Had been getting great service on about 6 different vehicles since 2013 until my most recent interaction when a tire they installed failed due to an installation error. While this alone is bad (strike one), I thought it was initially handled well by Belle. The rep acknowledged their error and promptly ordered a new tire.When I came to pick up the wheel with the new tire on the day I was told (over a week later), it wasnt ready. This was strike two.Strike three came when I returned later that day to find that the incorrect tire had been ordered and mounted on my wheel. I was the one to catch this, not their team, even though they still had the damaged tire sitting right next to it for comparison and reference.Not sure why I am still counting strikes after three, but number four came when they finally got the correct tire installed on my wheel (now 12 days after I initially dropped it off). Once I got the wheel back home for mounting I (again, not their team) noticed that the tire had been installed backwards, with the outside facing in. Being an asymmetric tread pattern, this is not the proper way to install the tire! It also clearly states outside on the sidewall.For the fifth and final strike, I was asked to pay almost $187 for this wonderful experience. Thanks but no thanks Belle.

Courteous people at the counter. We dropped my car off late in the day knowing it might not be ready until morning. I received a call from a customer service person letting me know what they found was wrong, the cost to repair and saying we could pick the car up when they opened in the morning. Excellent, fast service at a reasonable price. We have been very satisfied with this Belle Tire location for many years.

I dont know if all the employees or even the owner(s) believe and have faith in the MOST HIGH but Im a living witness He used them today and my prayer is that ALMIGHTY GOD continues to let His business be done here to touch peoples lives like my own today. My first time coming here and what could have been a minimum of $400 or even a rip-off was $0 and it was an issue with my brakes🤗. Upon moving here and having to trust a new auto shop, I got my answer and will certainly be back.

Don’t come here if you don’t want your rims gouged. Manager excused this as “previous curbs” which is clearly BS!!! These are fresh and clearly from misuse of a tire iron. Tires glide really nice tho. I can’t add pictures to my review... suspicious.

I went in today at 8am for an oil change. I was third in line. After an hour there my truck still hadn’t been touched. A lady arrived after me and her vehicle was taken in before mines. I still waited but then I noticed two more trucks that arrived after me were being taken in before mine truck. That’s when I got up and asked how much long. The guy upfront told me another hour. Literally 2 hours for an oil change when I was 3rd in line.. So I decided to not wait and ask for my keys. I went to another place and in less than 10 minutes they were doing my oil change.

Extremely disappointed in employee (Scott) and manager working today. I called and spoke with Scott and explained I had a nail in my tire. He had told me to bring it by as they had plenty of time to get me in and out within an hour.I showed up 5 minutes after conversation and the manager said it will be at least 1hr 30 min to 2 hrs before he can get it in. I explained to him what Scott had told me, but all he did was defend him and didn’t seem to care about my frustration.I would not recommend any company that doesn’t pride themselves on customer service, over promises and under delivers. If I could of rated a half of star I would have.

We took our second car here for a whole set of much needed tires. They were fast, professional and helpful on a very busy Saturday. They gave us just enough time to get our Costco trip in before the Jeep was all done and back on the road! Under $400 and not one penny over the estimate. Thanks Belle Tire! Professional and quick service. When my car needed extra work, I was able to leave it overnight and they finished it the next morning. Was a little pricey in my opinion thus 4 instead of 5 stars.

This was truly my lucky day! Last time I was here, they were so busy I was sent over to Plainwell for same day service on my truck. I was able to get my car in right away, get all new tires put on and an oil change in under an hour. The technician was very friendly and when asked to have my car checked out to see if I needed a tune up, I was told everything was in good working order. So, I am very happy for the honesty and was not charged for service item(s) I did not need. My car drives great now that the snow has hit. I couldnt be happier! 😊

I went in so they could mount my wheels and they did just that. Nothing else. Didnt try to pull anything. Just did what I asked and didnt even charge me! Im definitely going back.

My tire had a very slow leak. They didnt see a bubble from the tire but stuck with determining the source of the leak till solved, a tear in the valve stem. Nice job. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that they didnt get to work o the car till 30 minutes after the appointment.

We had an AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE experience with your store on West Main in Kalamazoo late the afternoon! We arrived with a nail in the driver side front tire at 4:45pm and went inside to be greeted by Dave Gwilt, Manager who said I can HELP YOU which was amazing that close to end of the day! His extremely talented staff immediately took the car into the stall to perform the nail removal program which was completed less than 20 minutes and we were on our way home. I would would highly recommend this tire store to anyone as they are the BEST!

I had a soft tire, with a low tire warning light, I called Belle Tire, they worked me in despite the busy day. They fixed my leak by removing the corrosion on my rim and reinstalling and resealing my tire. It was done quickly and I was so appreciative that it was fixed right and I would not have further issues, then if I just had air added to temporarily get by.

Dave was awesome when helping me buy tires for my truck today. Others who helped were great too. Well be back! Thank you for the great service.

