Heather helped me with my order - she’s awesome!! I was dreading to go in the 1st place as my experience of cell phone stores were that they’d be an all day event. When I arrived, they took my name right away, and I patiently waited til I was called. Heather answered all my questions, made appropriate suggestions and was really warm and personable. I got a new phone, changed a number, updated my service and redirected my mobile booster - all a pleasant and easy experience. Thanks Heather!! Still having same problems and no one knows why and when I cant make a phone call I have to power off phone, open area with chip take out and start over. Lost SO many pictures of my moopunas...bummed

I one of my favorite places to visit. The staff is very warm and friendly. They are also efficient, sincere and capable in doing whats right for the customer.

Went to t-mobile to get my mom a new phone since her old phone was pretty old and outdated and just wanted a simple flip phone and ended up spending a lot more than I wanted to and it seems to me that they have more deals for new customers than existing customers and Ive been with t-mobile for over 10 yrs now kinda disappointing

I HATE T-MOBILE!!!!!!! So why give them a 5-star rating??? Because of the help that two employees ( Heather and Shanti ) provided me in trying to resolve a problem which was not only out of my hands but over theirs pay grade as well, but still they went to bat for me to resolve the issue that they didn’t cause. Those are two fantastic ladies who take pride in what they do, too bad they don’t work for another provider.

The customer service here is absolutely stellar. Not only is everyone upbeat, but they go out of their way to help you. I had an incident that could have left me out hundeds of dollars and the manager, Davin, went above and beyond to help me out. I have never seen such great customer service.

I went in just wanting a quote on a new line because I was very skeptical. LYNNIE welcomed & helped me. She was very Genuine, Patient, & Thorough. She made it easy to trust their products & services. It was overall a great experience.

Unbelievable customer service. They did far more than I expected and they had to. These people especially the store manager. They replaced 2 phones that were defective in as many days. They treated me (a kid with a Mohawk and tattoos) like a person who deserves respect. This is just a well run store with a focus on not being another cell phone store but something a little more.

I agree with the earlier commenters, great customer service! Im an AT&T customer with a Nokia phone that just came off of contract. I got an unlock code from AT&T but needed to insert a non-AT&T micro SIM card into my phone to complete the unlock. None of my family or friends had a non-AT&T micro SIM card so I tried calling 7 of the 11 AT&T stores here in Hawaii for help and nobody answered the phone at any of the AT&T stores, so I went to the AT&T store here in Maui and asked for their help in getting through this obstacle. They said the could not help. Then I called the T-Mobile store, they answered their phone on the second ring. I explained my problem and told them I was an AT&T customer, and they told me to come to the store anyway and they would help me. So, I then went to T-Mobiles store in Maui at Queens Mall and again told them I was an AT&T customer, but they still helped me unlock my phone. Thanks to Christine (for answering the phone!) and Trevor (for unlocking my phone)!! Ive read T-Mobile has a customer first policy and I can attest it is true. I asked AT&T why they never answered the phone and they told me it is because too many customers are in the stores. AT&T could learn a few things about service from T-Mobile!!!

They will trick you into buying things by lying to you about what your rates are going to be because theyre paid on a commission

My wifes phone locked up while on vacation in Maui. Went to T-mobile Kahului and they were able to get her phone up and running in about 2 minutes. Fantastic service and friendly representative.

Spent an hour there while these people spun their wheels with broken equipment, 4 separate requests for my ID, and finally manual paperwork that wasnt getting done. I finally cancelled all transactions and left.

Theres always someone there to help with all my mobile phone questions. (Which are a lot)I would definitely recommend others to use this phone carrier if they have a lot of questions, problems, etc. with their cell phone device.Theyre a lot cheaper than Verizon, too.
