The car was in the shop for a few weeks but the wait was worth it. The auto body technicians did an excellent job on the restoration - can’t even tell that work was done on the right rear passenger door panel. The front desk employees were in constant communication with me and informed me about the progress of the job. I am going to recommend this shop to my friends and family.

Our car looks great. Unfortunately parts are hard to get right now so the repair took some time, but Gerber has no control over that. I will say they communicated timing often and as they received updates.

Heather and the team at Gerber collision provided frequent updates and communication on the status of the parts and repair of my vehicle. They assisted with arranging a rental car with Enterprise at a reasonable rate, during a time when rental cars are either unavailable or at astronomical rates. Their location and hours were extremely convenient and their facility is organized and clean. When my car was finally done, the checkout process was professional and efficient and they took the time to show me all of the excellent work they had done. I was amazed to see that my car had been restored to new after the significant damage it sustained as the victim of a rear end incident. Thank you Gerber Collision!

This shop does really good work and clean up after they are are done. I first went to faith auto and they just did not clean my car after they were “done” but they didn’t do anything and it was super dirty, and gerber made sure it was all perfectly clean!Awesome shop with friendly employees and wonderful service. They give you updates all the time and are very flexible working with your schedule.11/10. This is my go to shop now and I suggest you make it yours!

So I took my car in for a repair. I did not notice when I left that my recon wasn’t put back on until I went for my safety and it wasn’t there. Now I need to request off of work, waste gas to drive to Kapahulu and money to go get a replacement.I called in the morning and was told the manager was going to look at the cameras. Well I drive there at 2:22 and the manager didn’t do anything. After reviewing it she comes out and says it’s on when you got the estimate. Says there is no clear view of the bumper after it was repaired. There are no scratches on my bumper as it is a new bumper to show that someone may have stolen it (as this is what she seemed to be implying).Heather said she would replace the cost of the sticker, but she isn’t loosing a day of work to drive to Kapahulu nor wasting gas cause of their mistake. I used Sigs/Gerber multiple times referred friends and co workers. Will not be referring anyone else to them. If I need my car repaired again I would go else where. (I should have checked too before driving off the lot).

It was such a pleasure to be their client, I loved everything from the moment I walked in the door to when I picked up my car. I am thankful for their services and will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommended!

USAA preferred shop quick estimate called rental car there when we arrived. While in shop contact at least once a day unsolicited. On pickup review excellent workmanship. These folks are pros start to finish. Took all worry out of the process

I was in an accident and all state suggested Gerber. I was really happy with the consistent communication through text message which kept it easy to stay in contact with them about my updates and progress. Pick up and drop off was super easy too!

One of the only shops that have certified tesla mechanics, I was a little hesitant to go with them. After a few problems presented themselves during the 2 weeks, even though I was updated daily that there was no issues and the car would be done on time. The biggest problem being an internal staffing issues, they fixed the issue at the last moment. The car overall was fixed to standard and the staff came together to make things right so ill give them the bonus point and be on my way. Car was clean as well and on a side note, check your insurance policies because this is a $3,100 mistake.

