Honda Windward Auto Body’s work on my car went above and beyond my expectations. I did have to wait for a little time in the waiting room but it was all worth it! From scheduling to attention to detail, when my car was being assessed they took their time and listened. I had a large bit of work to be done on my back driver’s side door and it looks brand new now. I cannot tell that it was a new piece and paint job. But they went a step further and during my assessment for damage I mentioned I had a few paint chips/dings and they buffed and did touch up paint to EVERY spot without an additional charge. It was seamless to work with them through my insurance and making my payment. I would never go anywhere else on island and highly recommend them for their professionalism and care. I had my car repaired here after another vehicle backed up into it. Honda Windward Autobody did a great job fixing my car and kept me updated regularly on how long it would take them or any delays because of additional body parts that had to be shipped from the manufacturer. Would definitely go back if I needed any car repairs again.

I usually do not write reviews. My 2013 Mustang was involved in a car accident. I took my car to be repaired at Honda Windward Auto Body. I have a brand new car so I wanted my car fixed at a dealership, assuming they have the highest quality of work. WRONG! I picked up my car and was astonished. The paint had bubbles in it, it still had scuff marks from where the repairs were made, it still had wax residue in between the hood and bumper. I immediately returned the car to them and their response was that they could buff out the bubbles and the paint will never match. I took my car to another body shop to re-paint my front bumper. After they took off the bumper it was discovered that mounting bracket on the passenger side was cracked and the lower deflector shied was also cracked! So Honda Windward Auto Body never fully fixed my car! This whole ordeal has been a nightmare, mostly due to Honda Windward!

The inside of my car was filthy when I took it in to have them replace my bumper. I was going to clean it when it was finished. When I picked it up they not only washed the outside, but they vacuumed the inside also. It was full of sand cause I just took the grandkids to the beach. Thank you so much to the Honda Auto body shop.

My Hyundai was hit while in parking lot. I selected this autobody repair shop and am very pleased with the repair service and cutomer service I received. My vehicle was also beautifly detailed by the shop before I picked it up. My car looks brand new! Mahalo.
