I have found my car guys. They do a great job. I have had a problem with my key getting stuck and not coming out. I took it to them and they did not charge me but once and I had to take it a total of three times so far. Come to find out when I kept taking it back it was a different thing each time. I truly say if you want good service, and a company that truely believe a happy costumer is a returning costumer take you car to MASTER MECHANICS

Ive been coming to Master Mechanics for quite some time now and theyve always been willing to work with me and help me out when need be. Ken is usually who I talk to when I go in for repairs and he has always been kind and extremely helpful. The workers always break down the issues at hand and provide quality service.

I am so relieved and satisfied with the customer service Ive had at Master Mechanics. I took my car in for an inspection to my dealer, and they seemed to have invented a total of $6,000 of repairs needed to be done. When I took my car to Master Mechanics for a second opinion, they ended up cutting that price in half. They were so genuine and honest about what really is pressing, which is so helpful. We own Audi 2016 and passenger axle rod broke a month ago, Instead of going to dealership, we decided to go to Master Mechanics and we were not disappointed. A month later, which is now, driver side axle rod broke and we brought our car back to them for same reasons, it was impromptu urgent visit and Shawn and his team quickly ran diagnostics, ordered a car part and got it fixed within 48 hours. I was referred to Master Mechanics several years ago and have been taking my car there ever since. I am impressed by their quick response to my online requests for service. I recently had my car in for routine maintenance and it was pointed out that my brakes were bad, front worse than back. I was advised how long I could drive without the repairs and I was given a rough estimate of the costs. I had the brakes repaired last week and my car was in and out in less time than the original estimate and the cost was very close to the rough estimate. Would give their business 5 stars but this was only my first visit and I dont believe in giving too much too soon. The men were pleasant and straightforward(of course in a professionally good way). To be specific, I certainly didnt get a rip-off vibe from them because they let me know I had more usage- in percentage, on my brake pads and gave me the option of waiting or getting them changed out. My appointment was for 8:30 and my truck was set within an hour so they got me in and out basically, and I know they did a fine job because I was able to stop much better. The pricing is within reason. I will be returning.

The radiator in my truck cracked from the extreme cold temperatures and Ken was super helpful and courteous with my service while providing a properly competitive price. The best customer service and care I have ever received! On a long road trip for work and I was worried about a slow leak my vehicle has, swung in to see if they could check it out for me and they got me in immediately and patched me up so I could get to where I was going. My fuel pump went out while driving home on 94. I live in Monroe, MI roughly two hours away. Within a day they diagnosed it, fixed it, and gave me a great price on the lower end of the average for my truck’s model. Unfortunately, can’t make them my main mechanic bc of how far they are from me, but if I lived in a 50 mile radius that would be a different story. I highly suggest going to them.

I cannot thank Master Mechanics enough. After being turned away from another auto repair shop, Master Mechanics was able to diagnose my car problem and had it fixed very quickly. They were able to explain the issue to someone who is not knowledgeable on vehicles. Ver fast service and great customer service. I will be getting work done here going forward.

First review I have written ever cause I think they are that great. I went here to get my Porsche 944 Timing belts adjusted. I got the car back and it has never been better. I usually do my own maintenance but up at college a lot of things are harder to do. They did an amazing job, car has never been smoother, and they definitely know their stuff. I’ve used them once and will be getting an alignment soon. Again I do most of the work myself, just changed my rear brake pads the other day, but if I ever run into something I can’t fix, I know exactly where to go. Great service and clearly just a bunch of people who love cars and getting them back on the road. Was first recommended by a user on Pelican Parts and I’m glad they did.

Motor blew halfway from Chicago to Detroit area, wife and son ended up stranded and Ken was extremely helpful and accommodating.Turned out the cost of the engine is basically the car’s KBB without even including labor, has stored my vehicle for two weeks until I FINALLY found a buyer offering more than basically what the scrap yard would pay.Made a terrible situation a lot better, and has continually stayed in contact to help me figure this absolute nightmare out.I wish I lived in Kalamazoo so they could be my mechanics. I have taken my car here three times now and each time the guys here have been nothing but Professional, Honest, & Kind.I have been having issues with my car not wanting to start and they did let me know I should have the battery connections & Starter replaced, well I only had the battery connections replaced at first, even though they told me my starter was getting bad & will need replacing soon. Well they were correct & now they have to change my starter for me. I really like how they break down their cost so you can see where your money is exactly going to. I also really like that they call you to explain everything thats going on with your car and let you know what they suggest is best for your vehicle before they start working on the car.I would highly recommend them to everyone and anyone that is looking for a great Mechanic that knows what they are doing & talking about and wont give you the run around.

