Company sent a representative to a course that I give and then they filed a chargeback after attending the class. I called the person who attended and they were rude. I explained that the chargeback fee from Paypal is $20. She got rude and hung up the phone on me! I know have to wait 70-90 days to get my money back from Paypal. Im very disappointed with Harold Howell Construction Equipment.
