Chuck made the bed experience the highlight of my week. He was so knowledgeable in every area I was blown away. I took a tour of the mattresses and assessed my needs and comfort preferences with his guidance. He encouraged me to take my time so my body could fully adjust and adapt to the mattresses. I narrowed it to my two favorites then my husband came in to give his input. Chuck was so patient and helpful I’ve never felt that cared about by a salesperson before in my life. I have insomnia and he was the sleep expert I needed to regain hope and he made sure we got the best deals we could. 11/10 would recommend going to mattress firm to see Chuck before getting a mattress in a box. So excited to sleep now!!!

Chuck provided excellent service at the store and gave us a wonderful experience of laying on different types of beds. He was very helpful in assisting us in making our final selection. He was also very helpful in getting us a bed as we waited for the beds that we did order to come in. The delivery went very well. Mike and Sunshine were very professional and courteous. They took the old mattress out and put the new one in. They were very helpful and even took the mattress to the second floor bedroom. Thank you to all who helped us to get a good nights sleep.

Megan was amazing, she was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. There is nothing worse than walking into a store and getting jumped by a pushy salesperson who constantly is trying to ram a sales pitch at you. Megan was the exact opposite of that. We were looking into replacing an old mattress that we loved and Megan at mattress firm provided superb customer service. She helped us find a mattress that we thought we would love fitting our comfort and budget. Delivery and set up was also flawless 👌. We slept on it for 60 days and realized it wasnt for us. I called the store and spoke with Jason, and told him about the situation. He explained the return policy, which is 120 days and without hesitation offered to help us find a new mattress. A couple days later, we went to the store and Megan again helped us find another mattress and made us feel comfortable about having to return the first. Thank you Megan and mattress firm Kahului for excellent service and offering the best sleep trial.

We needed a king mattress in a hurry having just moved to Maui. Went into Mattress firm and they gave very good selections of brands and types. Our sleep expert Jason was super friendly and patient showing us all the options. Very knowledgeable and professional throughout the visit. Didn’t try to push anything on you just because it’s most pricey. Helped us picked the perfect mattress that fit both our needs. Got a delivery appointment set up for next day! Really great experience. Not rushed. He asked us questions to see what we were looking for in a matter and answered all of our questions. Head to head mattress comparison. We were able to test out the different mattresses. I went back, looked and tested the different mattresses again. I believe we made a great choice.

Dont waste your time checking out the other mattress shops in the area first like we did. None of them could come close to the service and price we received from Jason at Mattress Firm. He was extremely knowledgeable with a true spirit of Aloha. After a few questions he was able to direct us to exactly what we were looking for at the price we wanted. Our purchase process was seamless and much to our surprise Jason arranged for next day delivery. The other mattress shops we stopped at all sold furniture or appliances as well, and we didnt feel that mattresses were a priority to them. Mattress Firm sells only mattresses and they do it well.

Wonderful service from Megan. I just sold our bed and needed a new one ASAP. I called her on Tuesday and she was more then ready to show us exactly what we were interested in and what was in stock on Maui. We decided we are gonna try out the top of the line tempur pedic and the bed is getting delivered on Saturday. Megan reassured me this bed has a very low return rate and if for some reason it doesn’t work she put in a for sure back up plan in place for a black beauty rest. Don’t think we can go wrong.
