Not the place if your looking to buy or sell silver or gold, do your reasearch and check their buy and sell prices they have to big of a spread and wont always buy back what they sell unless its deep in their favor. They sold me a bar of silver and when i went to sell said it didnt test. Iv bought several bars and rounds in the past. Ill never step in their door again.

We bought a jewelry box here for our mom and it was absolutely stunning. They gave us a great deal on top of the marked down price of the jewelry box. They gift wrapped it beautifully, and their customer service was excellent. We miscommunicated on when we would pick it up, and the owners went above and beyond to make sure we got the gift on time. Highly recommend this shop!

I have always liked coins and carats because Ive always dealt with the same old man and hes always been knowledgeable helpful and fair the last time I was in I dealt with some snotty lady who didnt even weigh the gold that I sold low-balled me and treated me like I wasnt worth her time not impressed

When i finally caught them open, i picked out some christmas gifts, only to find out they only take cash? Seems like they have a lot of high dollar items, who carries that much paper? Its a shame because they seem to have nice stuff, although a tick on the pricey side

I had a few coins that were worth a couple thousand dollars and they said that they were only worth 50 cents. Goin to a new place now and hoping I could get a decent deal. But the man was nice so that’s a plus at least. Afterwords I was extremely disappointed and I almost didn’t finish the call because I was almost crying. P.S. the coin was a 1936 buffalo nickel with 3 and 1 half legs and the man said that nobody has came in the store with one ever so he didn’t believe me. I HAVE THE COIN

Ive been here twice to have rings resized and a very old ring reshanked where the metal was really thin. The staff have always been kind and their work is phenomenal. I would definitely recommend!

Cool looking store and very organized. I stopped in today to get rid of a couple duplicate Morgan Silver Dollars Ive had from my Grandpas collection. Surprisingly, and I admit I know very little about coins, I was told that my coins were practically worthless because they were cleaned? I again am not a numismatist, but I find just as many peer reviewed articles online that say to keep coins clean as I find that say dont clean coins? I guess I would like to know the answer for real to form a better opinion of this store. It is a fact though that all the coins for sale in this store and all the coin trade shows I have been too over the years with my Grandpa, everyones coins are clean and looking new. None have the patina that is supposedly so valuable. Just confused....

Very nice staff. They work fast and are very competent in jewelry repair and fix things right the first time. They also have a large selection of jewelry but I havent bought from them.

They know a lot about coins and jewelry. As well as have a good selection of inventory. Maybe could have gotten a better exchange rate though.

Used to think they were great, until I picked up my rings yesterday and a portion of the ring is missing, as in has been CUT out. If you have had them do work, or replace stones, I would check to make sure you still have the real thing and not fake, and I would check my gold to make sure it is real. I know that is where I am headed on Monday!

If you must sell silver they pay spot..they charge $2..more per oz. when they sell ..it is in the safe..they have some beautiful silver art bars..10 oz and 1 oz..I just sold them..the ladies are nice.

Very cool place for what I needed I was trying to sell coins and they made it very easy I took some silver coins in and it took no more than 10 minutes from showing the coins to walking out with cash,at a fair price, also the lady that helped me was super friendly

Paid $450 for 6 appraisals that have yet to be completed. Was assured by Kim that they would be done in 3 business days, theyre now one week past-due. Spoke with J.B. today, got no apology just lots of Ums and Wells. Supposedly the completed appraisals will be mailed out today. I wont hold my breath.
