The sweet corn was on sale, 5 corns for $1.50. Great price and never seen this on Maui past 20 years. Wonder why! Obviously, something wrong with the product!!!!! The corn had no taste. Not sweet, no taste what so ever. The sign outside where corn was offered said sweet corn! Just cooked a whole bunch for our guests, very embarrassing. As usual, try to discount something that you need to get rid of. Sad..... this has happened more than a few times and had to finally post something about it!

Great detour right next to the airport. I always enjoy their healthy prepared food options. Cant beat the Amazon prime 5% back, and the whole foods app discounts.

This is a great grocery store. Whole Foods stocks many organic products and definitely caters to people who have food allergies. There are many vegan and gluten-free products sold here. The store also has a great selection of liquor and some of it is in coolers. They have a really good prepared food department where you can buy ready made foods to eat at the store or at home. The ingredients are all clearly marked. This store even has electric car charging stations for your convenience. I definitely recommend this place.

I would buy here again, decent quality produce at reasonable prices (for Maui that is). Local produce is available. We observed prices are high in general in Maui, but this store has better prices and quality than Foodlands.

Shelly did an amazing job at assisting me. Being my first time in the store I wanted to keep it simple, Shelly made that possible by her accurate knowledge of the store.

Still waiting for the Amazon takeover to truly offer some price reductions. Yes, they have deals for Prime members but not enough. Its like one part of them wants to offer a good deal and the Whole Foods side of them cant stop themselves from making as much as they can get away with.

Surprisingly similar to mainland prices for a lotta stuff.I had to quarantine due to an exposure, and check out how they did the trunk! Its nice to see an organized and clean deposition!

Always full of energy at Kahului Whole Foods! Great place, great people, & good hot food. Price are getting lower after the amazon acquisition. Still about the same price of other local health food stores. Over all I love it and it’s the only place I can get a hot ginger, apple, lemon, turmeric, & cayenne drink. They call it the flu fighter. It’s awesome.

I love that I can order on Amazon and pick up at Whole Foods. The staff is always nice too. Best of all, three Staples I buy there are cheaper than the other grocery stores.

Amazing how fresh and well stocked everything is, Walmart is always low or empty shelves, so Whole Foods is a refreshing shopping experience!

One of the best supermarkets on Maui, where you can find a lot of locally grown produce, even from Ono farms (our favorite organic farm in kipahulu). If you find papayas, apple or ice cream bananas, buy them!!Free WiFi available in store is a plus👍

I shop here because they have the brands I like. They have a helpful, friendly staff who will work with you to find whatever you need.I am used to going here for my weekly shopping. The staff is not shy. They will put down what they are doing to help with our needs. The cashiers are fast and efficient.When you need to shop, our retail side is there to help. When you need 💰, the pawnbrokers will help you fit into a deal that works for you. Check these guys out. Youll soon become a regular.Also can appreciate that the customers wear masks and people are socially distancing. I do my main shopping here and there are great deals. Just got help milk for about 50% off.

I especially like to get my produce from Whole Foods and often shop the sales. They have great deals on just about everything for members and I recommend you check the app before you go. Staff is friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked. The aisles are narrow and it can be difficult to manuever during busy times, keeping social distance (25% of my visits are pretty busy). Just be patient and wait your turn to be safe. Its worth the wait.

Rating only applies to their pizza.I ordered a margarita pizza and they substituted two ingredients without telling me. They used sun dried (not fresh) tomato, and shredded cheese (not fresh mozzarella). Wasnt very good and definitely not whats advertised on the menu. The Whole Foods I shop at on the mainland has much tastier pizza.

Grabbed a slice of pepperoni there today. Absolutely disgusting.Update: Walked in today to grab a slice at around 11am (last time it was actually decent).Welp. No pizza at all. Come back in 15 minutes. When l returned, there was only one slice of pepperoni left and to get another one, it would be another 10-15 minutes.Here is thought, how about instead making pies no one wants, make more of the popular ones.Also…no restroom in a super market?Anyway Jeff, how is that rocket ship working out ?

The produce, fish and meat departments were so fresh and local you dont need to shop anywhere else. Plus the cashier reminded us we could get discount with our Amazon Prime account and allowed us to download APP while she waited. Mahalo!

Coffee/Juice bar needs better management

Store not well organized with the Turkey dinner pick ups today. Lots of people running around but not showing up with the dinner deliveries. My order was given to someone else and I ended up with his whole turkey. They made it right for me, including a gift card, but the person who finally pulled my order together could not figure out that I ordered and paid for a dessert. Good thing I checked after he told me everything is here.

