Not happy with what I paid to have a grilled chicken burger, and I bought two of them. Sad because I have always enjoyed everything else i have ever eaten there. Hopefully they will change that sandwich meat. Ugh. Please. Id buy them daily.

Ive been a happy customer at Kalispell Dairy Queen for many years. No matter when I go, the food is Fresh and Dilcious. Meals and prep of the food is Excellent!Great Job Cooks!!The girls on the floor are Awesome and always have a Smile!!You are all Special and Dedicated for what you do helping others. I just went through the drive-through and ordered something very specific that I order all the time at the whitefish dairy queen and they don’t seem to have any problem understanding what I’m ordering. I got all the way home only to open it up and see my order was the wrong item and when I went back to have it fixed they actually charged me to fix it and change it from what the original thing was. Because they were the ones that actually took down my order wrong.

The food is good, but the woman at the window was very rude. She yanked the pen and paper out of my hand after I signed it. I remember when the customer service was nice.

Good burgers, long drive thru line usually, but it does go through fast.

It would be nice if the Lobby would open and we would not have to sit behind 25 cars in line. This not good incentive for our young people. To not employ young people to learn good work ethics and get out and learn to be motivated to work instead of becoming welfare recipients

The lobby is OPEN NOW!This is our regular Dairy Queen and though they tend to have long lines at the drive-thru the food and desserts are usually done right and served with a smile by friendly young ladies.One issue: I bought a box of ice creamtreats and found out at home that they were DIET. Made with ASPSRTAME, low-calorie, etc... BUT IT WAS NOT LABELED AS DIET. Shame on you, Dairy Queen corporate!!!! So warning to everyone, read the boxes carefully (the ingredient list shows the truth) before buying.

Several times my order has been incorrect. Wrong drink or items missing. Not worth the wait or the trouble anymore. Used to be great, going downhill fast!

I saw a crew doing there best and remaining polite under difficult circumstances. Glad I stopped for lunch.

They work their hardest to make sure everyone gets what they want and need. Their customer service was more than exceptional.

The last like 4-5 times I’ve gone through the drive through I say either no veggies or ketchup only, I hate pickles and onions, and every time it had pickles at least. This time it had pickles and absolutely no sauce, like at all? Who on earth wants a dry cheeseburger???

LIES! They close at 10:00pm for “the last two years” according to the guy behind the drive through speaker apparently, but have been advertising that they close at 10:30pm. Very disappointing. Really, zero stars, but Googlewon’t let me.

Everytime Ive gone here we get blizzards. But they always make the first one thick but the second one all melted. Todays was the worst, and it really ticked me off that I am wasting my money on melted ice cream.I did take a picture to post on here but it wont let me add it to the review.

The curds are 👌🏾 Excellent food. Only gotten my order mixed up twice and I go there quite a bit. Friendly staff. Very fast service. The line is usually almost around the block in the summer. Definitely worth the long line tho.

Usually not too bad but they screwed up my order. I ordered a mint Oreo blizzard and I only got a Oreo blizzard minus the mint. The dining is not open so I could not even go inside to get the right one and I was not going to wait in line for another 20 minutes.

Dude, you gotta try their onion rings. The best. Ive eaten in a long while. I had them before my college class, and again after. Im hooked.

Every fast food joint in Kalispell has a drive through line spilling out into the street, so don’t expect fast service at this “fast food” joint.DQ in general seems to have fast food quality eats at higher than standard fast food prices. My $9 “salad” was iceberg lettuce, and the piece of chicken smaller than the kid’s meal portion. Not impressed.We’ll skip DQ for dinner next time and just come for the ice cream!

Worst service I have gotten has been actually good at times but the inconsistency with the drive-through and the availability for the manager to train her employees properly is definitely lacking I constantly keep getting meals that are not complete. Shame .

I love the Royal New York Cheesecake Blizzard it is so good. The girls are always so nice and even when the line is down the block it never takes to long. I would gladly go to DQ every night if I could.

This is the best Dairy Queen in all the land! They still make Mud Pie Blizzards if you ask and they still make them the right way with extra hot fudge and whipped cream on top. Dairy Queen corporate, please take notice of this Kalispell, Montana Dairy Queen and make life happy for Mud Pie Blizzard lovers across the nation!

Busy as usual but they have the best service and food out of most fast food in the valley. Plus they have the best ice cream compared to the other dairy queens.

Rolled in right around closing time hoping for a last chance meal, expecting the usual cold leftovers you seem to get around closing time at fast food places... they met me with a smile and hot fresh food! Whatever they are doing to get the young crew working there to be so diligent and professional has my commendation.

The ice cream and julius are good but the burgers are over cooked and their chicken strips are a joke. 3 out of the 6 chicken strips were tiny.. The staff is young but nice.

You can’t go wrong here. Kalispell is for sure a Dairy Queen town and the line proves it. Not only was the line for the drive through around the block, but the line to walk in and order out, was also out the door. The women here make a mean blizzard and seem to have fun while they do it. Every single time that I go through here I ask for extra cheesecake and less strawberry in my New York cheesecake blizzard. Every single time that I ask for extra cheesecake I never get as much cheesecake as I would in a regular one and still too much strawberries. I tell them when I come up to the drive-through that I didn’t get enough in my last one and they asked me if I called in and let them know, at this point what’s the point if they’re not gonna fix it? Come on guys.

Cant go inside to order so even if you want something thats quickly made you still have to wait hella long to get it if you have other people ahead of you.

Horrible. I asked for 2 honey barbecue 6pc baskets, the lady cut me off while I was talking to try and rush my order, had me pull over for 10 minutes, brought out 1 basket. I told her I had 2 and she went back inside and gave me a regular 4pc basket. Waisted money thanks to dairy queen. Very disappointed

People are really nice here. My sister (blonde) went to throw away some garbage in the car while we waited for the remaining of our order and accidentally threw her oreo blizzard away... She only took two bites and she was crying/laughing (about how stupid it was) she couldnt believe it. So i went to order another adding a short explanation of the silliness we just experienced. But instead of having to pay for it the young lady was super kind she just made another no charge, no big thing but she lost her wallet today so it meant a lot to us.💝

The Flamethrower is phenomenal but it is not beard friendly. Always great service.Edit: I just had to add this addendum to my review- they have ORANGE JULIUS!!! I was just searching for Orange Julius in the entire FHV and thought nobody had it so we coincidentally walked in on a compromise for ice cream and they have it! Awesome! I always like a quick trip to DQ, and I already know what I want to order. This one is as good as all the others I visit and the staff is very friendly. For sure Ill be back next time Im in the area. I may order something special like a hot fudge sunday with marshmallow topping.

Waited in the drive thru for a while. Finally got to place my order. Asked for three items. Was not given a total. Got to the window. Paid and got my change. Got the blizzard and one cone I ordered. When I asked where my other cone was it was like she didnt understand the words that were spoken. She asked well you didnt have the blizzard then. Told her yes I did and the cone she already gave me, but that I had ordered another cone. She looked at the screen and said well we didnt put that down. She didnt try to make it right or anything. I just dont understand how hard it is to punch a couple buttons on a register and have it pop up on a screen. Read that screen, complete the order and have quality customer service. I just just said fine then, forget about it and drove off. Will be a while before I try to go there again.
