We traveled a long way to shop and were quite disappointed In the selection. Its a nice place. Our stylist was great and the dresses we pretty but we just expected a lot more to choose from. Their prom dress selection was great though.

Rachel was AMAZING! She was extremely helpful but not pushy. She helped me find a broad selection to try on since I wasnt really sure what I was looking for. Rachel didnt try to show me dresses outside of my budget or hurry us along (we were the last appointment of the day). I ended up finding a dress better than I had dreamed from the sample sale and it didnt need ANY alterations. Very helpful in planning a wedding in 2 months due to COVID. I cant recommend Rachel enough. She helped make a potentially stressful part of wedding planning an absolute breeze.

I love Memories, will always love Memories, and will always tell future brides to go there for their special day. I had gotten engaged in May of 2017 and in July of 2017 Memories was having a flash sale and knew I had to go. From the moment I walked in I was treated wonderfully by every employee I walked by. I worked with Erin, who completely got me. I was never comfortable dressing and undressing in front of people, Im socially awkward and yet there we were together in the dressing room laughing and having a good time while trying to figure out what white fluffy gown Im going to dive into next. You always think you know what you want to wear on your wedding day...and then end up leaving with something completely different. I kept going back to the first dress I tried on. I loved the champagne color and the staff was quick to send over accessories to dress it up even more! And what was even better? MY DRESS WAS ON SALE...BIG TIME. I went to Memories for my bridesmaid dresses and they handled the multiple personalities very well! Even took my future husband and groomsmen for all of their needs and the staff put up with their silly antics perfectly! Bottom line, everything was smooth sailing, everything was gorgeous, and you never felt like an inconvenience. Now excuse me while I go put on my wedding dress and wear it around the house...because its been 2 years and Im still madly in love with it.

I cannot say enough great things about memories! I had my first bridal appointment there in the beginning of May and it was fantastic. I had Margarita to help me pick out dresses and she was AMAZING! She was so kind, helpful, and attentive during my entire appointment. She even sent a follow up card and text after my appointment. If you’re going to memories for wedding dresses or prom dresses, I highly recommend her!

Memories has a great selection of dresses, I definitely recommend making an appointment! Rachel was such a helpful consultant and I loved working with her. Im very indecisive and she was patient while I tried different styles and even helped make some suggestions. Im still shopping around, but there is a dress at Memories I loved that I will be sure to come back for if thats the style I end up wanting.

I loved the experience there as well as the ability to find what I was truly looking for even thought it wasnt what I had in my mind. I appreciate the wide variety of dress choices. The prices for these dresses are steep so be prepared for that. Aside from that, I do like the platform and mirrors that give you a better view of the dress when trying them on. Some staff are more helpful than others. Overall a decent experience.

I was so nervous coming into my bridal appointment. Im getting married in October, and I tend to be very indecisive. However, my bridal consultant, Rachel, was the most patient and understanding. The whole staff was amazing, but Rachel truly listened to me and didnt get impatient with me when I was trying to figure out what I liked. My experience trying on so many gorgeous wedding gowns was so fun thanks to the wonderful staff. I felt like a model on a runway trying on such breathtaking gowns. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Memories. Rachel was so patient, not pushy at all like I have experienced at other shops. She really seemed to care about what I wanted or didn’t want, and we ended up finding the perfect dress at my first visit.

Memories staff was very friendly and made me feel beautiful while trying on dresses! They had many popular dress styles with a reasonable price range. They were very flexible on times and let me come in about an hour and a half before close. My only complaint was there were no long sleeve dress styles, which I was really hoping for since I had a winter wedding. Otherwise, they were awesome and, in the end, I absolutely loved the dress I bought from them!!

I said yes to my dress at Memories in December 2020! Rachel was my consultant and trust me, she is AMAZING. My daughter went here this past weekend to purchase a dress for her wedding this year. My issue is with the help there! I was FORCED to change my mask because Jodi decided that it was not adequate. The mask I had on covered my nose and mouth and even my neck. They would not provide me with any written policy on their mask requirements. We will not purchase a dress from here.

