I think the workers here are on some kind of power trip. they were rude to me during my whole interaction. they then tried argue that my ID is fake. i’m 22 and pretty sure my ID isn’t fake lol

Use to love the place but nothing of worth is even there anymore. They have raised the den pop prices so might as well go to mcdonalds. The cashier was rude for no reason and this isnt the first time Ive have customer service issues here. No desire or reason to visit again, now you can get the same products for better prices anywhere else. Teach your employees not to run your customers out, no one I know wants to shop here anymore

Convenient location. Typical campus party store. Expect huge mark-ups/gouging on the beer. I’ve bought this particular 4 pack for $8.99 at a different shop.. The Den feels it’s acceptable to ask twice that.

I understand with everything going on you need to adjust your hours. But sign on door says 11:00 pm. Walk-in two rude female employees practically scream at me that your closed. Time was 10:51 pm. Come on are you closing at 11:00 or 10:51. Way to go through these trying times keep up the good work!!

Cheap soda and a large liquor selection, this place is the ideal destination for college students that can legally obtain alcohol.Kids, please dont commit underage drinking in college. Have better self control.

Ah, good ole Den Deli! It has been years since I have had a sandwich fromThe Den and they still got it!! My sandwich is delicious and was also made with care. The toppings were wonderfully placed and spaced making each bite perfect! Thank you to the nice lady who made it! I wish I would have gotten her name! 5 stars!

The Den Party Store is a must go for their awesome fountain pops with a sweet store lay out located inside Campus Pointe Mall which is a 1 stop shop for everything you need while attending WMU!!! Many places to shop inside Campus Pointe Mall including Que Buenos and Y-Bar!!!

As a business major and an employee in the service industry, I understand basic customer service skills. However, the owner of The Den Party Store clearly does not. I used to be a frequent Den customer as I’ve purchased everything from weekly Den pops, beer, booze and even Western apparel. That ended today after I filled a 44 ounce cup 1/32 full of Mtn Dew Code Red because I wanted to try it. As I was doing so I was leaning back on the counter which probably made me look like I was there to hang out, but I was actually just very tired and thirsty after a run. Once the owner saw this, she walked all the way from the front to the back just to tell me “we don’t have free refills.” Are you serious? I could understand “excuse me sir next time can you get your drink and go” but that was unbelievable. You probably saved yourself a penny so congratulations... but you lost a frequent customer and all his roommates. Hope your comment was worth it

Great little deli in the back of the store! Hidden gem, great sandwiches!

The hub of all happenings for WMU students. You will meet the partiers, the 2am procrastinators, that guy you always awkwardly make eye contact with in class, maybe even a professor or two. Foods alright, but the den pops are like being baptized in carbonated energy from God. Having your first den pop is the true initiation from being an outsider to becoming a true Brown & Gold Bronco. The best times to go to the Den is between 12-4AM.

Cheap pop and cheap booze. Also a smattering of party supplies. Really is a one stop shop for all your college level party needs.

Stop in for a Sammich, you decide what you want in it (from a ton of choices) and they build the Sammich for you. Get your drink and youre in for some gooood eating.

This place is great. Have almost everything you need for your party.