Took My Work Van in to Bell Tire on West Main there i met David, talk to him about the issue i was having with the van and he said we will take care of that for you Mr. Vasquez so i ended up getting the suspension re done from the shocks to ball joints but they went above and beyond my expectations they took care of my breaks and rotors that were really bad as well and did an awesome Job honestly am super happy with the service there and i will continue to bring not only my work vehicles but also my personal vehicles as well, way to go Bell Tire excellent customer service and top notch technicians 👍👍👍

I Highly recommend this store... I have a teenager who has had his tire experience lots of unfortunate events and the store has always taken care of the issue with ease and no charge based on the warranty we purchased on the tires. I can not say enough about the employees and their professionalism. We bring all 5 of our vehicles in for maintenance and oil changes.

I went into get two new front tires sales person pressured or tried to pressure me into four tires, I only needed two, telling me they won’t do two front tire if I don’t get all four tires whether I had the money or not, They must work off of commission to keep pressuring someone to get tires that they don’t need, After 20 minutes explaining I do not have the funds for four tires, then he overcharge me for just two a cost of $300 so I guess if Scott is mad at you we will not get that rebate I strongly suggest going Somewhere else, I feel sorry for the elderly going to Belle tire.

So usually I have no issues with any of the employees themselves here, however, I took my car in to get a squeeling noise from my passenger tire checked and was told that my breaks were extremely worn and that was causing the noise. I found this odd, because only a year prior I had gotten them done and had not done much driving since then. I decided to not pay the almost $400 to have these guys do my breaks and I took it home to my dad to double check since he is an engineer. We took a look at it and guess what? My pads are only about 20% worn and I have a picture to prove it. It wasnt even what was causing the noise at all. I almost wasted breaks and almost dropped about $400. Not very happy, because someone who doesnt have their father to double check your work will be emptying their wallet for nothing. Id have a talk with whoever check those types of things to make sure they know what they are doing!!!!

Wife went there to get a slow leak fixed she was the 3rd person in the door when thay opened the first two were gone in 30 to 45 minutes thay told her 2hr 2hr and 45 minutes later car was still sitting outside she left with a leak this is the third time Ive had terrible service from this location there will not be another

I took my car in for a safety inspection on the front end, due to an unfamiliar noise my car on the front right, and to have a tire patched. They had it for several hours, and welhen I went to pick it up my back tire hadnt been inflated. Only 7psi. I guess you get what you pay for. Free is free. I wont take my car back to that shop.

Quoted price was what I paid. There was no hidden costs. Did not have to wait long to have the work done. Will go back.

I took my car to Walmart’s auto center but they were closed due to the pandemic. They recommended I try Belle across the street. I brought my car in with a flat tire. Took less than a couple of hours and they repaired my car for free! Service was great, they were quick, and at no cost. I’ll be coming here again when I need to replace all my tires.

Bought 4 Michelin tires and truck drove and rode better before purchasing. They even balanced them twice. Used this belle tire for years think its time to change.

Dave and his team run a terrific shop. Been there numerous times, for scheduled appointments and emergencies - and each time they have done a thorough assessment of my vehicle, and provide terrific, timely service. Not once have they ever given me a hard sell on anything else my car may need. Instead, they offer suggestions, and provide a simple explanation about what is needed; what would be good to do; and what can be done now or later. I drive nearly 15 miles out of my way to get my car serviced here - and its worth it!

Told us they could not put our tires on for us because of the amount of rust under our car, which is fine, whatever.... But they also called my car a piece of *expletive* loud enough for the world to hear and made rude comments... Oh yeah, let me not forget to mention that they stole our tire key, which was in my glove box, so now we cant even change the tires ourselves. Thanks Belle Tire!!

I brought my wifes Jeep there to get an alignment and an oil change. I didnt end up getting the alignment because the Jeep needed front end components replaced and I didnt have them do it I was going to do it myself. But I did have them do the oil change. About a week later when I replace the front end components I checked the oil and found it was a court over. 4.0 Jeep engines Take 6 quarts of oil and these people put 7 in my car. I am a Michigan, State certified mechanic. I am disabled and had been looking for a shop to start working on my vehicles so I wouldnt have to do it anymore. I will never never bring a vehicle to Belle Tire to have it worked on. This is not the first time Belle Tire has done this. I also had a 2000 Mercury Sable that I brought in to have two front tires replaced. Torque specifications were not followed during the tire installation there for warping the front rotors. I should have learned my lesson with that one. I would never go there again.

A super nice guy Jesus just helped me and my wife get my wifes tires changed at the end of the day, and his tire team turned it around so fast that I told him they are close to a Nascar pit crew! Jesus was very patient w me having to call my wife and see if she could get there in time, and then me calling him back. Many people dont know but Belle tire is actually a full service auto shop. They work on engines, suspensions, brakes, steering, believe in change your oil or transmission fluid. I have five adult children, when they were living at home and owned cars Belle tire was invaluable. I highly recommend them.