First of all, I am not one to dress up or try to look “pretty” and let me tell you... consultant Lindsey was AMAZING! She let me try on the dresses I saw online meh boo that’s great, but models are gorgeous in plastic bags... she listened to me and totally grabbed some dresses for me and that’s when I found the one. Yup. Lindsey the consultant found my forever dress! I cried my mom cried. I have never felt more beautiful in my life. And when she knew I was stuck between a “safe dress” that hide my insecurities.... versus a dress that I just shined through... she was there for me and helped me! She was not pushy at all. She literally just listened to me and boosted my confidence. After the experience I look at the pictures my mom took of me and she was 100% right! I could not rave enough about this store and the customer service provided. I found all three of my prom dresses here and so I knew after my now husband popped the question I had to try on bridal gowns at Memories! It was a fabulous experience just like my shopping here previously, the workers go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and beautiful. When trying on bridal gowns another customer actual started giving her opinion to me and my family about the gowns I was trying on, the bridal consultant noticed very quickly that I was uncomfortable with this and politely and professional asked the woman to excuse herself. The employees go above and beyond at Memories all the way up to your special day, I would highly recommend them!

I found THE perfect dress this weekend with the help of Memories Bridal and Lindsey! As soon as we met Lindsey, I definitely knew she was going to be super helpful and we were going to easily find the one. She made sure I had all the information I needed, helped pull all the right dresses and the right one was in the bunch! I cried today even thinking about how HAPPY I was having found that dress. Memories was also very safe and reassuring with all the right coronavirus precautions. I was able to bring my mom and both co-maids of honor, which was perfect. If you are thinking about getting your wedding dress here, just do it. The experience was AMAZING!

Jodi is awesome!! She helped me find the dress of my dreams, and was very accommodating. COVID times are hard, but I never felt uncomfortable or out of place, and my guests felt the same. There was a great selection of dresses, and the customer service was excellent. I would 100% recommend.

I had such a lovely experience. The employees were very nice and helpful. I honestly was not looking forward to wedding dress shopping, thinking it would be stressful, Id be rushed, Id be ignored, etc. But it was the exact opposite, I had a blast! We did have to wear masks and they were warm but it was a small price to pay for such an amazing experience. I also had girls from out of state that couldnt make it and they set up zoom so they could be there without physically being there. Absolutely loved it, would definitely recommend this place!

I cant say enough good things about Memories Bridal & Evening Wear! First off, they are super friendly on the phone even before going into the shop. Unlike the other shop I had an appointment with, they actually called me to reschedule my appointment when they were forced to temporarily close due to COVID-19. Rachel was amazing! We are a rowdy bunch and I hadnt seen my family in 6 months so I know we were loud. But Rachel was very patient and understanding. Memories was my miracle! My confidence was plummeting from the exhaustion of trying on gowns at other stores and them not fitting properly, because I’m very small. As soon as I walked in the door, sat down and gabbed with Lindsey, I knew I’d be finding my perfect dress that day. She was so warm and caring and made this day a dream for me! She took her time with me and suggested dresses that would flaunt what I wanted to, yet hide the parts I’m self-conscious about. She suggested a delicate cathedral veil that made me feel like the most beautiful woman alive! My sister and I brought pink champagne, ate some of the delicious cookies and sea salted chocolates in the beautiful bridal loft upstairs, enjoying every minute of our time there. I can’t describe in words how happy I am that I walked in the door to Memories. All of the ladies are so kind and congratulated me on finding my gown, telling me how pretty I looked in it, making me feel like a princess! We had a great experience at Memories. The staff was ready for us when we walked in the door and quickly got us started looking for dresses. They were great at showing us dresses in our budget and lots of different styles, which helped our bride decide what she did and didn’t like. The dress was a little over budget, but the managers were able to offer us a weekend sale discount making the purchase possible. They also helped us understand the best way to schedule next steps for a bride living on the eastern seaboard. We felt very pampered and in expert hands.

