Hours did not align with those posted online and upon arriving and waiting patiently for the store to open, workers were very rude and seemingly unappreciative that multiple customers were there waiting. I learned a valuable lesson though, driving the extra half-mile to receive good customer service is worth it.

I buy all of my business supplies here and they used to offer Amazon price match. It was always easier just getting it in person. Today I went in and the lady was very nice but told me they only allow price match if it’s sold by amazon but it can’t be prime. Well that does not exist for any sold my amazon item. This appears a last ditch effort to stop losing money to amazon but I just went to Office Depot down the road where they still price match amazon.

Positive Experience in my option. They had great deals on power cords. Better than Amazon today. I was looking for Temporary Google Pixel 3 phone case. They carry no Android Phone cases. They do however carry a plethora of Apple iPhone cases FYI

Gentleman told me to look up a model number when I told him I was looking for lazy boy office chairs as I was driving and talking on the phone, theyd rather you ram into a car or lightpole distracted driving then maybe just ask ONE discovery question to help out a customer. Guess thats what I get for not using Amazon shopping and trying to shop in my own town.

Awesome experience. i cracked the screen on my laptop with 6000 photos and all my personal and work projects and lori (store mgr) was able to walk me through buying the right laptop and frank in tech support managed to transfer every photo, app, favorite, and icon onto my new computer in one day. i was afraid that this was going to be an ordeal and everything fell in place perfectly. great store and a great team.....

Gonzalo is the best employee of ANY retail store I have ever encountered. I had trouble with ink I bought here (nothing was printing properly it was very faded) and I brought the ink back without my receipt thinking they wouldnt be able to help. Ink is very expensive and I was so happy when Gonzalo spent his time researching my purchase using my credit card number and the product SKU. After confirming my purchase, he kindly let me make an exchange after going above and beyond to help me.

Purchased 1 of the HP XL ECONOMIZE inks and our HP printer will not accept the magenta ink on either 4 pack which tells me it is defective.Management was of no help in the return, refused to accept defective product back. So we will now buy our ink at Costco or Walmart where it is much cheaper. Prices at Staples are very high and we only use them for convenience. We now will plan our office purchases more carefully and go to a more reasonably priced retailer, who understands a legitimate customer issue. Word to the wise, compare prices online, as Staples is usually most expensive.

I placed an order with the print and marketing team over 2 weeks ago. I was told that the print for envelopes and letterhead should be ready in 5-7 business days. I called back to check on the status of my order and was advised that they never placed the order and not only was she very rude on the phone the job was not done. Very bad customer service.