My insurance company recommended Sigs for repairs when I got into an accident. Sigs repaired my vehicle twice this year and both times they did an amazing job! In my opinion everything was flawless, from check-in, drop off and pick up. It just runs so smooth and quick.It’s also nice that they update you on the status of your vehicle so you’re never left in the dark on where they are with repairs. It gives you that sense of relief knowing that they haven’t totally forgot about you or your vehicle.I recommend anyone getting repairs on their vehicle to go to Sigs. These guys a phenomenal! Brenna welcomed me, are you Melanie? Im Brenna... explaining that shell be taking pictures to send to someone that can give an estimate. Although just by seeing it, the technician/hands on work will see other problems/difficulties, etc... Shes very professional, kind and helpful to my questions.I dont remember his name who called that sent the estimate/cost of fixing my truck. These info. was being sent through my email. I was having a hard time to get the info. because of my location home. So for him to get my signature to allow/choose Gerber to fix my truck, I had to walk to get better service. I told him Ill call back when I can get a good connection. He said ok. I called him and went to the steps again. He also tried using other ways beside email for me to get the documents. He is very professional using computer, patient, considerate.Once I dropped off my truck, a rental car was there. I didnt have to worry or do anything. The people at Gerber know how to do their business and they do it excellent!Every week I would get a text from Heather who gives me info./up date on my truck. If I have any questions, just ask. I had a question and I got the answer within an hour. Always a welcome of Aloha. She is promp, knows how to perform her business professionally.Those technicians know how to put things back into place! I didnt recognize my truck...until I saw my license plate! Even the person who washed, polished, cleaned inside my truck did it with hard work and care!These people at Gerber have feelings, emotions and care for people because I only got to know them and their business by accident! 😅

Amazing customer service. The team there literally did everything, from direct communication with my insurance to scheduling and having a rental there and waiting for me upon drop off of my vehicle. They also upheld my vehicle maintenance guidelines by adding a full four wheel alignment to the repair saving me from paying out of pocket at a later date (all added cost covered by insurance past my deductible). My insurance initially quoted my repairs as only costing $600 and with a $500 deductible almost didn’t seem worth claiming through insurance, however the total bill actually cost roughly $2,500 when done properly through this company so I’m very happy I didn’t wait too long before insurance wouldn’t cover the claim to get it repaired properly.By the way, not for lack of being busy but they are FAST! Dropped my vehicle off Monday morning and already have it back Wednesday by 1pm. Completing a full front bumper repair (this was a claim due to a pothole putting a huge whole in the front bumper on my passenger side), paint match, and full realignment in basically 2 days time. Very impressed with their efficiency, quality, and all around professionalism. The two ladies in the office are a class act and understand customer service very well. Heather kept me updated via text from scheduling, car rental, repair updates, and same day pick up time once the vehicle was completed 2 days earlier then projected. Also a huge plus was that the repairs have a lifetime guarantee, if any issues occurred with the repairs they will fix it free of charge! That’s almost unheard of now a days in vehicle repair shops.I’ll definitely be giving them my business for all my vehicles in the future.

Sig’s is very professional. It’s not your typical boys garage, Heather and the staff was helpful and very patient. They take care of all the logistics so there’s less for you to worry about. I also noticed how clean and organized everything was. The floors were spotless, no oil stains😃.

This is where you want to take your vehicle for body work. Great quality, experienced personnel, standard for customer service. It was easy with their mobile assessment app, the staff was able to provide a quote at my convenience, never having to go to the shop. They ordered parts ahead of time so when I dropped off the vehicle everything was ready to go for expedient service. The staff knew me, knew my truck, and was very professional and empathetic. In and out no hassle. Don’t want to have to go back b/c nobody like to have accidents, but if for some reason I need body work in the future, Sigs is the place I’ll go.

I loved how professional they were. They sent updates every week to inform me what step they were on when fixing my car. The paint job was gorgeous, perfect replica of the original paint. Each staff, either I or my husband encounter, was courteous and provided help when needed.

Amazing work! Repairs all look brand new, and SO fast! Replaced taillight, bumper, back panel, car door handle, took out dent on the door panel and tailgate. All under a weeks time, Very satisfied with the way it all came out. Kept me informed through the whole process, and answered all my questions. Customer service was excellent and all very friendly. 10/10 recommend for all your repairs.

The bumper repair process was seamless between my insurance company and Sigs (Thanks to Heather at Sigs!). The repair scheduling was also simple and ON-TIME. There was a bit of confusion regarding me attaining a rental car during the repair (which was caused more by me, than Sigs), but upon dropping the car off the staff at Sigs immediately took care of the rental car request, and I had keys in hand within 30mins! The COMMUNICATION via text re scheduling, appt reminders, and repair completion was spot on. Shout out to HEATHER at Sigs for staying in communication and making the process very easy. My vehicle got repaired in Kaneohe and it was a long wait for the parts, but that wasnt their fault, the part isnt made anymore and the vendor took forever to send the part. Great communication and updates, easy to reach via text, did perfect repairs on my Tesla.