Thanks to dave for offering to balance all 4 tires at no charge and put our new spare tire on our rim and balance that, too, at no charge. we didnt even buy the tires from there. was able to drop car off and run errands while work was being done. very nice of them to do that.

Really bad experience trusting Belle tire with my car. Post incident with a curb I had them inspect my alignment to let me know what parts I need to replace so I can get it straight again. They assure me they would be able to tell me exactly what parts I needed the first time. Turns out, they cant even inspect vehicles properly. After fixing exactly what was on the quote they gave me, I brought it back in for an alignment. NICO told me he could get me in immediately and beat out an appt I had somewhere else an hour later. I rushed over, dropped my keys in his hand and he told me it would be done within an hour. An hour later my car was pulled into the garage, 30 minutes later, I was informed that they want to replace my inner tie rods because they are bad. First estimate was $340 to replace the control arm, second estimate was $380 to replace inner tie rods. No alignment was performed on my car. They tried to get me to do the alignment anyway to save my new tires, and differed no guarantee or post tie rod replacement voucher. They wasted so much of my time, purchasing power, budgeting efforts, and patience just to provide me with 2 different outlandish quotes. End of the day, Nico lied to me about getting my car in immediately, and Carl cannot inspect a vehicle to save his life; or mine actually.

Review updated from 1 to 5 stars.I had tires replaced on 3 cars here as I thought the higher price ( compared to Costco) would be worth it as I thought it would be more convenient, I’d get better service, easy in and out rotations. To my dismay, the first time I needed rotation on the first car, I had to go back 3 times and still no rotation. They were busy due to the just- concluded “ Tire Sale” which no one advised me on ( I paid regular price). There were no appointments available in the next 2 weeks. They advised me to leave my car the next day and they will try to fit it in. When on the 4th try, I expressed my disappointment, they found me a spot from a cancellation. I am not happy.Update 1/6/2020: We just returned to have our van checked as we had to jump start it a couple of times in the last week. We got prompt service. Everyone was nice. The battery and alternator were found to be in good working condition. No charge. They also promptly called us as my husband left his phone. :) Thank you.

Went to pay for my car today and was told yesterday by Scott, that it would only be $27 dollars and I wouldn’t get charged labor, well come today I got charged for labor I even had a witness with me who even heard him say this, that being said I’m very upset with you guys

My Guys came through again in a moment of truth. They could have charged me for reattaching a muffler heat shield that had broken loose. Instead, they waived the cost and got me back on the road. These guys have earned my repeat business!

They got us in quickly for new tires. When we took the car home after install, we checked tire inflation and tires were very over inflated and one stem cap was missing. Very disappointed!!

All the employees here are very friendly and knowledgeable. Ive only had to go here a couple of times, but most recently I went in for an alignment. My alignment turned out to be fine, but they did rotate and balance my tires to solve my problem for no cost. I really appreciate the customer care that is practiced here.

This was hands down the best experience I could have had at belle tire. I had an issue with my car that left me stranded in South Haven, $200 out from a tow back to Kalamazoo and frustrated all together. Ken was quick to the issue, even on a busy Saturday. He not only told me what was wrong with my car, showed me what he was talking about, showed patience, he helped make the moment right with ME being put first - not the amount of $$ he could make off me. 100% a loyal customer to this location from now on.

Unfortunately these guys wanna spend all your money. They quoted me $70 dollars for a front end alignment(which is competitive) but after they pulled my car in, decided because I had after market suspension parts(which I already explained and I think are easier to work on) it would cost an additional $80 labor for the same time frame(which didnt make any sense) and actually took less time to complete. So it was a pretty shady transaction, but I needed it done, didnt want to drive the car any farther the way it was. The work was ok, the steering wheel is pretty straight, but it does pull to the right a lil. So idk, at least now I wont be puttin undue stress on the tires or suspension. :)

I have (unfortunately) been here a few times lately and each time the mechanic Marty has been absolutely fantastic. He clearly cares about ensuring the safety of both the car and the people in it, and has always made sure to give me all my options and explain everything in an understandable way. He went above and beyond! If I ever have to go back there again I will ask for him by name. He is trustworthy and does a fantastic job with repairs and with customer service. Thank you Marty!

I first called Belle Tire (when I realized I had a flat) and spoke with a funny, personable man -- I got good information about the services Belle Tire could provide and how I should proceed.I was able to get my vehicle there with the spare on. My wait was comfortable and the man who handled my situation was very nice. The fact that there was no charge for repairing the hole in my tire, will definitely bring me back to Belle Tire.

I needed a dealer only part for my daughters jeep. Was gonna take a few days to get part delivered. Explained to Ken that we where from out of town and was planning on leaving the next day. He came in the next morning on his scheduled day off found a dealer that had part in stock picked up the part and got us on the road.
