Friendly staff. Useable bathrooms with outdoor and indoor seating.3 stars because it took awhile to get my order and it was not good. Seemed to use different beans/coffee and there was barely any vanilla or caramel flavour in my coffee.

Conflicted about this spot... The staff is usually good, but so many people hanging out including some pretty sketchy looking ones. This is more a reflection of the neighborhood than Starbucks itself. For all that its overpriced now, downtown Kailua isnt cute and safe like it used to be.

This is my favorite starbucks on the island. My husband and I have been going here every morning for several months and the staff remembers us by name. They are all so friendly and, of course, the coffee is great.

I buy gift certificates for my friends💜 to enjoy Starbucks💛 I personally dont drink coffee☕ from there🏡 I make my own 😃 when I go in there 🌻I always have good service😃 the people are friendly😃 I picked up a salad this time 👀I have to say👀 I was pleasantly surprised it was good😃 I would definitely check them out for another salad💚

The store exceeded the 12 person capacity several times and pretty much every time I’ve been there since the pandemic started, whoever is the cashier touches the front of their face mask and then whatever food I grabbed. I’ve seen the person making coffee do this a few times too, even touching the inside lid of my coffee with dirty hands.

Not my favorite or the fastest Starbucks in the area, but the coffee is still pretty good and everyone is very nice! They also run out of stock less than other locations which is appreciated, but still not as good as the enchanted lake location!

This place was my home away from home, every week for Mini Church and just to have my Iced Hazelnut. I miss you all I pray you all are being safe.I’m on the mainland the last 3 or 4 years and I miss you all so much. I’m now in Arizona and looking for a Starbucks here like yours but I haven’t found the one close to me yet I’m in Downtown Tucson now and will soon get to go to that one near me here. Much Love Edna

This Starbucks does a great job. The staff are always friendly and competent, and they make terrific coffee every time. Their sandwiches and pastries are also great. If you would like to save some money, you can sign up for the card and get the app to find excellent deals, especially during their happy hours.

All I came here for was a cup lucky I found it.

Coffee was good, but the wait was way too long.

They have the best coffee if you like it strong. But its always so busy, you have to wait for parking and then wait in line, even the drive thru is busy. Looks like a nice place if you have time, or go when its not busy, the morning is the busiest of course!

Kailua Statbucks employees are the best. They work hard in a hectic environment, still manage to get to know regulars, and always have a smile or kind word. Across the board!

This is a good one. The staff are great. I wish all Starbucks were this efficient.The team member who took my order spelled my name wrong. I didnt mind. Her attitude towards customer service was so good!

Went in and no one said hello, waited in line to ask for the restroom pin (came in for a mobile order) and was told the restrooms are out of order.Walked over to the mobile pickup and saw our drinks on their side of the counter. We stood there waiting to find out if they were in fact ours. Three, maybe four workers behind the counter with three customers in store (myself and friend included) and not a single person acknowledged us / the drinks. Unprofessional, and not friendly. Not my usual Starbucks experience.

After 35 years in management and customer service, Im qualified to comment. They forgot my order, one cup of cold brew. 6 customers behind me received their orders before someone asked what I was waiting for. This would have been 1 star, but for the woman who finally got the order done. Staff- If you cant multi- task, spend less time chatting and concentrate on your customers.

Baristas are friendly and greet you with a smile. This location even has an Kailua Exclusive Menu which contains several refreshing drinks with tropical flavors (like coconut, citrus, and many more). Lots of seating inside and outside. A little crowded and orders take around 15 minutes to receive.

If you want soy instead of milk make sure you tell um twice Im lactose intolerant and twice it was real milk. Other then that theyre awesome!

Who seems to be the floor manager(brunette with glasses)came out at a busy time of 4 people in line and decided to take x forever to order multiple drinks. Piss poor service from what I believed to be a leader in customer service.

Theyre efficient and knowledgeable. Strongly recommended for mobile orders on weekdays morning if youre in a hurry!

This Starbucks is one of the finest on the island. The staff are friendly, have memories like elephants (name, drink orders, conversations, etc); and the tables, dressing your coffee area, and counters are kept clean. The outside tables arent littered with homeless like other Starbucks and the seating is ample, shared, and shaded. Five of five stars.

Yup, its a Starbucks. But this one happens to be right in the middle of beautiful Kailua offering a fantastic location to take in the scenery or just people watch. Service is good. The coffee is coffee.

Staff seem nice. I used 3 antiseptic wipes on outside table and was still not clean. Cocroach on self-service counter.its early,they have 3 workers and not busy. No one in line at all. Why not wipe tables before customers come? Not even 6 am yet

Super friendly staff, but the location is the downfall. The mall and surrounding area is a traffic nightmare. If youre in a pinch for coffee while driving through, go for it, but Id recommend holding out for another Starbucks or a local joint.

Great location - I love the outdoor patio where its sunny and warm already at 9am.Way to start your day!The store also has large window fronts which are perfect for people watching (watch the Japanese tourists stroll by...).My to-go stop in town!

Parking, seating, and outlets are limited, but the nearby shopping makes this location a desirable stop before taking on some retail therapy.

Starbucks in Kailua has been around long before all the new shops & restaurants went in which are very appealing for our young people & visitors who come & enjoy this special place ... yet our Starbucks has remained tried & true; a great local hang out to chat or cram on your Chrombook while downing the new nitro coldbrew (killer - love it! & Im 63 & need a pick me up!); the staff is both professional & personable, obviously well trained in customer service & the retail coffee goods are appealing to both local & visiting clientele! Sit inside or outside, you are sure to run into someone you know ... with a background in restaurant mgmt I can be critical, instead I always come away impressed, refreshed, & entertained ...

My second favorite. Good turn around time. VERY BAD PARKING. WiFi got, power none.

I waited for about 2.5 mins for my 2 iced coffee drinks because the store was very busy and had a broken machine. 2 people after me got their drinks before me (30 seconds before) so the girl working their apologised and gave me a free drink card. I didnt think it was a big deal but I appreciated the great service and free drink card.

Poor customer service. After I ordered my drink the blonde cashier walked away got coffee placed it on the counter and walked away again. I then went and fixed my coffee and when my sandwich was ready she mumbled something I assumed the name of my sandwich then handed it to me and walked away again. No greeting no smile. This was Feb 15 at 9 am also my sandwich tasted old and not fresh I would return but I need to be somewhere at 9:30.

I always order a particular drink and every location of Starbucks Ive been to, even those off island as far as South Carolina has made my drink perfectly but this location is atrocious and gets my drink wrong everytime! I order a tall frappaccino with 3 extra shots of espresso and I ask for it to be put into a larger cup because the added espresso shots make the liquid expand more than what the tall capacity can handle and I dont want the extra drink that cannot fit into my cup go down the drain for if I wanted that I wouldnt ask for the extra shots of espresso! This location doesnt use the tall cup to measure the frappaccino, they use the keiki cup to measure and whats worse when I called the barista on it she got an attitude and told me she was making my drink to code and that other locations dont make my drink to code.. excuse me?! I asked for a tall frappaccino with 3 extra shots of espresso.. if I wanted a keiki frappaccino with 3 extra shots I would have asked for that.. Im paying for the extra accoutrements Ive requested and you sure as hell charged me money for what I asked for so why can you not give me what you charged me? Customer service at this location is horrid.

Located in a central part of Kailua, this Starbucks is most always busy yet very professsional with fast service. Nice outdoor seating available and kept clean.

Place needs a facelift but service and drink quality was excellent.