I had a really wonderful experience working with Kelsey at Memories! As my figure has changed significantly after trauma in my personal life, I was very afraid of having a negative wedding dress experience.I didnt have anything but a wonderful experience with Kelsey! As soon as I walked in and started talking to her, it didnt feel like we were strangers. She immediately commented on my Paul McCartney tattoo, and we started chatting about the Beatles. It was awesome.Right away, I noticed the inclusive size range of dresses at Memories, and I greatly appreciated that. I am a size 10-14 (depending on the style of clothing) and there were TONS of options for me. I ended up picking out 6 dresses immediately that I loved, and was able to see myself in the mirror in the dressing room before going out to my friend and mom.Kelsey answered any and all questions I had, and was super helpful in making sure the dresses were all pinned to look more like they would once altered. I actually went with the third dress I tried on. I knew it was the right one because I didnt want to take it off. Kelsey explained how the ordering process would work, and gave us a recommendation of who to call for alterations. She even helped me find the perfect veil and flower for my hair!Despite COVID, it was an extremely easy and comfortable process. I felt great in my dress, and was thrilled to find something that completely fit all of my criteria and budget. Kelsey made me feel comfortable and accommodated the entire time, and I have an excellent experience.I am SO excited for my dress! I had a bridal appointment on 12/30/19. I went in knowing about how much I wanted to spend, and knowing I wanted to look and feel like a princess.I was paired with Mae as my consultant, who was absolutely fabulous. I was genuinely a bit terrified to shop for a dress, but Mae made me feel so comfortable and was easy to talk with. She also didn’t rush or pressure me one bit. She spent nearly 2 hours putting me in out of dresses.I ended up buying the very first dress I tried on, Mae picked out a belt to add some sparkle to the dress, and also placed the perfect veil on my head. I found my bridal gown at Memories today and WOW. I am speechless at just how special the experience was for me. I came in feeling very nervous but very determined to find a dress. I worked with Jodi and she was incredible! When it came to dresses, I had a hard time narrowing down what I loved (mostly because all of the gowns they have are amazing!) but Jodi was seriously awesome and so patient when talking me through the decision and she made me feel so comfortable. I visited Memories on a whim while I was visiting my grandparents in Michigan. We were very nervous when we walked in as all the dresses in the window were so amazing. We thought they would be out of our budget. Also, being a plus size bride I feared I wouldn’t find anything in my size. Boy, was I wrong. I found my dress for my wedding! I had a wonderful experience shopping for my wedding gown with bridal consultant, Cheri. Memories had a beautiful selection of dresses and I found several that I loved. Cheri was so patient and helped me try several styles I would have not thought to try on that worked great for my shape. She is extremely knowledgeable and made the experience fun and stress free. I would highly recommend Memories to find your dream dress!

UPDATE: another 5 star experience at Memories. When I came in for my first fitting, my dress didnt quite fit and I was panic stricken and crying, in fear that my dream dress wouldnt be able to be fixed for my big day. The staff at Memories as well as my seamstress Diane did absolutely everything to not only make me feel like it was going to be okay but to make me look and feel beautiful in my dress. They absolutely went above and beyond to make this bride feel special, important, comforted, and beautiful. I cannot say enough good things.If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I came to Memories just hoping to try on something similar to what I was looking for an then potentially just order something because I thought what I wanted didnt actually exist. I was wrong! Abbey worked with me in every section of the store to make sure I could find something that fit my Cinderella dream dress vision. She was knowledgeable and fun and helped direct me to designers who could work with my color scheme and budget. She made me, my mom, and my sister in law feel so comfortable and we had such an amazing time. I was shocked when I said YES to the dress at Memories Bridal and I couldnt have done it without Abbeys help.From start to finish Memories provided excellent service and I cant say enough great things about my experience. Youd be doing yourself a disservice shopping anywhere else.

I have been coming to Memories since I was 14 for homecoming, prom, Miss Watervliet/blossomtime dresses. So at the age of 26/27 when it was time to get my WEDDING gown, I knew I would be making the trip back to Memories. I was flooded with a wide range of gowns and accessories. I was able to take my time, especially when I was stuck between 2. They made sure everything was within my budget and were great to communicate with from booking my initial appt to picking up my dress. I couldn’t recommend the staff enough. And the owner Adrienne truly takes her time when choosing gowns to carry. You can tell her it’s her passion. Memories cares and they’ll make sure you turn heads! xo

Wonderful experience!! Jodi greeted my daughter and I as soon as we arrived with a smile! We picked out and tried on a few dresses that we liked and as we tried them on Jodi asked if she could pull some for us. To our surprise she picked a dress that we wouldn’t of chosen and it was absolutely perfect!!! Thank you for you kindness and help!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here! I also said yes to the dress! When I scheduled my appointment the sales associate was very nice. I called two other times to let them know more of my friends/ family would be joining and they were very appreciative and kind each time I called. When we arrived Kimberly was waiting at the front for us, she had the biggest smile, was very nice, and kept everything very professional. Kimberly explained the process well, was accommodating, and made the wedding dress process very fun! She was personable, took the time to understand the style dress I was going for, helped me pick out some dresses, and made the try on experience one Ill never forget! (Also, the chocolates were delicious!)I came in this past weekend with two friends to go shopping for their dresses. Jodi and Rachel went above and beyond to help us. They carried all the dresses back to the room while we were shopping, were super friendly the entire time, and gave great feedback! Plus both Jodi and Rachel helped with the dress colors and tops, they went above and above to make sure we had a great time throughout the whole process! Ive never been disappointed with the atmosphere either. I will be recommending the store to anyone!

