Unbelievably rude customer service. I came in during a weekday on my lunch break and I was helped by a girl named “Kamaile”. She was downright rude and unprofessional. I saw her berating other staff members while I was there! Unbelievable. The things she was saying was so incredibly disrespectful and the NERVE she had to say that while I was there. She seemed to get upset over the smallest mistakes that anyone could mess up. Seeing as this baskin Robbins has been so lenient with its rude workers, I can’t see myself coming here anytime in the near future unless this gets fixed.

When I went to Baskin Robbins Kailua I was given horrible customer service by this worker named Kamaile. I’ve not only been given terrible customer service but I also witnessed this girl treating her coworkers terribly! She was criticizing and getting mad at the others for the smallest things. I can’t even imagine how long her coworkers have been putting up with her behavior. I am very disappointed in the management at Kailua Baskin Robbins.

Amazing staff! I just stopped here with my kids and they served us even though they were almost done closing up. It would have been so easy for them to turn us away. Ice cream on the tailgate made my kids’ night, thank you so much! 🤙🏼

If i could, I wouldnt rate Baskin & Robbins Kailua, but I had to. Very upset customer.I had Door Dash delivery from Kailua Baskin & Robbins tonight due to COVID19 stay at home orders on Oahu. When I checked my order, its such a sad and disappointing sight. SHAME on you B&R Kailua for the service you provided. I order 7 items & two were sundaes. Both were double scoop sundaes. But try like half of a double scoop. No whip cream & almonds & cherry on top. Then I ordered 5 double scoop ice cream in cups. It came in kids size cups. Took advantage of your customer like this. Do not order from this store if your ordering for delivery i.e., Door Dash or Uber. Youre not going to know what you get when delivered! Im putting the word out on this. Auwe 👎👎. However Door Dash, 👍👍, ice cream was not melted & driver was very courteous!

We go to Kailua Baskin Robbins every months that have 31 days. We stock up our freezer with cups of various ice creams. We love trying their new flavor of the month. We buy almost two of each flavors.

Good variety of flavor choices to satisfy any craving. And at this location, the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Disappointed, waited an hour for Kailua to open only to find out they were cash only. Thank goodness Foodland sells ice cream cakes too! Foodland is also conveniently open early to pick up a last minute ice cream cake on way to work!

Just quit at this job and the some of the workers are super rude. No wonder you guys have a high percentage when it comes to people quitting! I shouldve listened to my friends and family when they told me not to work there! Trust me youll find better employment elsewhere.

The ice cream is Baskin robbins, however the service is horrible. The employees were not very patient and even made the place look closed when in reality it was within their operating hours. From the service attitude alone I wouldnt go here again, but just for the Baskin flavors.
