Great job, took me in same day so I could get right back to work

Went there for a estimate on some rust issues on my automobile and they were very friendly and honest with their assessment of my vehicle and offered excellent advice

I had the worst experience having my Tacoma repaired at studio. They told me the repair would take less then a week, minor cosmetic repairs, after two weeks it still wasn’t done! I go to pick it up and some of the damage wasn’t even repaired. I had to go back to pick up my truck three times, the second time the repairs were done very poorly, not even close to the like new condition a professional body shop should do, damage was just paint over not even filled, this is 2019 truck with less then 10000 miles on it. STUDIO HAD MANY BAD REVIEWS BEFORE REVAMPING THERE WEB SITE, CONVENIENTLY FOR THEM THEY ALL DISAPPEARED! I WONDER WHY/ HOW THEY GET AWAY WITH THAT! BEWARE!!! WORST EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH ANY SHOP

If you’re looking for timely, professional auto body work on Maui I’m happy to recommend the folks at Studio Auto. It’s stressful enough to have to make an auto claim but everything on their end made the process nice and as easy as possible. They ordered my bumper immediately, it was easy to schedule an appointment and my whole job was done super fast. Thanks Rick! Also, they have the nicest dog ever in the lobby.

Fantastic experience with this auto body shop. Their customer service is top-notch. Theyre really responsive and they have your best interest at heart (which is rare!). Hazel made scheduling so easy and communicated with me the whole way through. Rick is the one who does the work and he has a ton of experience in this industry. You can tell he really knows his stuff. He walked me through the process and laid out all of my options.Accidents are never fun, but these guys certainly take the stress out of the equation! THANK YOU Studio Auto Body. Hopefully I will not need your services again but if I do, I will happily drive over from the west side to get it done.

Not only are these guys super duper professionals, these guys are on point dealing we ith the insurance companies and keeping you in the loop about your vehicle! I know from the reviews that these guys do quality craftsmanship so thats the last thing that Im worried about but I cant say enough great things about the staff at this shop, these guys are the shiznit!

Their quality standards are high, along with their level of care, which assures me they will treat my car as if it were their own. My car was rear ended, and this shop was recommended to me by Honda. They sent the estimate and invoice directly to the insurance company so I didn’t have to worry about anything. I had some questions when I picked up my car after the repairs were finished and they pulled up pictures of the internal and external damage and showed me everything they did. Overall a great experience.

Took my wifes Acura RDX here after her car was backed into. Rick was super friendly and have us an estimate same day.After getting two other estimates we decided to go with studio auto body.They ordered parts right away and completed the repairs very fast once they came in.The final price ended up being $100 less than the estimateGreat experience. Unfortunately the friendliness and professionalism I found to be an empty facade. If you desire integrity, seek elsewhere because you will not find it here. To summarize an extremely and unnecessarily drawn out situation (and unfortunately the least of what was disappointing), I am finding another shop (M. Taguchi- consistent 5 star reviews), to fix the job that was done by Studio.

After my car sitting at Valley Isle Motors with nothing being done for 3 months, I had it towed to Studio Auto Body. In a matter of days the diagnosis was completed and the parts ordered. I got me beautiful new car back in less than 30 days. It took a while for the parts to arrive but when they did Eric sis his magic and 2 days later my baby was back at my home. Jeremiah and his employees are TOP SHELF! MAHALO NUI!!!!

My parked car was hit in the Kahului Post Office. I went to Studio Auto Body, for an estimate, and was very impressed with the owner. All work was performed in an excellent manner...………..and the cost was reasonable. Minor follow up to re-initialize my power window lock was handled by the technician in a prompt, courteous, and satisfactory manner.

These guys are the best on Maui!!!Very professional shop I was very Impressed with my truck after they replaced the entire drivers side, the paint looks incredible... cant say enough good things about this place but you can TRUST THESE GUYS WITH YOUR FAVORITE RIDE !!

Really really bad experience!!! I would give 0 star if I could. They repaired my car for me, and two weeks later, theres problem on the car already(on the parts they have done which costs me over 6 thousand) They was going to order parts to fix it. They told me takes a about one week, but it took them 2 months to get a response. I called when almost one month from the time they put in the order. The guy who answer the phone told me he will call me back which never call back. I called back two days later, no one is answering the call!!! I left messages and no body return my call!!! I really cant trust their service and professionalism any more. I will never go back again!!!
