Very Good Service better than the other vendor. Certified Sounds didn’t give me the run around.

This place is horrible you can only get a hold of people on the mainland and it never coincides with the time of the people in the actual shop on maui and theres no number to the maui office. They open at 10:30 close at 4 but you can only reach them till 2 because the office on the mainland will be closed. They go on lunch somewhere around 12 so no one on at the site will answer the phone which means you have 2 very small windows to get in contact and make an appointment and thats IF/WHEN the mechanic is on this island. I had to reschedule an appointment when i finally got one and the woman scheduled the wrong date to be specific she scheduled a date that had already passed how you do this i have no idea. Ive been calling everyday for a week and still haveng gotten a new appointment it is beyond frustrating.