The repair was done very smoothly and I liked the updates that they gave me every couple of days! The paperwork was done digitally which makes everything so much easier. My repair looks great and you wouldn’t even notice that anything got repaired. There’s few places that fix Teslas on Oahu and sig’s is one of few of the only Tesla certified shops on island, and I like sigs the best (I’ve used other Tesla certified shops before). The only downside is that when I got my car back, there was mud/dirt on the inside of my car door and the inside became dusty from the repair. It would’ve been perfect if the inside was returned wiped down from the repair mess.

The crew at Sigs Collision Windward went above and beyond for me and I am still amazed at the amazing job they did! My car was rear-ended in an accident and I was referred to the shop by my insurance company. From start to finish, Heather made sure to keep me up to date with the process and was available to answer any questions. They had pictures of my car and the work that was being done to it. This is just a second rate body shop. Quality is not their first priority and customer service is poor at best. Took our car their, used our insurance, and the portion of the car that they did paint had trash all in it. Not to mention scratches past where they painted from sanding, lots of trash all in the paint (which they claim is perfectly acceptable) and fish eyes in the clear coat. We also found a spot where they were buffing it or something and marked up a spot on the lower portion of the door that had to be handled as well. The manager was extremely pushy and not even close to knowledgeable in this field. After it was taken back to get only what they painted fixed, it came back with more issues and finally we just gave up on them fixing it right all together. If you have a island beater and need a paint job, they are for you!! If you want that textured sandpaper feel for a paint job, they are for you!! But if you are expecting a clean job by qualified body guys at a shop where customer service and your car having that smoothy silky paint job, then they are definitely NOT FOR YOU!!

Came in through my insurance having no idea what was wrong with my vehicle. They figured it out almost instantly and were so helpful in getting me my best options. The whole way through they were so friendly and went above and beyond to help get me back on the road. They will always be my first stop for any car troubles I have in the future. Amazing place!

Excellent customer service from Steve and the repair team. I was kept up to date by text and phone calls on the status of the repairs to my 2011 Toyota Corolla....and work was finished earlier than expected. Highly recommend this place.

The work done on my car was good, which is the most important thing. However, the customer service received from a certain individual in the office left some things to be desired. Tone and attitude matter when you are speaking to a customer who is paying your business hundreds (or more) for a service.

By far the worst customer service experience I have ever had the displeasure of receiving. My car was initially estimated to be in the shop for 5 days, was kept in the shop for a total of 15 days - thats three times the number of days I was told. I rented a car for 5 days and did not expect this long a delay. Because I was not at fault for the delay, I believe Sigs should have supplied me with a rental car while my car was in-service for the additional 10 days. The customer service representatives there (Samantha) neither apologized for my extended wait time or offered me a car to drive. When I came by to pick up my car, Steve; the representative taking care of my claim, bombarded me with excuses as to why my car was in the shop for so long; blaming the dealership for ordering the wrong parts and even me for misunderstanding how long this process would take (how in your right mind would you EVER blame the customer?)... never ONCE apologizing for any inconvenience this experience has caused me or asking for my satisfaction. Furthermore, he had the audacity to harass my friend, the person giving me a ride to pick up my car, complaining that he would not be paid for this transaction because he knew I would be writing a bad review. In his exact words, he said to her, I know shes going to leave a terrible review and were going to lose money. I know you get it, but she just doesnt get it. How dare he approach my friend seeking redemption.The worst part was not waiting for my vehicle, it was not the fact that Steve blamed every other party involved in this ordeal except himself, it was not even the time wasted, it was the fact that I never received an apology. He was neither professional nor courteous and for that, I will never recommend Sigs Collision Center.
