Bossy manager asked me what I was looking for, ORDERED ME to stand here then there. Brought me a random choice of gold earings in a cracked clear box. I picked one, she ORDERED me to another counter and stood 4 feet away asking my phone number. Very awkward with other customers. I left the store with good quality earings and a horible shopping experience. This is not my first experience with her. I wont have another. I will not shop from her again.

Took sons chain to be repaired. Salesperson kept pushing me to look at diamonds. 3+ weeks and chain not started, no contact from them. Mad. Time for action.

Took wedding ring for repair. It was sent off to California. UPS notes that ring arrived on Maui Oct 3, 2019. Manager received ring, signed for it, placed in safe. I was called on Oct 24, 2019 and informed that antique ring not found. Its still missing.

Jewelry repair while I waited. Replaced my watch battery and I was able to get links out of my Michael Kors watch. Excellent service Very honest and pleasant

I called the manager to inquire about a ring that was sent in for repair. They called to say it was lost and they cant find my ring. Manager was indifferent and said some things cannot be replaced. Ring is still missing.

Went to get a new watch and man did they hook me up.
