I HIGHLY recommend! I cant remember ever leaving a repair shop so confident & satisfied plus literally happy! I am SO grateful and fortunate to have found them. From beginning to end they were polite, professional, caring & friendly. They took time to carefully listen, and explain. Integrity is rare these days and I found them incredibly honest which saved me money on unnecessary repairs others had quoted me for. Their pricing is fair, reasonable and competitive as well. They were thorough, the lobby was was clean, and welcoming. I had lost my longtime repair shop that recently went out of business so I was shopping around for someone as good, but found this gem even better! I could go on, but suffice it to say they definitely earned a loyal customer today. Let me tell you, Lisa and Rico were amazing! They were sweet and very professional. I brought my car into their shop and Rico repaired my car within 2 days. My ignition switch went out in my car and he fixed the problem, not only did he fix the problem, he gave me honest and reasonable pricing! Lisa was very sweet and very understanding! If you are in the Kalamazoo area and need your car fixed, this is definitely the right place to go ! :)

I found this auto repair shop by looking through reviews, so I wanted to take the time to leave one myself. I went here after another shop failed to accurately diagnose and repair my check engine light. I am SO thankful I found this place. Rico and Lisa were not only extremely knowledgeable and professional, but very kind. They took the time to really explain what was going on with my vehicle and kept me informed.The cost was competitive and the turn-around time was very quick. My car has been running great since coming here. My husband and I will recommend this place highly to our family and friends. They are close to where we live, but more importantly, we really feel Rico and Lisa are extremely honest.

They are wonderful people! Honest and fair. Had a timing belt on an odyssey and an ac fixed on a civic. Doesnt seem to be a job they cant handle!!! For as long as they are there, they will be my go to for any auto repair. You should make them your go to as well!!!

Rico and Lisa offer exceptional customer service and quality repairs at a reasonable price. I came by to have some work done on my car. I didn’t have a ride and it was raining, so I had to wait in the lobby. Rico modified his schedule so my car would be done quicker, and I only had to wait an hour for my service! In the meantime, I watched tv and played with Rico and Lisa’s dog, Cora. The two business owners were very polite and efficient. I will definitely be going back!

I’m not usually one to leave reviews but Rico and Lisa have been so great I have to share. I was in need of a Mechanic and found Rico by chance a couple years ago. I liked he was close but I’ve been so blown away by his service! He is a guy you can trust with your car, does it right, gives you honest opinion and charges very fair prices. I have never felt taken advantage of, as I have in the past with other places. He’s worked on my husbands and my car, various things from steering/axels, brakes, and more. He’s got great turn around time, I can’t believe how fast he is. I’ve gotten my Dad to start coming here too. No matter where we move in SW Michigan we will be going to Rico! Can’t say enough great things, definitely go to Full Service Auto.

A mom and pop place that gives me the service I expect for my money! Honestly, if your not taking your mechanical needs here, than you are missing out on all the little things that most of us want when dealing with getting our cars repaired. I only learned about this business because I used to work right next door to it and tried it for convenience. Since that day, my vehicles well go NOWHERE else for their repairs.

I have been taking my car to Rico & Lisa for a few years now. I wouldnt take my car any other place to get work done on it. Defiantly give them 5 stars! The lobby and bathrooms are always clean. Rico is always honest with what needs to be done with my car. I never feel taken advantage of. He always explains why he thinks something needs fixed and will even bring you back to show you why he suggest the work be done. They are always making sure to get the best replacement parts at the best price!

We have been getting our car fixed by Rico and Full Auto Service Repair for a 6 years now, and we love the honest and careful work they have done for us. We have a 22 year old car, in good shape, but when we go to get a oil change Rico checks out everything. Most of the time my wife has to take the car in because I work during the day, and she is never made to feel like she doesnt know anything because she is a woman but Rico and Lisa his wife make all feel cared for. I like the fact that they both take the time not only with the car and service but make you feel at home. I give them 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. Keep up the great work :-)

Im a women and he never cheats me. One time by mistake I was charged for an oil changed that he discovered he did not do. When I had my next oil changed it was free. I know little about cars but my car never.fails me because of them.

Took my car in expecting brakes and shocks, left with a few minor adjustments requiring extensive diagnosis but not much repair. Could have charged me a lot, but total bill was under $100. Will recommend to everyone!!