I am having a issue about the deposite on my daughters prom dress. They r not willing to refund the money due to prom being cancelled due to the covid pandemic something my daughter or us had no control over. My daughter is 17 what will she be using a store credit for at a bridal store. Have some understanding we are affected by this as well due to jobs layoff and trying to provide 200.00 is nothing to just let go.

I wasnt sure Id find the dress for my wedding at Memories. I thought everything would be too over the top for my rustic venue or out of my budget. I didnt feel like the typical bride wanting to go bigger, or add more glitz and sparkle. But I was so pleasantly surprised, I ended up buying a dress that came in white from their prom section, which was still beautiful and would need minimal alterations so it was perfect for me and much more economical. I was thrilled that I found something that stayed true to me, my style and my budget.

We had the best time finding a wedding dress for my daughter. We had Jodi helping us. She was so kind and knowledgeable loved working with her. We were able to get everything that day. Beautiful wedding dress,veil,shoes, earrings and belt.

Jodi was the best! She listened to what I liked and did not like about different dresses I tried on, and brought in or removed dresses from the fitting room based on dresses I was trying on. She was great helping me finally pick between 2 dresses that I loved, and I cannot wait to come back to pick out bridesmaids dresses.

I had the best experience that I could of had yesterday at memories. I had Cheri and she was absolutely awesome. She figured my style out very quickly and made my experience very memorable. I will be coming back here too get the rest of my wedding parties dress attire for my wedding. I can’t even begin to say how much of a great experience I had. Cheri was AWESOME in every way and very fun.

I said yes to the dress at Memories. Kimberly was A DREAM to work with. I loved how it was one bride per consultant. I truly felt Kimberly cared about my wedding and finding the perfect dress for me. She pulled a dozen dresses of different styles and helped me identify what style I really liked. She helped me in and out of every gown and clipped them so I could picture my size in the gown. Memories accommodated my large entourage with ease. They helped me propose to my bridesmaids and even allowed me to pop champagne in the fitting room. I would not recommend anywhere else. Memories is THE place to find your gown!

Not only did I say yes to the dress, Kimberly helped me pick out the perfect dress for my style and personality. The dress is so special and Kimberly really made me feel as such. I came in in the afternoon 1/14 as a walk-in and had such great service! I wasnt expecting to find my wedding gown that day, but SURPRISE! We did! My consultant was absolutely fantastic, and seemed to be supported by a wonderful team. Highly recommend.

We had an appointment here and it was the best experience ever! You have your own stylist/consultant and they focus on you 100%! You feel like you are in an episode of Say Yes To The Dress!! As long as you make an appointment you will have you own seating area with a couch, that is so comfortable, and your own pedestal and mirror to stand on and look at the dress. If you are looking for beautiful dresses and an amazing wedding dress shopping experience you have to go here!!

I went during a sample sale and got my wedding dress for such a good price! And Lindsey was awesome and pulled dresses that fit my style. I was really impressed with their inventory of wedding dresses, the whole experience was awesome!!

I loved my experience at memories bridal and evening wear. The consultant I worked with was Kimberly and she was so helpful. She let me take my time picking out dresses with my Mother and friends. She helped me into each dress and did not rush to try on another. Kimberly also gave me wonderful advice on how to pick the best dress for me. I couldnt say enough about memories! I am a stylist and I have loved talking to my guest about my experience there! Definitely a 5 star, Id be happy to tell anyone its worth checking out!

Beautiful bridal shop that was able to find a date that, not only accommodates all my my needs, but wants as well. My sales associate, Kimberly, was amazing and thanks to her I found the most gorgeous wedding gown, bridesmaids and maid of honor dresses that, pair well with my gown, each other, and look amazing on them. We were able to find something were all in love with in one fell swoop and I couldnt be happier. They even sent me a lovely card telling me how happy they were for me and how they enjoyed my presence there as well. Highly recommend

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Me and my best friend went shopping for prom today since the huge was going on, and we both purchased dresses. Both dresses were on great sales, and there were plenty of options. Kimberly was an awesome help! She really made our expirece great. I would definitely recommend Memories.

I worked with Sam - she really listened and did a wonderful job of helping me chose my dress - from picking dresses she thought I would like, to helping me in and out of dresses while changing, and asking thoughtful questions about what I liked. I had the best experience here with my mom and mother in law to be. I found the dress of my dreams for a fraction of the cost, and the ladies working there are phenomenal. I worked with Kali and Kimberly, both beautiful ladies inside and out. I would highly recommend making this your first stop on any dress mission!
