Renting a mountain bike was so easy! Great bike that was really well maintained. Gen has a great knowledge of all things bikes and wonderful recommendations of trails for beginners as well as the more advanced riders. I could have stayed all day talking about custom wheel sets and what’s new in mountain bike tech. Definitely visit if you want a personal touch without intimidation for your bike rental, purchase or repair needs! I will certainly be back next time I am lucky enough to be on the island.

Surprisingly fast for Hawaii turn around and Gen rocks! She found the hubs we needed, in our budget, and built our wheels to complete our dirt jumper :) awesome little shop with super easy parking.

Aloha Cyclery is one of the better bicycle shops on the island. Gen, owner, is very nice and helpful. Always has time for questions even though she’s swamped with repairs. You should definitely contact her if you need something new or repaired.

Aloha Cyclery has a fast turnaround rate for their service. Had my front hub serviced quickly and got excellent suggestions on alternative solutions. They also rent out Kona Process bikes which are very capable bikes, maintained by a very experienced technician.

I stoped at the Honolulu store and ordered a bike with my my specs. The next day they had it at the Kaula store for me to pick up. They even loaned me a standup pump while I was there. Great service.

Take in my bikes many times from small tune ups to parts swaps from one bike to another. Always a great job done on the bikes.

I travel often and try to go mountain biking at most places I travel to. I reserved a Kona Process bike for a ride. I got a call back the night before the ride to tell me it had been raining and I consider to not ride the trails. Thankful for the heads up. The ride would probably turn into a sloppy mess.