I bought my first car about two months ago, turns out when it was sold to me it needed to be repaired because it was leaking oil. I called this shop and they were able to get me in with a quick inspection. Came back and they told me a few of my valves and gaskets were leaking. Next thing I knew my car needed costly repairs. They were able to work with me on the payment and they even gave me oil change and new spark plugs. Ken was very helpful in letting me know what was going on and how long my repairs would take. They were able to fix all the issues within 3 days!Im very happy I was able to get my new car repaired!

I had purchased a 99 Mercedes E320 for my son and brought it in for a full inspection. They offer a discount on your bill for providing a 5-star review online, hence their nearly flawless rating. They are a professional location, but their prices are certainly on the high side compared to other businesses.

Ive gone to Master Mechanics on multiple occasions for different needs and have been overly pleased with the service rendered. The shop is managed well and the owner is courteous, highly experienced, and clearly concerned with providing great service to his customers. The mechanics performed high quality work and provided honest and prioritized feedback about work that should be completed on my aging vehicle. They have a deep parts stock for import vehicles - they were the only shop in town to have an obscure piece on hand for my car. I had my Dodge Nitro towed here after it was attempting to overheat. Originally they said it may take a few days to fit my car into their schedule. The next morning received a call with an update on my vehicle. It wasn’t good news but they provided an option that possibly could work. It didn’t, but no fault to them. My vehicle was 12 years old with 244k hard miles on them. Bad news though it was, the service was exceptional. I will be returning with my new vehicle.

I had to have my BMW towed to the shop for transmission issues. Jammin and his staff were all so friendly and helpful, including Hank the dog. Before I went to this shop, I was standing in line at an auto shop store in Portage speaking with a clerk about my car issues, two complete strangers overheard I was going to take my car here and both chimed in that they really loved the service and people here, and that they did awesome work for them as well, which made me even more comfortable having my car taken there as a first-time customer. My break pedal kept sticking on my way from Detroit to Chicago. Was able to bring it in to Master Mechanics right away and they figured out the problem in around 30 minutes. Didnt end up getting repair here since I couldnt wait overnight for the part, but was treated with excellent customer service and a good explanation of what was going so I could explain it to another mechanic in Chicago. Im not from Kalamazoo, I usually get my car fixed back home. But my heat went out in my car and I called in right after they opened (after having a rude conversation with another company). They were very friendly over the phone and in person and readily helped me with my car. I was all finished up in one day which was a great feeling for me. And they didnt overcharge me like others might have. I will definitely be returning to them in the future.It’s been a few months now and I have returned to Master Mechanics. This time my car overheated very badly over the weekend. While they are closed on Saturdays, Jammin received and returned my phone call on his day off to schedule me for early Monday morning. I have never honestly never had someone be so dedicated to their customers so much that they are willing to be available for scheduling outside of business hours. I’m still very happy with them and consistently recommend their services to everyone.

I have been to master mechanics twice. Once for a brake job and another time for an inspection. They were polite, fast, and most importantly honest. Two years ago I went to a mechanic in the Kalamazoo area that told me that I needed several costly repairs that never turned out to be a problem. The prices are reasonable. When I searched for the average cost of a brake repair their prices fell on the low range. They have a comfortable lounge for you to wait in during the repair.

These guys are really genuine, down to earth people when it comes to their job. They truly care about making sure you get the best information about your vehicle. Constant feedback, whether thru phone or email, making sure your aware of what is going on.

I was relieved to find Master Mechanics after having so little luck finding a place that could service my Suzuki. They were thorough in their work and Jammin was great at explaining everything that I needed to know about my cars issues. They caught problems that a previous shop didnt even mention to me. So grateful!

When looking for a great mechanic, the most important quality is that they have honesty. Jammin is honest, upfront, and very helpful. I had a dealership quote me for 1300 dollars to replace my wiring harness, they told me it would be the same cost to repair it as it would be to replace. When I went to Jammin to get a second opinion he said he could repair it for 300 bucks. 3 months later I havent had one issue with my wiring harness. Master Mechanics does quality work and really looks out for their customers. If you want a place you can trust for many years to come, take your car to Master Mechanics.

Amazing service!! I just recently moved to the area and needed my two front wheel bearings replaced. I called a few places and Master Mechanics had the best prices and were by far the most convenient and flexible. I took my car in in the morning and had a doctors appointment in the afternoon so I needed my car back by 2pm. I called to let them know the situation and they were super accommodating. They always called when they said they would to give me an update on the timeline and they had my car done with plenty of time to spare, even after hearing a squeaking from my breaks and fixing that too. Lastly they have the cutest puppy which in itself is a reason to go there!! I seem to be cursed with car issues so Im happy to have found a place that I will go back to from now on!

I had taken my Charger to the dealership twice trying to figure out a constant sound I had coming from the front end. The first time I was told there was no sound, and the second time someone heard the sound but told me there was nothing wrong with my car.
