From signing the contract, to reconfiguring the layout (a few times - sorry about that), to making sure nothing was damaged in transit, and finally to install! We had a plumbing problem that flooded our kitchen and ruined our cabinets.The first business we visited was Direct Source in Kalispell and we are so thankful we did. Heather definitely set the bar for the other businesses we checked out.Her personalized customer service and great communication made a stressful situation an experience we are happy to share.We did get quotes from other stores and compared prices and services they would provide.If you want to go step by step on YOUR own, paying for cabinets and counter tops then, pay installers for both separately and hoping the installers schedule doesnt change on you, having the cabinets delivered to your house before install and hoping you have the room to store them and that nothing is damaged and you have to deal with getting replacements yourself that is your choice.But if you want to have a business that you can order your cabinets and counter tops from, has its own contracted installers, has the cabinets delivered and stored at their business until the day before or day of the install, will take care of any damaged cabinets and get replacements (ours were great-no issues) and make sure the end result is YOUR vision, YOUR design and that you are more than happy with it all, PLUS have it all in a competitive pricing package then go to Direct Source.For us the best decision was going with Direct Source and the biggest blessing was working with Heather!Happy New Year!

Heather was amazing to work with! From the start she was willing to listen to our thoughts and was able to put together a custom corner cabinet that we absolutely love! Our counter tops look great! We cant wait to show them off!

Rocheal and Brian did a wonderful job with the layout of my cabinets. I had four special requests (display cabinet, window seat for bay window, massive pantry, and a separate recycle room) that they made look truly wonderful. The special order handles were exactly what I wanted. And the prep counter and sink are my favorite part of the kitchen. Rocheal also managed to keep the peace between my design demands and my husbands budget demands. I loved working with Direct Source and look forward to more projects.

I spent a few weeks looking for the right cabinet company, but when I met Rocheal and walked into their office I knew they were the company I wanted to use. Not only do they have an AMAZING showroom, but the quality and customer service was beyond exceptional! Rocheal was able to save me a significant amount of money and was very patient with me when it came to design elements and layouts. She really did make me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. You really can not go wrong using Direct Source Cabinets! The builder I used for my home is now using them for all of his projects :)

Took the wrong measurements, Shipped wrong cabinets. bought Way Point Cabinets, the cabinet doors themselves have a descent coat of paint, but the frames and outside exteriors not smooth, just primer, or over spray, over all poor paint job.

Really should have a Kalispell phone number and person you can talk to when problems arise.However everuteveris coming together.
