The installed product looks great. Steve and Brandon did an excellent job. Were very pleased with the layout and craftsmanship. Lani was helpful in choosing a product. It had to be ordered but came in on time. Two thumbs up!

Lei Flooring installed new vinyl flooring in our condo and did a fabulous job. Gabriel was our salesperson and was very helpful as we selected the materials, he also stayed in touch with us through the whole project. The measuring and estimating for the job was done quickly and efficiently and we were able to get installation scheduled within the timeframe we needed. The floors are beautiful. The Lei team was very responsive to us throughout the process - we would definitely use them again!

Warehouse people were awesome. Very friendly and informative. Products are fairly priced and they have a huge selection. Highly recommended.

Advertised item not available when I went in. Salesman said come in. Tried to up sale to another item twice the price. Bait & switch. Manager supported this activity. Stay clear!

Great Company, Great Installer, Fair Price. We had Lei install our Core-tec flooring in our condo. They did a great job and we love the flooring. Unfortunately we werent able to use them on our new home as they were not on the Sub-Contractor List so we had to go with another company here on Maui that was quite a bit more expensive and no where near as easy to work with. We will definitely recommend Lei Flooring to our friends and family.

Thumbs down . I am old and sometimes slow to speak / think . Store staff talked too fast and would not give me a break to look . Caused me stress and was ready to get out of there quick . Did not feel valued as a customer but good variety of material on positive side

Our experience with Lei Flooring was spectacular. We installed CortecPlus vinyl in Antique Marble (to look like tile) in the kitchen and entry. It was $1.00/sq ft cheaper than at another retailer and installation was another $1.00/sq ft cheaper so saving $2.00/sq ft was a big plus. It was in stock in their warehouse and they installed it the same day. Their installer, Jack, specializes in vinyl flooring and he leveled our floor (it must be really flat) and installed it beautifully. I love the new floor and was so happy to get rid of the tile we installed a few years back and the dirty grout. Love not having to deal with grout and love the feel of walking on the cushioned vinyl floor barefoot. Also, its very easy to keep clean.

Derrick has done two different jobs at our home. He is very professional, communicates effectively on everything from when he will be able to be on site but also if product is backordered or when it will be available, AND is just one of the nicest guys around!! Couldnt ask for anything more!

I work for Brian Maher Remodeling, and we have started using Lei Floor for buying material as well and quick installs. Materials are a good deal. They have a large team and can be available in a snap. They show up on time and move quick. Its nice having them on the westside too, convenient.

Do not order from them. They have terrible service. I ordered 70 MSI arterra coping $38 each and received a broken tile, and also 2 surface chipped tile. No replacement or refunds from them. Also 14 others had chips on the back. I brought the tile in, and a different salesperson, Heather would not even help me, and said I needed to come back in 40 minutes and talk to Lani. All I wanted to do was leave it for her. Worst experience of customer service!

Just got back from Kahului store where the staff was VERY helpful on my VERY small project. They were patient and help me select 10 tiles for fix project that was two years in the finish. I would highly recommend the folks at the Kahului store. Lei also just opened a new Lahaina store in the Gateway shopping plaza. The folks there guided me to the Kahului store. Glad I stopped in! Big Mahalos!

We bought Cork floors and Hunter Douglas blinds. Blinds broke call Lei for months still no response. Customer service after the fact is not very good.
