean my car was and how quick service was. The last 2 times I went they were still quick but didnt do as great of a job.

The clean and vacuum was ok as car was long overdue. Unfortunately, their detailing dept has a month long wait time. They need to improve on this.

Best deal for auto service on the island. Employees who do the vacuum package are incredibly thorough and speedy and worth more than they charge.

Save yourself some dough and go to a gas station with a drive through car wash and vacuum. This job was not thorough at all. We paid for the vacuum package and they barely did anything. We went back and asked them to vacuum the crumbs and things in the front console area (the reason we paid for the service). Because we gave them a $20 tip, they said they would vacuum that area this one time.

Service is on par. Decent value. Its a good car wash.

Left deep scratches all over my car and didnt even rinse all of the dirt off.Edit 1: Called and they hung up on me when I asked what they would do to fix this.

ALWAYS top notch, always very satisfied. These guys work hard and do a great job every time. Dont forget to tip them, there is a wooden box on center pole in vacuum and drying area.

I visit here to have my vehicles washed and wiped off. Service is quick and friendly.

Helpful young man sent my car through, gave good directions on what to do, plus he scrubbed when I supposed the car wash brushes dont do well, like the wheel caps and some places on the top of the hood and sides. The rinse left spots, I guess they dont use distilled water? Nice, free car wash is a perk of getting service at the nearby Windward Honda dealer

My car wash and drying / vacuum service were all great. BUT how do you have “The Works” for $17 and you still have to pay $13 for drying and a vacuum? I was taken back by this and I am not sure a wash / dry is worth that much (can you tell I usually do it at home?)I did have to roll down my windows at the end and ask the guys doing the drying to get the area on the windows that are harder to reach because of the rain guards. It’s picky, I know, but its attention to details for the $13 they ccharge. charge.

Great customer service, they even offered a courtesy ride to drop and pick you up if you live locally. Highly recommended for hand wash and wax, remember to get an appointment because they book up fast

There was an hour wait for a vacuum and the wash was inadequate, I had to finish with a bucket of water at home.

The car wash was ok, at lease they should scrub the rims had to go home and clean my rims.

Its like COVID doesnt stop them from performing a top quality car wash. In and out with the wash and interior vacuum in no time

If you want it then you will receive it. Ask questions before accepting what you want or get. Some applications is cheap and others are more pricy. Dont be limp, ask before accepting a servive.

Did a phenomenal job

This is a bad car wash. Better to go through Texaco and pay only $8. When we came out we thought they would at least dry it because we paid for the works & they said we have to pay $4 more, cash only, for them to wash the wheels. Felt scammed all around. The wheels were not even clean.

Reasonably Priced. Cant beat it if youre too lazy to wash your own car .... like me! But if you feel your time is worth more than $25 than this place is a STEAL!

I was expecting a thorough cleaning having paid for the highest level of product. The car was not wiped down thoroughly so water was blowing back onto itAlso, I sis not get the tire service I paid for- the tires were wiped down but not treated.

Nice car wash. They have a machine, but also stalls to wash by hand (a rarity), and they do have vacuum services.

Got the tire package... I still have dirt all over my rims and tires.

I would give in 0 stars if I had that option. They charge you $10 minimum for a wash and it didnt even clean my front or back bumper. My car was still completely dirty, plus not to mention them charging an extra $10 to vaccum your car out which isnt worth it. Youre better off getting your car actually detailed instead of going here. Save your money and go to a different car wash.

This was my first time taking my car there. I got the service where they vaccuum and clean the inside. I paid $38 plus I felt bad for the guys bc no one was tipping them, so I did. Horrible service. I had to clean my car afterwar . tire covers still filthy, inside still with mud qne dirty. I had to clean the dashboard and inside myself. The lights were still dirty. Toral waste of money. I would never take my car there again.

0 stars, but that wasnt an option. Awful job. Just took my car there and its still dirty. There is literally dirt on the back of my car that I can wipe off with my finger. And when I complained about the bird poop on my window, I was told I should have gotten the tire package. What?!?!? Its my window. Why would I het the tire package? Does the tire package remove the dirt on my bumper too? If I paid an additional $4 for the tire package would my car have actually been cleaned? If you go here, make sure to pay the additional $4 for the tire package, cause obviously the car washing package doesnt wash your car.

Love the services I receive from this location. Ive come here for car wash and oil change. Reasonable prices, staffs dont try to scare me into using more expensive services/products if its not the requirements for my vehicles. Friendly staffs.Would recommend the above services to everyone.

Depending on the crew working, but two if them seem to truly enjoy working the automated car wash and are very efficient. The line may seem long at times, but its moving efficiently thanks to these two guys.

Small auto shop with ties to Windward Honda. Very personable and courteous people working there. Provides a ride to the mall if you want to wait there while the work on your car and will pick you up when you are ready.

Windward Auto Spa charge my wife $31 for a rear wiper blade. This is a $5 part and 5 mins to change. Take your car to Lex Brodies tires. They are fair priced and helpful.

The Windward AutoSpa always does a fantastic job on my car. The staff are always friendly and take care of my car. THE WORKS car wash and a VACUUM package is such a great deal-its easy to keep my car clean. And the AutoSpa is open 7 days a week which makes it so convenient for me to swing by any day. Even early morning-they open at 7am M-S and dont close until 6pm! I know Ive stopped on Sundays too, just not as early-Ive gotten there about 9am before, when they were just opening up. I got the basic wash. The back of my car was still dirty and there were 3 spots of bird poop that the wash did not clean.

The attendant cleaned the tires and back area of the car before and after me, but not mine. Thought the wash would clean it. NOPE. :(