Spacious and good Whole Foods with a touch of local fruits and goods. The fruit section has some local fruits besides usual organic choices you find in other branches. The meals section is among the best I have seen that includes many options some of which are local cuisine.

Whole Foods is expensive on most items, but they have the best prices on organic brown eggs, deals on organic local produce, and dont forget to show your Amazon Prime code for extra specials. Avoid the take out pizza, the dough has either been mushy, or overdone, it hasnt been consistent lately.

Employee making sandwiches forgot a couple listed ingredients. I had to open the sandwich and show them in order to obtain a corrected order. Very unprofessional.

It’s the greatest place to shop on Maui. The produce and prices are amazing. The personal shopping service is free and easy, and curbside pick up is so convenient. The team members are friendly and helpful. So grateful Whole Foods is on Maui.

The lines always insanely long and never have any cashiers on half of the registers.

Friendly staff, they don’t have poke bar, but have enough pick up dishes - meat, pizza, coffee bar, etc.

The whole foods in Kahului has a great selection of meats, cheese, and fresh produce. We stop off here every time we visit Maui.

I spend way too much money here. Other than that this whole foods is amazing. Great selection, friendly/helpful/knowledgeable staff, and can use my Prime membership. The self serve food area where you pay by the pound is phenomenal, and there is a nice indoor/outdoor seating area.

They had similar prices to the mainland whole foods so honestly it was price competitive with safeway. Plus a hot food bar

Very good produce, other than farmers market cant get fresher. All departments are good to very good to excellent. Flower dept. The best! Store can feel very crowded especially since they bought huge shopping carts for such tiny aisles. Ready to eat food good. Expect to pay for the convenience.

I shop here regularly. They have the brands I like. Their own brand is very good as well and priced fairly.The produce department is my favorite. They have good fresh produce...organic, local, fair trade and all.Check these guys out when its time to shop. You wont be disappointed.

I never thought Id like a Whole foods--till I moved to Maui and experienced this one.The prices were good and food is good for many things. Its like anything--some things are out of price, others excellent.

Very expensive food, long waiting times to check out, staff is alright but a couple seen like they dont know what to do.

My favourite place to shop on the island! Everything you need and more, nice little signs so you can grab all the local stuff youd like! All the predictability of Whole Foods, but with some local flavour. Check out the meat bar, and of course the local liquor! Mixed service, but thats expected just about anywhere, 50/50 nice and indifferent.

I never liked Whole Foods before this one on Maui. Typically on the mainland theyre overpriced and a bit snooty. But not so here! Theyre cheaper than Safeway for meat, and have some good fruit and vegetable prices--be selective. And theyre friendly here. I love the artisan breads.

Brought home a baguette from the Whole Foods Bakery ...it was stale, certainly a day old.Very unhappy and not the Whole Foods environment I experienced back in Denver, CO.

Scented Soap is displayed no wrapper smells scents next to produce area.. soap and food doesn’t mix.. plus they pushing Amazon.. Amazon should just have good customer service, then everyone would use them it’s so convenient (except for the poor customer service) if Amazon fixed their poor service they would not have to advertise.. anyhow this store has so much not organic possible gmo foodstuffs at their salad and hot bars BEWARE it’s not organic unless the label says so...

I enjoy shopping here because besides having the brands I like to buy, their own band is not expensive.Good produce, fish and meat sections. The place is well organized with a friendly staff ready to help you. Since Amazon bought Whole Foods, the prices have come down.I shop here weekly and will continue to do so.

“Whole Foods” in paradise – well, you will fell in love with this location, after first visit… Like it did! Love the selection of “local cuisine” in their food court / salad bar and overall selection of everything in the store. However, prices for everything brought from “mainland” will shock you, yet locally sourced produce and seafood is very reasonable (even cheaper than on “mainland”). Staff on site is very friendly and deliver that “Aloha” spirit ;-)

I love Whole Foods and their commitment to providing organic food to Mauis community. To be honest I dont shop here as much as I do other groceries like Down to Earth because the prices are just too high. Thats slowly changing now that Amazon has bought Whole Foods and when I went in the store yesterday I saw for the first time lots of yellow price tags noting that Amazon Prime Members get an extra 10% off that item at check-out. That helps and I hope Amazon continues to lower the prices. The hot foods deli at Whole Foods is awesome and its like a mini-food court.

Good sized deli/salad bar hot foods section, but rest of the store is pretty small. Limited selection of breads and dairy. They do have a fun Caution wet floor sign shaped like a banana peel!

The store is always clean and has a wonderful array of fresh foods.

Staff isnt train to be friendly that s for sure!! Expensive store. If you are middle class this isnt a store for you!!
