I was amazed when Kyle offered to look at every piece while I watched him work. At no charge to me, he examined each one and separated out all the gold pieces for me. Absolutely overpriced. They claim their prices are due to superior craftsmanship compared to other stores, but this is certainly not the case. They do no local work and outsource to California. Also, I specifically stated I was interested in a lab grown sapphire and the saleswoman tried to guilt me into purchasing a mined one for quadruple the cost! Something about it should come from the earth, not a lab...incredible. I gave them 2 stars due to a friendly staff.

We were visiting from Boston for a few months this spring to escape COVID, and Provident had good reviews so we decided to give it a try for our wedding bands. My wedding band was custom and had to be shipped from California. Matteo was incredibly helpful in making sure our bands arrived on time, and that my custom band was exactly what we had ordered. He even texted with us to keep us informed of the status of the rings as they were being made, and he always responded quickly if we had questions. I hate to give a bad review because the people are so friendly and helpful, however I purchased a diamond wedding band less than a year ago and less than a week from wearing it after my wedding one of the diamonds fell out. I took it back and they gladly fixed it. 2 months later the same thing happened again and now I am up to four diamonds that have fallen off, two simultaneously!! I’m talking really small diamonds but the diamonds on my engagement ring have been there for 3 YEARS from a different store and they have never fallen off. Again, great customer service but just want others to be aware.

I just went in there to sell a necklace and inquire about buying quite an important Patek. I may have asked too much for consignment on the necklace, however I was treated so rudely by the lady that was waiting on me I can attest to say that I walked out without looking at watches. I also have quite the stash of important jewelry I really wanted to sell but can say that I will never go back to this place. I was treated better in Graff in NYC wearing sweatpants. You cannot run a business treating people with that better than attitude - its a turn off Scott.

We were met by a man who introduced himself as Matteo DeFalco. I told him of my loss and how much I wanted to wear my mother’s ring and hoped he could help me. He was extremely polite with a very gentle mannerism. We talked about getting it sized and then he mentioned another idea that we might like better, by matching the smaller diamonds on my mom’s ring with two small weddings bands, placed in front and behind the main diamond and all three soldered together. We looked at several bands and with his expertise, he found us the perfect match. We loved the idea!At no time, did we feel pressured from the moment we walked into your store. Had good experience when I had pin replaced in my rolex. Only 90 bucks . Went to have pin put in bracelet and was told it could not be done. Went on Amazon. Got 2 pins for 15 bucks. Did it myself. I build homes. If you brake a window you have to get a new home. Windows cant be fixed.

Ill start by saying that I am still in shock as to what just happened to me at Provident Jewelry. I spent $600.00 about two years ago to change the face and mechanisms of a very expensive watch. Today I went in for the second time to ask why it wasnt working, etc, and the young guy who claimed he was one of the owners, told me that they could not find the paperwork and could not help me. He handed me back the watch and dismissively showed me the door. This guy is an embarrassment to your company (to whoever does in fact own the store) and Im never returning. DO NOT RECOMMEND them.

My husband and I recently had to have my diamond and yellow gold wedding band repaired. It turned out that after 30 years the band was badly worn and the entire ring had to be sent to California to be remade.Janie Colville took excellent care of us. She was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. I have since had reason to return to Provident and made sure to have Janie take care of me. It is a pleasure to work with her.

All I can say is WOW! I live in the Northeast but called Provident Jewelry in Jupiter hoping that they maybe had a very difficult to locate timepiece in stock. They did not at the time told me that they were expecting one shortly. Julie and I shared contact info and she kept in touch with me regularly--even though she had no idea if I was a serious buyer. Two weeks later I received an email (and video) showing that they had received the timepiece and would hold it for me. Julie was incredibly helpful, patient, and truly a pleasure to work with. So I figured after dealing with a particular Jewelry store to purchase an engagement ring and having such an amazing experience I felt is only be right to give others a chance to get an amazing experience as well. I stop in to Provident Jewelry on Indiantown road in Jupiter Fl after work one day. I wanted some info and a feel for the store. Im greeted by Matteo as I walk in the door and I could go into details but I will leave it at this....I have worked in sales in the past and the professionalism, knowledge along with the no pressure atmosphere was NOT something you see very often. That being said I did not go anywhere else after my 1st visit to Provident . After doing some research Matt and Seth not only located but worked me out a great deal on my fiancées dream engagement ring. Provident is our jewelry store they have our business from here on out!Cant thank you guys enough she was speechless!!!!
