They have DAIRY FREE ICE CREAM! 😁👍✋. That made it a great spot for the whole family to strip in. Otherwise its what you would normally expect of a Baskin Robin, always a sweet treat.

My girlfriend loves ice cream and this fit the bill for her.

Nice people work there.Ice cream tastes so good!Had a great time in there with my grandson.

Pretty standard Baskin-Robbins. Nothing fancy. Good service, albeit a bit pushy initially while we were trying to decide on what to order. Clean conditions over the counter and the lobby was also well-maintained.

I guess the employees there are too busy to socialize at all, but I get it. However, there is GREAT ICE CREAM THERE!!

I have to say that I have never been so upset in my life. I have been going to baskin Robbins all my life and Ive never had no employee be rude and disrespectful. This lady did not smile, this lady did not greet my family, I have never seen her so Im thinking she is new. Its also unsanitary that shes using her fingers to grab the waffle that she was making and touching money. Not once Ive seen her wash her hands and i have been sitting there eating my ice cream. Whoever owns Baskins should train their employee and have her learn to wash her hands.

Visiting Maui from Canada. Entered the Baskin Robbins in Maui Mall to find customers eating ice cream. Waited and waited and waited. No employee. Customers left. Still waiting. More customers entered. We had been waiting for at least 10 minutes. We are all started to worry for the safety of the employee. Had she/he been robbed? Injured? Medical emergency? Since we had been waiting so long my husband starts walking to the back calling for the employee. Finally gets an answer from the employee who is in the bathroom. Ok fine. So we continued to wait up front for several more minutes. When the employee comes up front the first thing this person says is not an apology for keeping us waiting. The employee demands to know who came to the back, and what right did we have to do that. When we explained we were concerned as we had been waiting so long - the response we got from the employee- I was in the bathroom taking a dump. SERIOUSLY?!? I said- leave a note, lock your door, say you’ll return in 10 minutes. Simple. Don’t keep customers waiting and don’t finally come to the front yelling at customers. Then use repulsive language. This employee claimed to be the manager and claimed to not know who was the district manager. We obviously left. Disgusting, vile employee.

Terrible customer service. Stood patiently waiting for service only to watch as the attendant completely skipped my husband and me as if we did not exist. Did not even appolaigize.

Really hit the spot! Our server was super friendly and patient as we were a little indecisive with so much to choose from lol.

Worst ice cream store ever been to. They couldnt even make a chocolate shake. They didnt even have oreo ice cream. No peanut butter either, to make a shake with. One of the coolers had so much frost it was growing into the buckets of ice cream. I thought maybe Id just buy a beverage but their beverage cooler was out of order so I just left. Baskin Robbins should pull their franchise!
