I am so happy we went with Natural Stone. They have great product and I am already getting a lot of positive comments about the granite Chad and Jeremiah installed in our kitchen. They did a wonderful job and it looks so nice. Chris was able to get us scheduled sooner than we expected. Every step was explained to us and the there were no surprises. First time in our 24 years of marriage we finally were able to do granite counter tops in our home! We stopped by here one day and didn’t look any further. From start to finish an outstanding experience. Even with our minds changing multiple times with which slab we wanted, Chris and his crew happily helped in our process. Starting from scratch in our brand new construction I visited most of the counter top places in the valley. When I stopped in at Natural Stone I was greeted by Chris who took the time to explain the difference between quartz and granite, something that none of the other locations did. After this discussion, I realized that what I thought I wanted wasnt the best choice for our new build. Im so thankful that Chris took the time in that first visit so I didnt wind up with a product that would be a heartbreak later. The attention to customer service didnt end there, Chris walked around the site with me and helped me pick out a beautiful granite selection for multiple spots in our new home. The install staff at Natural Stone echoed Chris sentiment and we found the team courteous, patient and knowledgeable during template and install. We initially made contact with the previous owner, and set up dates for template and install. Chris was the one who took over; and he did not skip a beat. Great communication; prompt return of phone calls; always pleasant and professional. Our install was overseen by Chad and we found him (and the whole crew) to be similarly professional and very knowledgeable. Don’t buy your stone from anyone else in the valley. These days everyone in the construction industry is so busy it seems that being polite and courteous and respectful has gone out the window. While we found it sometimes challenging even to just get someone on the phone at other stone places, Natural Stone was always good about returning their voicemails, being available and making the process fun! I mean if you’re buying granite you’re adding art to your home and we all want that process to be fun and exciting and Natural Stone absolutely does! They’re great about educating you on different stones and helping you learn what’s best for your space. Another HUGE element is schedule. While they’re busy like everyone else, they’re known and pride themselves on never missing the dates they schedule you for. It only takes one domino to start crashing the whole thing down so this couldn’t be more important!! We will absolutely be using them for all of our Stone needs.

These guys deserve 10 stars. Jeremy’s customer service is unmatched. Being in the building industry I’ve talked and dealt with just about everyone. These guys quickly earned my future business. I wish more businesses had what they have.....To anyone reading this, I would not even waste your time with a different shop. Natural Stone Fabricators is the best!!!!!
