Update:I want to send a HUGE thank you to Terry at the West Main store. He went above and beyond to help us with our situation and got me a band that I absolutely love. Thank you so much Terry, youre the best!!We bought wedding rings in the beginning of February. We had to order the mens ring because we needed a 9 and all they had in store was an 11, said it would be 2 weeks. 2 weeks go by, no ring. I called the store and was told it would be in the following Tuesday, Thursday at the latest. The following Thursday comes, no ring. Called back and was told they didnt know what was taking so long, they would call corp. and call us back. Another week goes by and no ring or phone call. Called back and they told us they ordered the wrong size and it would be another 2 weeks. Then the stay at home order was given. We are still without the ring we paid for all because of a mistake on their part. Once we get our ring we will never return to this store.

I would give them zero stars if i could. First off, their hours are wrong on the website. The only way to find out their real hours are to drive to the location and look at the sign on the door. I drove here on my lunch to pick up some repaired jewelry and ended up waiting outside the door until 11:30 when it said they opened. No one came to open up the door. I ended up calling at 11:35 to see if someone could come let me in. the girl on the phone let me know that they hadnt finished paperwork so they wouldnt be unlocking the door for another 10 minutes. I was on a time crunch so ended up just leaving. wasting my whole lunch hour.

Kimberly i will be in for 632$ refund tomorrow. Way to swindle me into paying double for my purchases. Was told i would be charged 682$ and my bill is 1300$? How the heck? I returned a necklace which was never taken off my credit card bill! You better fix this!

The customer service was excellent. They stayed a little late helping me pick out the right piece of jewelry!!

Rude Managers and you have to jump thru hoops to get your own jewelry back from them. I am never buying another piece of jewelry from them!

Needed a watch purchased elsewhere resized. They were so helpful and took care of it for a minimal charge AND in 15 minutes tops. Great staff and super friendly.

Kays at this location, has ALWAYS been warm, kind, and welcoming!! Always have the best experience. Today, I had to go there and get my necklace fixed/replaced my kids got me for Mothers Day last year. Our Sales Rep., lady Sabrina, was very welcoming and very caring to our needs!!

Terry and Sabrina were great. Took good care of me and made me feel comfortable, not pressured. Makes me want to go back for more fun window shopping.

Store manager Terry Binion is always very helpful and knowledgeable. He has great customer service skills and treats us more than just customers.. he treats us like a friend!!! He is the reason we keep coming back to make more purchases!!!

Bought my wifes engagement ring and matching wedding band here, along with my wedding ring. Very friendly staff, always ready to help with what you are looking for or need service on. Have always gotten our bi-yearly jewelry check done here and they are very quick about it. Weve had to send my wifes ring back because of a loose setting and had it back within a week.

I have been to Kays in Crossroad mall the service was good. Now I always go to Kays on West Main because the service is exceptional and the lay out of the store is great!!! Bigger in side than I thought, looks small on the out side you go in and you greeted right away!!!

Love my jewelry, buy Im really confused as to why we have to pay extra to have things sized? We just spent a lot of money and you still charge us more! Id really like to know the reason for that...

One was too many stars! Took my wedding ring in for repairs, 1st they lost it, then they said it was found and at the home office, then they said it was just being inspected.. 3 1/2 months later.. I get a phone call, they have my ring but was unable to repair it.. the stone was too large. I would have to purchase a loose stone and then send it to them... did I mention this is the SAME stone that fell out just over a year ago that they replaced poorly, I might add!! What a JOKE

Friendly and accommodating sales woman. Store is clean and laid out nicely. Definitely will shop there again, its atmosphere is better than the malls store.

They helped me with what I needed so it was good for that. I wouldnt necessarily buy anything there they are a little rich for my blood considering if you do a little bit of leg work you can really save yourself a ton of money such as the 2 diamonds i had them check i bought for a quarter of there price just do your research and look around. I bought a 1.5 black diamond and a 1.0 ct white diamond for less than 500 dollars you can have gia done yourself for a lot less just use google and look and look at diamond grades leo is only a name nothing else.

If you want to get a ring you can buy one anywhere, if you want to buy something for the love of your life, the one your going to be spending your life with might as well get her something as special as she is! They are very good to explain the differences and I didnt feel pressured to buy.

Got our engagement rings at the end of Feb they screwed up the size of my ring, which took an extra week instead of the two they said it would take to get it in, and since they are closed Im stuck with a ring that Im constantly afraid of falling of my finger because apparently size 9 means size 11 to whoever placed the order, its called Right The First Time
