Andy was very confident about fixing my phone that I thought I had zero chance . My phone has extremely valuable info that was not saved. Andy save the day!! bBest money I’ve ever spent. What is way way cheaper than my phone insurance deductible. Fix your phone don’t let AT&T take your money.

The service here was excellent. Took laptop that had a screen damaged. Andy and Eli searched for the best screen at the best cost and I received it repaired in a timely manner. Their communication with me was clear and conscise. Next I was having a problem with the operating system and Andy figured out the issue and got me back on line. They are nice people and easy to work with. I would recommend them highly.

The employees are very professional and tried to help me as much as possible but after a couple days with no updates I go in and the computer isn’t fixed or at that point they haven’t even started working on it. It was a simple connection error fix that I couldn’t figure out myself. I was told multiple times “the manager will check it out when he’s here in an hour” lol, heard that about 3 times and got frustrated and took my laptop back. Time to find a new spot to take the fix.

My husband brought in his Alienware laptop with just a sticky key that needed to be fixed. The computer was at the store for MONTHS and they never gave an update we had to keep calling them. We pay a lot of money and finally get the computer back, take it home and the key is still not fixed even though they replaced the keyboard. We give the computer back again and they fix it once again. Now it’s having all sorts of issues like not connecting to wifi networks and charging problems which it didn’t have before. Do not recommend this place.

My compliments to Rico, the manager of the day at Techsmart in Jupiter when I brought in an issue over an iPad repair.He handled my complaint with maturity and polish and came up with a resolution that was satisfactory to all parties. If this reflects the culture and commitment that Eli has built with his company, I will be using Techsmart for all my repairs and advice.

Came in with a broken LCD and cracked screen on a galaxy a20 over the coarse of 3 and a half weeks and my phone being in and out of their shop 4 times 1st issue tech released phone with several parts of the screen not attached to the phone I brought it back they tried again only to return it to me worse then what it was 3rd time I was dealing with the owner he said he would take it into his own hands to assure it gets done right promised me a refund if he couldnt do it they called me said it was done now the owner did worse then any of his techs with 360 degrees screen not attached brought it back to try to get my money back he told me I needed a new frame and screen witch got done free of charge only issue is now the phone heats up cant charge it screen constantly turns on and off by itself came back in for the 5th time refusing them to try to fix the 4th issue they caused and asked for a refund i finally got it after a long drawn out argument.......I was threatened by the owner if i made this bad review him telling me hes a IT guy and he would destroy me i asked if that was a threat he assured me it was a promise police report was made .....I would highly recommend not going here

The service here is amazing. It started before I even arrived. We called from the highway and he gave us directions to his store. When we arrived he treated us as if we were good friends. Jokes, personality, quick service, I was impressed. They didn’t have to work us into their schedule but Eli made it happen. He didn’t fuss, he saw we needed a repair and was empathetic to our needs. He quoted us an hour, and he did exactly what was promised. Even after the repair was completed he took the time to chat with us about other options. Trust, it’s hard to build by Eli has it mastered. Highly recommended. This location raises the bar.

My desktop computer wasn’t powering on and they fixed easily and it didn’t require and new parts. I was very pleased with their repair skills and they saved me a ton of money by not having to replace it. I would highly reccomend them for any computer repairs, even on custom builds.

I had brought my phone here to get the front screen fixed, i started realizing right away that I could not press down on my flashlight to work like I used to be able to and that I had to press very hard for it to feel my touch, three days later the phone was stuck on the reboot button and I had to bring it to apple and they told me it was not fixable !

My daughter shattered her new iPad 6th generation. Apple wanted $250 to fix the screen. I thought that was crazy and decided to call a few places. TechSmart was the only place I talked to that sounded the most knowledgeable for what I needed.Their prices were more reasonable than Apple so I went with them.The iPad was fixed in a few short days but when I went to pick it up the tech had noticed that the replacement screen did not look 100%. He asked if I did not mind him cleaning up the screen and giving it back to me later. I was really impressed that he wanted it perfect. It was probably something my daughter would not have noticed but he did.They did a great job and stand by their work. I would recommend them with all your computer fixes.

This place is awful he broke something on my memory board causing my phone not to turn on then he charged me to replace it. My phone wasn’t having any problems before I brought it to him.

My Iphone 6s had a two year old battery that was holding charge for about an hour. I took my phone in to get a new battery thinking I would have to drop it off and come back in a few hours but Eli fixed it in 5 minutes. The whole thing after tax was only 58 bucks. Girl at Apple told me it would be 79 bucks and would need my phone for the day. Couldnt recommend them enough.

This is my second review. My first one wasnt good, at all, partly because a misunderstanding on my part. I dropped my iPad mini off to be fixed on June 20th. I was told to come and pick it up next day. Was called next day and told that the adhesive wasnt sticking. They told me another 6 hours, so I planned to come back. Received a phone call from tech Josh, which is where my misunderstanding came in. I thought he had said when they were prying off the glass, they broke it. In all actuality, its a little piece inside the iPad that was broken and it couldve easily been broken by me when the screen cracked. Tech smart said because it happened on their watch, theyd pay to have it repaired. They couldve easily said to go kick rocks, but they manned up and paid for it.They received the iPad back to their shop and it wasnt working. Josh called me and I could tell he was waiting on me to freak out on him when he had to explain they had to send it back to be fixed. He kept me abreast of the situation and called me numerous times to tell me where it was at on the second repair.Long story short, my first review was done in haste, when I was angry and upset with the situation. I will say this: the way tech smart handled me and my absolute bitchiness was wonderful. Eli, who owns the shop, explained everything to me. And I left today with my working iPad and very satisfied with it. I could tell with my conversation with Eli today that they really care about customer service and he wanted me to be satisfied. I would recommend my family and friends to have their devices fixed at Tech Smart.
